We have had a great experience since 2022 using this CRM, it works great for our sales team! Some of our team are not super tech savvy and everyone seems to be able to use Claritysoft successfully.

Pros

The transition from another CRM to Claritysoft was very seamless. Very user friendly! We love the way that the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities modules all work together.

Cons

I do not like that engage does not communicate with the CRM. We would love to be able to create tasks directly from Engage for our tram based on email campaign performance.

The customer service and implementation specialist I work with has been an amazing experience. It is by them alone that we have chosen ClaritySoft as our go to CRM.

Pros

Organized and easy manipulation of main screen/reports. This allowed me to gather custom reports quickly and efficiently to send into management.

Cons

We are a very custom manufacturing business and are not able to use the quote module. We tried several times but it just doesn't work with our style of business.

It did everything I needed it to do. It seemed to have most capabilities, but it was not exactly seamless use.

Cons

The layout was not simple or user friendly. We did not have access to map view to see customers by area.

It's been a good experience and gets the job done, but it's not great and "loved by all". Also Engage is difficult and buggy when it comes to formatting for our Marketing campaigns.

Pros

It's a good value for the money, fairly intuitive to use and is customizable to our business. Customer support is very responsive.

Cons

The integration with QuickBooks was never great (but it existed) and now that integration is not longer even supported. It's also geared towards tracking "people" as leads and Opportunities, but we track Construction Projects at Radius Track, so although we make it work in the Opportunity module with customization, it's not idea especially when it comes to reporting and KPIs. Some users find information search to be a little lackluster. Not a huge fan of the Lead module (it duplicates existing contacts).

My overall experience with Claritysoft has been fantastic! I have recommended this platform to other people in my line of work.

Pros

Claritysoft helps manage my in-field schedule for chemical testing in a huge way. Calendar integration makes it simple. The most valuable aspect of this platform is the incredibly great technical customer support.

Cons

When we first onboarded Claritysoft, I had minor issues printing out a single page for each in-field appointment. This was quickly resolved with customer support and it was on MY end. I just needed guidance on how to do it.

Pros

Basic and yet works well. Easy to navigate, easy to search and input data. it performed well and seemed pretty fast.

Cons

Help is tough to get in an accurate way. Customer support often seemed lost like they were not sure not to use or modify their own product.

I love this CRM. It is a great way to get all of my clients in an easy manageable way! Also, when emailing, it takes literally seconds to send 300 emails! it adds so much value to my marketing campaigns!

Pros

Clarity is easy and very simple! The help area and tutorials are amazing. If you need help with anything, I feel like all of your answers can be addressed with these videos!

Cons

The constant updates can be a little too much. Being an outside sales rep, this slows me down sometimes. I'm a salesperson, not a computer person. Thanks god we have someone in our office that manages this relationship and all!!

I like how user friendly it is. It is layed out very well and helps to keeps things incredibly organized. It also gives really good visibility for anything you would want to track

Cons

I would say the limitations on a few of the filters and importing new data can occasionally be a bit frustrating

Overall, I think it's a great product and has served us well, even though we still feel there are improvements that are very needed and very overdue.

Pros

Customer service, I can always call in when I have a complaint. Also, it's very flexible, I can always customize the next functionality that we want to add.

Cons

The mobile app is still very lackluster, as well as the mobile version of the site, although much improved, still has limited functionality. Not being able to access Support tickets, for example.

Great experience so far - we have been using it for about two years now. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly.

Pros

Claritysoft is a very user friendly CRM. We really like that you can change the layout of your contact/account cards using their design tool, and can add or eliminate the information you want to gather. Many other CRMs come with a standard layout and their contact cards are so busy with information tabs we don't care about so its nice we can make these direct and simple. Also LOVE the opportunities board they offer. Really nice to view your sales that way!

Cons

At this time, the only thing that has seemed difficult is adding the add-on in Outlook, and utilizing their email function but that could have been something on our end and not theirs.

Overall very satisfactory. I haven't found myself complaining or annoyed by using Clarity thus far and I think that's exactly what you're looking for in a CRM.

Pros

The tabs on clients' projects make it very easy to keep things organized and find relevant information.

Cons

One of the few things I noticed is the lack of ability to add multiple contacts (phone numbers and emails) to a project. Perhaps that's how our firm formatted the contact page, but slightly inconvenient at times.

My favorite part about Claritysoft is its user-friendly features. I like how organized it is and how accessible the information is in a well, laid-out format

Cons

The least liked aspect of Clarity is its connection with ADP. It will be nice when the information entered into Clarity automatically transfers to ADP instead of having to manually enter everything through ADP, which is more on ADP

Overall, it's a good CRM. We are a small business, and it works for our needs. We don't use many of the marketing features, but what we do use works great.

Pros

I like the ease of use, simple navigation, ability to customize and the best support ever. If I have an issue, I get a response almost immediately!

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the inability to create recurring meetings in the calendar. I'm hoping this is a feature that will be added soon.

It’s a very effective tool that makes my job as a service rep much simpler and less time consuming. I’ve seen the difference when I deliver to a client who lives out in the country, where I have little to no service m, and have to fill out their information manually. It is a much simpler and quicker task to just type it all out on my phone and then hit ‘save.’

Pros

Plenty of room for notes. I often run into problems with clients who do not get an immediate discharge from the hospital, following their surgery. In many cases, they’ll either be hospitalized for a lengthier amount of time or sent to a rehab facility. With each day of updates, I require plenty of room for clarification and the app provides just that.

Cons

You can’t tap the address and go straight to Google Maps. There was an earlier version of the app that allowed me to do this, but not anymore. Takes a little longer to flip back and forth between the app and the maps to type in my destination.

I really like Claritysoft CRM ease of use. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support is great.

Cons

I wish that you could change the user view easier. If the user had a few more options to customize it more to their liking it would be great.

The value is great and, when I have any issues/problems, I get IMMEDIATE assistance and they’re always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

The only thing I dislike, and it’s minor, is the search query on the app. It’s a little quirky. The search fields don’t reset.

My experience with Claritysoft CRM has been extremely frustrating. As a salesperson, time is everything—and this system wastes an unacceptable amount of it. I spend hours every day clicking through multiple screens just to gather basic customer information that should be visible in one place. The system is slow, inefficient, and not designed for fast-paced sales environments. Every extra click, every 10–12 second delay adds up, turning simple tasks into time-wasting exercises. I would never recommend Claritysoft CRM to anyone who values their time or needs to work efficiently. It has become a black hole for productivity, and I genuinely regret having to use it for my daily workflow. Every second of every minute every day.

Pros

While my overall experience with Claritysoft CRM has been challenging, I will say that creating new accounts is straightforward and user-friendly. The process is simple, and it doesn’t take much time to input basic customer details

Cons

I spend hours each day wasting time clicking back and forth just to piece together customer information that should be visible on one screen. The workflow is inefficient and not designed for high-volume sales activity. Additionally, the system is painfully slow — if I accidentally click on a closed activity, I’m stuck waiting 10–12 seconds for it to load before I can get back to what I was doing. These delays add up and make it very difficult to stay productive.

Pros

Easy to use and excellent customer support. We needed to change some of the features in our CRM and ClaritySoft has been more than accommodating, making our CRM easier to use.

Cons

I can't think of anything right now, but if I was uphappy about something with the CRM I am certain ClaritySoft would do everything in their power to fix it.

Good for what I need and maybe wonder if I getting the best out of it? I need to invest some more time in learning more about how other SX advisors use it.

Pros

Easy to use and great customer support. I like that I can add new contacts direct from LinkedIn. I also like that I can build and send my newsletter from the tool.

Cons

Dashboards - I don't think they are great when I compare to other CRM's I have used and also my clients use.

Overall, its a great tool. The organization aspect is amazing. I think being able to send emails or open docs within the app would be nice.

Pros

I like how organized the product is! After I complete a session, it is so easy to populate sections.

Cons

There is too many buttons. Perhaps try to condense the options, make it simpler. One thing that can be improved is integrating 3rd party tools for example gmail.
