It's been a good experience and gets the job done, but it's not great and "loved by all". Also Engage is difficult and buggy when it comes to formatting for our Marketing campaigns.

Pros

It's a good value for the money, fairly intuitive to use and is customizable to our business. Customer support is very responsive.

Cons

The integration with QuickBooks was never great (but it existed) and now that integration is not longer even supported. It's also geared towards tracking "people" as leads and Opportunities, but we track Construction Projects at Radius Track, so although we make it work in the Opportunity module with customization, it's not idea especially when it comes to reporting and KPIs. Some users find information search to be a little lackluster. Not a huge fan of the Lead module (it duplicates existing contacts).

Claritysoft CRM has a pleasing, uncluttered user interface, and is a simple, efficient client resource management tool for businesses interested in keeping detailed client records that are updated regularly. While I have some quibbles about site navigability, and have had minor issues with different users being unable to access needed information, I am overall glad we migrated to Claritysoft because it is relatively simple to use, customizable, and has a range of information viewing options that can be adjusted based on business needs.

Pros

Claritysoft CRM is beyond satisfactory when it comes to client database management and general workflow automation. With features like Global Search and customizable Filters, it's easy to search for specific information and receive relevant results. Lead management is also simplified with an option to fill out fields denoting Lead Sources and first Point of Contact, making it easy to track which sources generate the greatest lead volume. Sales and accounting management are also made easy, with sub-tabs under each Project specifically for Accounting info about the client, ie Payroll Item, Service Item, etc.

Cons

Learning how to navigate Claritysoft can be somewhat counterintuitive, as locating the information you want in the fewest clicks possible takes some experimenting and refining. For example, while you can save emails to clients' accounts with the handy Claritysoft email extension, these emails are saved either to the Client's Project or the Client's Account, but not necessarily both. Similarly, attachments are added separately to Projects and Accounts with no easy means of attaching to both simultaneously or from the same page.

It has been a great experience overall. The customer service team is truly wonderful—responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to step in whenever assistance is needed. On the rare occasion that the information isn’t readily available in the knowledgebase, they are fast to respond and ensure we get exactly what we need. It’s clear they are committed to providing timely and effective support, which makes a big difference in our overall experience.

Pros

I absolutely love both the customer service and the product itself. From start to finish, the experience has been smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. The team was responsive, helpful, and makes sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. On top of that, the product has exceeded expectations in both quality and performance. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and what’s being delivered. Highly impressed all around!

Cons

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience, but I do wish there were more customization options available for the product. Having additional flexibility to tailor certain features, settings, or design elements to better fit our specific needs would make it even more valuable for our use case. Greater customization would allow us to align the product more closely with our workflows and preferences, and ultimately maximize its impact for our team.

From start and continuing, I have been overwhelmingly impressed with Claritysoft CRM. It fits our needs exactly. As a SaaS, we didn't need all of the fluff and stuff within Salesforce. Not to mention the difficulty in navigating help via Trailblazer. With this product, we can do what we need to do at a price that we can afford.

Pros

I love how easy it is to customize this product. Adding modules is super simple. There is never any pressure to purchase add-ons. They are simply offered as a service and if you want to pursue it, they will contact you. Otherwise, they check in a few times a year to make sure all is well. Also, the support team is top notch. Any questions get answered quickly and if by some chance, they don't know the answer, they get back to you in a timely manner. Automation is easy to do as well. The steps are straightforward and it is a simple process to automate functions within the CRM. Couple this with the low pricing and you get get bang for your buck. I looked and many systems and this one provided us with the most amount of features for the money.

Cons

The knowledgebase is sometimes difficult to follow. Only occasionally it will tell you that you can do "X" without telling you how to do "X".

It's hard to get a lot of information on a single page, so I miss tasks sometimes because they're cut off. I get really frustrated by it sometimes and I dislike using it.

Pros

The pages look clean and orderly, with even spaces. There are also lots of features to store information and to organize events. The email extension that saves and organizes correspondences on the site is also convenient and it's so good, we're required by our org to use it.

Cons

Front end bugs out sometimes. Doesn't always save. App is confused if it's a one page app or a sequential app. Why does the time change after you change the date? And why isn't the total time auto calculated from the time entry? And why does the calendar always go back to day when I change it to week. And doesn't the project autopopulate with my own projects

I am a small business, so I like systems that are easy to use. Claritysoft CRM was easy to set up and now it is easy to operate. I am able to see my sales pipeline potential and create action steps to achieve closer of new accounts.

Pros

I like Claritysoft CRM because their technical support is the best. They are very quick to solve any issue. At Claritysoft, they provide the technical support. You do not have to hire a third party to help, which great.

Cons

Overall, Claritysoft has been wonderful. They continue to make product upgrades on a regular basis.

Easy setup, support during setup, each tech support, simply brilliant Help center with both written and video instructions. You can take the system as far as you want or retain its simplicity.

Pros

The system is much more intuitive than the overwhelming Zoho and Salesforce. Tech support is brilliant and personable.

Cons

Just like other CRMs, if you want to be able to text and do more activities you must purchase other applications with both purchase and monthly fees to add on to CS.

best price around works great. I have been able to import contacts seamlessly and easy. I love all the video training they offer for no extra cost!

Cons

sometimes the search function doesn't work in my lead field. no ability to separate ones I have start that I No longer need but am unable to move somewhere

Overall very happy with Claritysoft CRM. It's structured but also customizable. We're able to alter it to fit our needs without so many options that it becomes difficult to manage

Pros

Great value and customer support. Claritysoft does everything we need to do for an affordable price. We have used other CRMs in the past that were not right for our small-mid sized company needs and were too expensive. We've been using Claritysoft for several years now and are very happy with the product. They take every suggestion into consideration for future upgrades. IT support always gets back to you same day, sometimes moments after reaching out.

Cons

I have no complaints about Claritysoft CRM and we are very happy with the product. Areas where theres room to improve, the team evaluates and releases upgrades for. Charts could use some expansion, as I don't find those very helpful at the moment.

Pretty solid - better than other CRMs I have worked with, with just a few hiccups on the management side that make it less than perfect.

Pros

Employees I supervise seem to find it easy to use - it has improved record keeping accuracy because people are finding it an easier tool.

Cons

It is annoying that I cannot display automatically generated global fields in the project view. Exporting lists is also somewhat inconsistent

It is very customizable! You can see opportunities in board view and drag opportunities between stages easily.

Overall, I think it's a great product and has served us well, even though we still feel there are improvements that are very needed and very overdue.

Pros

Customer service, I can always call in when I have a complaint. Also, it's very flexible, I can always customize the next functionality that we want to add.

Cons

The mobile app is still very lackluster, as well as the mobile version of the site, although much improved, still has limited functionality. Not being able to access Support tickets, for example.

It’s a very effective tool that makes my job as a service rep much simpler and less time consuming. I’ve seen the difference when I deliver to a client who lives out in the country, where I have little to no service m, and have to fill out their information manually. It is a much simpler and quicker task to just type it all out on my phone and then hit ‘save.’

Pros

Plenty of room for notes. I often run into problems with clients who do not get an immediate discharge from the hospital, following their surgery. In many cases, they’ll either be hospitalized for a lengthier amount of time or sent to a rehab facility. With each day of updates, I require plenty of room for clarification and the app provides just that.

Cons

You can’t tap the address and go straight to Google Maps. There was an earlier version of the app that allowed me to do this, but not anymore. Takes a little longer to flip back and forth between the app and the maps to type in my destination.

### "Not what we were expecting"

It has been a frustrating switch from our old database. Some records didn't transfer and our customization wasn't as we expected. We have had to transfer many things from the old database manually on a daily basis since September 2024.

Pros

The ability to email a large number of people at one time. The group edit function at the Project level reduced my completion of projects. The availability of looking up a contact and being able to look at their emails & projects at a glance.

Cons

When we transferred from our old database, we have contacts with duplicate contact records because they changed Accounts prior to the transfer. When we merge the contacts so all their projects are under one Contact record, it changes all the Account names to the most current Account. When we change the Account for the Contact at the Contact level, the new Account information doesn't update at the Contact level. We have to have 2 fields for email addresses because the blue print Email field doesn't flow into the Project. The Salutation field is only visible at the Contact record.

Overall: easy to learn for veterans and for our newer team members, and a marked upgrade from our old CRM. Looking forward to a few more usability upgrades to make our experience excellent!

Pros

Our company switched from a very old, cranky CRM to Claritysoft. Claritysoft has been terrific for our newer employees and has some really nice features for us (a mid-size private tutoring company that focuses on students in grades K-12.) Interface looks nice, and tasks that were onerous in our old CRM are much less so.

Cons

Lack of tabbed browsing within Claritysoft and ease of flow between, say, our student list, their parent contacts, and our tutors' projects. Claritysoft can get a little balky if I open up a second browser tab to do the kinds of tasks mentioned above; our old CRM, while creaky and annoying, was easier to move between these different workflows. Claritysoft is better in most other ways, though!

I started using the software a year ago and was not able to use at first. It was not a user friendly software. We had to customize it so that we could use it for our particular group. We now have it set for what we do.

Pros

The ability to capture all information about the account in one area. Able to add notes, Tasks and anything to do with The CRM process

Cons

No clear way to start the process. We had to figure out how to use the software to fit our group. We spent several months getting it set properly.

From initial contact, through to some hands-on training with the delivery team, my experience with Claritysoft has been excellent. The tool itself provides all the functionality you need from a CRM and none of the expensive extras that you will never use. Good value for money.

Pros

Fully customisable from a data and interface perspective - you can re-configure the system to meet your needs (or alternatively take a working system straight out-of-the-box).

Cons

The support overall is excellent but we are based outside of the US and so there is a delay to get a response when an issue arises.

Our overall experience is 10 out of 10. We have used Claritysoft for more than 6 years and love it! We don't use all the modules, but accounts, contacts, sales, calendar, reports and marketing are all very powerful for us.

Pros

Simplicity of navigating the modules and the access to data reporting. Customer Support for problem resolution is A+.

Cons

1.There seems to be limitations for filtering data between multiple modules. 2.The design of sophisticated quotation templates needs to be more intuitive and user friendly, as it is currently very code-heavy.

The software seems a bit outdated at times, sometimes I would like things to be a more streamlined and more phone friendly.

Pros

Easy to use and excellent customer support. We needed to change some of the features in our CRM and ClaritySoft has been more than accommodating, making our CRM easier to use.

Cons

I can't think of anything right now, but if I was uphappy about something with the CRM I am certain ClaritySoft would do everything in their power to fix it.

My experience with Claritysoft CRM has been extremely frustrating. As a salesperson, time is everything—and this system wastes an unacceptable amount of it. I spend hours every day clicking through multiple screens just to gather basic customer information that should be visible in one place. The system is slow, inefficient, and not designed for fast-paced sales environments. Every extra click, every 10–12 second delay adds up, turning simple tasks into time-wasting exercises. I would never recommend Claritysoft CRM to anyone who values their time or needs to work efficiently. It has become a black hole for productivity, and I genuinely regret having to use it for my daily workflow. Every second of every minute every day.

Pros

While my overall experience with Claritysoft CRM has been challenging, I will say that creating new accounts is straightforward and user-friendly. The process is simple, and it doesn’t take much time to input basic customer details

Cons

I spend hours each day wasting time clicking back and forth just to piece together customer information that should be visible on one screen. The workflow is inefficient and not designed for high-volume sales activity. Additionally, the system is painfully slow — if I accidentally click on a closed activity, I’m stuck waiting 10–12 seconds for it to load before I can get back to what I was doing. These delays add up and make it very difficult to stay productive.

Super easy and excellent tool to track the progress and all the leads, customers, accounts. Most importantly - the best customer service.

Pros

Great Software and the best customer support. I had issue with my email outlook connecting to Clarity - I called and \[sensitive content hidden\] was the best assisting with this issue

Cons

Once the lead is converted to the opportunity and the customer decided to not move forward - it can NOT be converted back to the lead.
