We have had a great experience since 2022 using this CRM, it works great for our sales team! Some of our team are not super tech savvy and everyone seems to be able to use Claritysoft successfully.

Pros

The transition from another CRM to Claritysoft was very seamless. Very user friendly! We love the way that the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities modules all work together.

Cons

I do not like that engage does not communicate with the CRM. We would love to be able to create tasks directly from Engage for our tram based on email campaign performance.

Overall, positive! It's secure, well built, they've been very responsive to our requests, and I appreciate working with them.

Pros

The information search is pretty easy, and I appreciate the security features especially. Being able to have certain project limited in view and scope to certain team members has been very good for client confidentiality. I appreciate how easy it is to customize views for my different potential workflows, as I wear a lot of hats at my company.

Cons

I wish there were more links between the different project levels, as they feel very siloed. The contact information being siloed away from the project information, being siloed away from the client account is frankly a little strange. The high degree of user interface customizability also took some getting used to to be able to use effectively.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. It is layed out very well and helps to keeps things incredibly organized. It also gives really good visibility for anything you would want to track

Cons

I would say the limitations on a few of the filters and importing new data can occasionally be a bit frustrating

Great experience so far - we have been using it for about two years now. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly.

Pros

Claritysoft is a very user friendly CRM. We really like that you can change the layout of your contact/account cards using their design tool, and can add or eliminate the information you want to gather. Many other CRMs come with a standard layout and their contact cards are so busy with information tabs we don't care about so its nice we can make these direct and simple. Also LOVE the opportunities board they offer. Really nice to view your sales that way!

Cons

At this time, the only thing that has seemed difficult is adding the add-on in Outlook, and utilizing their email function but that could have been something on our end and not theirs.

For the price we're paying and how much we've customized it, I would say we're pretty satisfied and considering staying around for a good long while.

Pros

Flexibility and quick turnaround when service or support is needed. We've been able to really customize Clarity far beyond what we originally thought was possible.

Cons

Lack of true "Workflow" integrations. A lot of the newer CRM's in the market offer ways to create clear pathways for each sales type. If this, than this, then this, then this, etc.

Exactly what they all do, just more economically. Not sure why anyone would choose another option. Their support staff is beyond expectations.

Pros

Easy to learn, so many capabilities, great support from the team. It is easily one of the most feature rich, and economical offerings in CRM

Loved it....there is nothing I did not like about Claritysoft. The app was great, desktop great, the fact that it interfaced with QuickBooks..great

I've used Claritysoft CRM for about 2 years after using Salesforce for a decade and Power BI for about 2 years. It is simply an address book where you can make notes of your calls.

Pros

Great value and customer support. Very organized way to store contacts. Easy to put contacts at multiple locations.

Cons

It can feel like a glorified Address Book at times, and doesn't have the AI features or Advanced Intel that Salesforce or Power BI have. The lack of automation, ability to print invoices, or integrate software is a con, unless you don't need that stuff.

Overall, it's a good CRM. We are a small business, and it works for our needs. We don't use many of the marketing features, but what we do use works great.

Pros

I like the ease of use, simple navigation, ability to customize and the best support ever. If I have an issue, I get a response almost immediately!

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the inability to create recurring meetings in the calendar. I'm hoping this is a feature that will be added soon.

The platform strikes a great balance between functionality and ease of use, and the support team has been a key part of our success with it. We’re confident we made the right choice and look forward to continuing to grow with Claritysoft.

Pros

We love the simple, user-friendly interface and the high level of customization available. The system allowed us to get up and running quickly and tailor modules to fit our exact needs. It brought much-needed organization to our client and prospect management, and we were able to implement a quoting process within the CRM that significantly reduced the time it takes us to generate and process quotes. The customer support is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Modifying the sales and quote templates wasn't as intuitive as we had hoped. It required assistance from customer support to get everything set up correctly. That said, we're glad that Claritysoft offers customization services and that their team was available to walk us through the process when needed.

This is heads-and-shoulders above HS. For my particular line of work, keeping the "Leads" and "Contacts" in separate is a nice touch. But the ease of creating new fields, arranging formatting, uploading data, and activity reporting is so much easier to do with this tool. Best of all, the cost is very compatible to the competition, and without the annoying 'upsell' for feature sets that should be included.

Pros

1) Easy to use 2) Easy to get reports to track teammate's activities 3) Easy to filter and find records when using the mobile app 4) VERY EASY to add fields and modify record formats

Cons

1) GUI is a little bland 2) Can be a little too flexible, especially with larger teams

It's been a good experience, better than our last CRM. It makes it fairly easy to stay on top of everything especially since we often will need cross departmental support.

Pros

Pretty straightforward to use and makes it easy to stay on top of everything for the clients I'm working with.

Cons

Could be organized a bit better in terms of menus and filters. It can sometimes be a bit difficult to sort through clients, especially since our clients will transition out of our services in 1 to 4 years.

Cons

There are certain small things that don't seem to make sense (phone numbers entered as plain text rather than uniform formatting), or being able to adjust column views based on the view you're using.

I’ve been using Claritysoft for 7 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The support team, in particular, has been outstanding—always attentive and incredibly prompt in their responses.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to navigate between different accounts, and I appreciate that it records closed activities while also allowing you to schedule open activities for the future.

Cons

I send most of my emails directly through Outlook, so in order to save them as closed activities in Claritysoft, I have to manually save each one using the Claritysoft plugin. It would be helpful if there were a more automated way to log these emails as activities.

Pros

I really like Claritysoft CRM ease of use. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support is great.

Cons

I wish that you could change the user view easier. If the user had a few more options to customize it more to their liking it would be great.

Pros

The value is great and, when I have any issues/problems, I get IMMEDIATE assistance and they’re always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

The only thing I dislike, and it’s minor, is the search query on the app. It’s a little quirky. The search fields don’t reset.

I've been using Claritysoft CRM for the better part of 15-months now. This is the CRM product chosen by the bank to manage its client base calling activities and pipeline reporting. The other CRM software that I had been using was Salesforce. I personally found Salesforce a bit overwhelming for the client based that I had to manage. Claritysoft appears to be a perfect fit for the current client base we have.

Pros

The drop-down menus are easy to navigate and gets you to the screens needed quickly. User friendly drop downs.

Cons

The program could expand some of the fields to include more financial drop downs. Such as Balance Sheet and Income Statement information.

We need different signature banners for various events. Adding and importing new signatures is not an easy task.

The software is easy to use and the interface is great. I really enjoyed the ability to do mass emails.

Cons

Usage of AI would be nice. It would be nice to have AI generated suggestions for email and easier way to consolidate groups of clients.

We use it to maintain a database that all our sales rep use every day. It's fast and allow us to train and have our new reps efficient after few weeks.

Pros

It's flexibility. It's really easy to adjust the system to your company needs and when set the system is easy to use and very fast for the users.

Cons

The export and import system can be sometimes hard to work with. Because of this we prefer to do manual updates instead of uploading entire spreadsheets.

Pros

I like How easy it is to link to email , look at past history of opportunities and activities . I like filter how many reps I can see.

Cons

It can be a little tedious to add account names when you put in the activity you are working on . I don’t like having to jump out of creating a new opportunity to add a new contacts information to an account .

Overall, I have been satisfied, but also wanting more. I have seen the team continue to add new features and support has been very attentive, so I am appreciative of that and hopeful for the future of the platform.

Pros

I like its customization options - we use it for a variety of types of contacts and communications and can effectively do so thanks to these capabilities.

Cons

There are still some limitations when it comes to the email module. There are times when I wish there were some more intuitive and flexible features to analyze performance, break large sending groups into multiple smaller sending groups, and update contacts based on their interaction with the campaigns (including automatically updating the contact if they unsubscribed or bounced).

Mostly positive, as it has allowed me to keep track of all the profiles and be able to maintain detailed notes on them.

Pros

It's not difficult to learn how to use Claritysoft CRM. Only a few questions have come up since using this tool and have been easily answered.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes it's difficult to find certain profiles. Perhaps this is because I'm still learning how to navigate this tool.
