### "We love Claritysoft CRM!"

We have had a great experience since 2022 using this CRM, it works great for our sales team! Some of our team are not super tech savvy and everyone seems to be able to use Claritysoft successfully.

Pros

The transition from another CRM to Claritysoft was very seamless. Very user friendly! We love the way that the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities modules all work together.

Cons

I do not like that engage does not communicate with the CRM. We would love to be able to create tasks directly from Engage for our tram based on email campaign performance.

Overall, positive! It's secure, well built, they've been very responsive to our requests, and I appreciate working with them.

Pros

The information search is pretty easy, and I appreciate the security features especially. Being able to have certain project limited in view and scope to certain team members has been very good for client confidentiality. I appreciate how easy it is to customize views for my different potential workflows, as I wear a lot of hats at my company.

Cons

I wish there were more links between the different project levels, as they feel very siloed. The contact information being siloed away from the project information, being siloed away from the client account is frankly a little strange. The high degree of user interface customizability also took some getting used to to be able to use effectively.

### "Not what we were expecting"

It has been a frustrating switch from our old database. Some records didn't transfer and our customization wasn't as we expected. We have had to transfer many things from the old database manually on a daily basis since September 2024.

Pros

The ability to email a large number of people at one time. The group edit function at the Project level reduced my completion of projects. The availability of looking up a contact and being able to look at their emails & projects at a glance.

Cons

When we transferred from our old database, we have contacts with duplicate contact records because they changed Accounts prior to the transfer. When we merge the contacts so all their projects are under one Contact record, it changes all the Account names to the most current Account. When we change the Account for the Contact at the Contact level, the new Account information doesn't update at the Contact level. We have to have 2 fields for email addresses because the blue print Email field doesn't flow into the Project. The Salutation field is only visible at the Contact record.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. It is layed out very well and helps to keeps things incredibly organized. It also gives really good visibility for anything you would want to track

Cons

I would say the limitations on a few of the filters and importing new data can occasionally be a bit frustrating

Overall, I think it's a great product and has served us well, even though we still feel there are improvements that are very needed and very overdue.

Pros

Customer service, I can always call in when I have a complaint. Also, it's very flexible, I can always customize the next functionality that we want to add.

Cons

The mobile app is still very lackluster, as well as the mobile version of the site, although much improved, still has limited functionality. Not being able to access Support tickets, for example.

Great experience so far - we have been using it for about two years now. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly.

Pros

Claritysoft is a very user friendly CRM. We really like that you can change the layout of your contact/account cards using their design tool, and can add or eliminate the information you want to gather. Many other CRMs come with a standard layout and their contact cards are so busy with information tabs we don't care about so its nice we can make these direct and simple. Also LOVE the opportunities board they offer. Really nice to view your sales that way!

Cons

At this time, the only thing that has seemed difficult is adding the add-on in Outlook, and utilizing their email function but that could have been something on our end and not theirs.

For the price we're paying and how much we've customized it, I would say we're pretty satisfied and considering staying around for a good long while.

Pros

Flexibility and quick turnaround when service or support is needed. We've been able to really customize Clarity far beyond what we originally thought was possible.

Cons

Lack of true "Workflow" integrations. A lot of the newer CRM's in the market offer ways to create clear pathways for each sales type. If this, than this, then this, then this, etc.

Exactly what they all do, just more economically. Not sure why anyone would choose another option. Their support staff is beyond expectations.

Pros

Easy to learn, so many capabilities, great support from the team. It is easily one of the most feature rich, and economical offerings in CRM

Cons

Loved it....there is nothing I did not like about Claritysoft. The app was great, desktop great, the fact that it interfaced with QuickBooks..great

A great solution for our organization. Our last CRM was way too restrictive and others we looked into were just unaffordable compared to their value.

Pros

Clarity was a great fit for our small-mid sized organization. Other solutions were a bit too expensive and bloated for our needs. Not to mention Clarity Engage was a great option for growth.

Cons

Certain reporting features, including dashboards, felt a little restrictive. It took quite a bit of experimenting or even sometimes exporting to Excel to get exactly what we needed. The PDF Quotation feature is also very finicky.

My favorite part about Claritysoft is its user-friendly features. I like how organized it is and how accessible the information is in a well, laid-out format

Cons

The least liked aspect of Clarity is its connection with ADP. It will be nice when the information entered into Clarity automatically transfers to ADP instead of having to manually enter everything through ADP, which is more on ADP

This is heads-and-shoulders above HS. For my particular line of work, keeping the "Leads" and "Contacts" in separate is a nice touch. But the ease of creating new fields, arranging formatting, uploading data, and activity reporting is so much easier to do with this tool. Best of all, the cost is very compatible to the competition, and without the annoying 'upsell' for feature sets that should be included.

Pros

1) Easy to use 2) Easy to get reports to track teammate's activities 3) Easy to filter and find records when using the mobile app 4) VERY EASY to add fields and modify record formats

Cons

1) GUI is a little bland 2) Can be a little too flexible, especially with larger teams

Claritysoft has a great filter feature and lets us use the CRM to respond to a large number of clients efficiently.

Cons

There are certain small things that don't seem to make sense (phone numbers entered as plain text rather than uniform formatting), or being able to adjust column views based on the view you're using.

I’ve been using Claritysoft for 7 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The support team, in particular, has been outstanding—always attentive and incredibly prompt in their responses.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to navigate between different accounts, and I appreciate that it records closed activities while also allowing you to schedule open activities for the future.

Cons

I send most of my emails directly through Outlook, so in order to save them as closed activities in Claritysoft, I have to manually save each one using the Claritysoft plugin. It would be helpful if there were a more automated way to log these emails as activities.

Pros

The value is great and, when I have any issues/problems, I get IMMEDIATE assistance and they’re always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

The only thing I dislike, and it’s minor, is the search query on the app. It’s a little quirky. The search fields don’t reset.

Pros

I can order everything and see all my customers in one setting and it is very easy to make the orders.

Cons

Sometimes it does not load and you have to wait for it. Please work on keeping it up and running efficiently.

It is available with minimal disruptions/availability restrictions. I like that there are continuous training opportunities

Cons

When the system is down for maintenance, it does not always inform you that is the reason you can not log in. A message should pop up to confirm that is the case and not leave you thinking something else is wrong.

Pros

I learned alot of new tips on how to stay better organized with reminders, tasks, etc. I also learned alot of new features , ie how to move items around on lists, insert and remove etc. The new features I've learned makes clarity much more useful to me.

Cons

I feel the Claritysoft program is very very indepth and that there are almost too many features, in that lots do not get used.

This is a valuable tool for our Team's collaborative effort! We love that "at-a-glance" we can see what other team members have done with the file, i.e. emails, notes, opportunities, leads, etc.

Cons

We need different signature banners for various events. Adding and importing new signatures is not an easy task.

Pros

As an untech person, I was easily able to figure out most of the features that I need. The Claritysoft support was able to easily explain the additional things I needed.

Cons

I wished that I could use it to make calls directly from my cell phone. The only other issue is my fault, I wish that I would use it more.

Sometimes it can lag or be slow, but I think that’s just a byproduct of how many projects I have to manage.

We use it to maintain a database that all our sales rep use every day. It's fast and allow us to train and have our new reps efficient after few weeks.

Pros

It's flexibility. It's really easy to adjust the system to your company needs and when set the system is easy to use and very fast for the users.

Cons

The export and import system can be sometimes hard to work with. Because of this we prefer to do manual updates instead of uploading entire spreadsheets.

Overall, I would say that is a good basis for data organization and management, and with some usability improvements, could even be great.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about is the storage of information. The way they organized the tabs was useful for being able to access information, while not overloading everything into one screen.

Cons

is a little 'clunky' when it comes to data entry and data creation. It often takes multiple clicks to create something, and to delete something can take even more.

I'm not a claritysoft expert, that's why we have support staff. I was unhappy with their attitudes to be honest.

Pros

It was organized and well thought out platform that provided value to our business operations, but the support wasn't great.

Cons

Felt the support team was burdened by my issues with the platform. Each time I reached out, they would say stuff like "Haven't we already been over this?"
