For the most part it is very good. When it is working well it is very helpful. I would make sure as much as you can that you keep improving it.

Pros

I can order everything and see all my customers in one setting and it is very easy to make the orders.

Cons

Sometimes it does not load and you have to wait for it. Please work on keeping it up and running efficiently.

Overall this program has helped our company expand, allowed for oversight, and been a great asset. We use it to track engagements and this has been very helpful.

Pros

It is easy to use and keeps track of all the information our company needs. It works quickly, is updated often, and provides support as needed.

Cons

Some of the reports are hard to get to and when a calendar is full of activities it seems like it takes forever to load.

Overall, the platform provides a smooth and user‑friendly experience, with intuitive data tracking, a helpful calendar and activity/task list, and customizable views that make daily work easier. I especially appreciate that it stays logged in for long periods, eliminating the need for constant reauthentication. However, the import and export tools can be a bit challenging to work with, which occasionally slows down data management.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use which includes how it tracks data, has a calendar, activity/tasks lists, stays logged in for a while so you do not have to keep logging in every five to ten minutes and the views are customizable very well.

Cons

The import/export tools can be a little difficult to work with. I have not really noticed anything else that could be a con.

A great solution for our organization. Our last CRM was way too restrictive and others we looked into were just unaffordable compared to their value.

Pros

Clarity was a great fit for our small-mid sized organization. Other solutions were a bit too expensive and bloated for our needs. Not to mention Clarity Engage was a great option for growth.

Cons

Certain reporting features, including dashboards, felt a little restrictive. It took quite a bit of experimenting or even sometimes exporting to Excel to get exactly what we needed. The PDF Quotation feature is also very finicky.

Customer service is very good. I get a good response timeframe and people are willing to go the extra yard.

Pros

It is available with minimal disruptions/availability restrictions. I like that there are continuous training opportunities

Cons

When the system is down for maintenance, it does not always inform you that is the reason you can not log in. A message should pop up to confirm that is the case and not leave you thinking something else is wrong.

Overall very satisfactory. I haven't found myself complaining or annoyed by using Clarity thus far and I think that's exactly what you're looking for in a CRM.

Pros

The tabs on clients' projects make it very easy to keep things organized and find relevant information.

Cons

One of the few things I noticed is the lack of ability to add multiple contacts (phone numbers and emails) to a project. Perhaps that's how our firm formatted the contact page, but slightly inconvenient at times.

Extremely easy to add and manage accounts to keep up with your customers account history. Easy access to overview customers' accounts.

Pros

The ability to create Open-Activities to complete tasks in the future and receive reminders beforehand.

Cons

Filtering to find information or run certain reports but, I'm sure I might just need further training.

I use Claritysoft primarily to keep chemistry notes and organize followups on wastes generated by clients.

Pros

The support is phenomenal. On another date migration, we had an issue. One phone call and 5min later, they solved it.

Cons

I've experienced no issues except scheduled maintenance of which Claritysoft notifies in advance and usually on a weekend.

My favorite part about Claritysoft is its user-friendly features. I like how organized it is and how accessible the information is in a well, laid-out format

Cons

The least liked aspect of Clarity is its connection with ADP. It will be nice when the information entered into Clarity automatically transfers to ADP instead of having to manually enter everything through ADP, which is more on ADP

Overall my experience with Claritysoft has been a very positive one. Great program for staying in touch and organized with our customers.

Pros

I learned alot of new tips on how to stay better organized with reminders, tasks, etc. I also learned alot of new features , ie how to move items around on lists, insert and remove etc. The new features I've learned makes clarity much more useful to me.

Cons

I feel the Claritysoft program is very very indepth and that there are almost too many features, in that lots do not get used.

I’ve used Clarity as a tool to track students/ clients that I work with and tutor. I will say that as a software, it achieves its purpose and that is sufficient for me.

Pros

Task and workflow automation is great, and the information finding is made simple with the UI. I do not pay for the service myself so I cannot speak on the value for money.

Cons

There are quite a few bugs that come with the system and have plagued my days at work when using Clarity. The customer support makes up for this though.

I have been very pleased. It keeps my data on each of my clients in one place. It makes for an easy follow-up that my business deals are going as planned.

Pros

As an untech person, I was easily able to figure out most of the features that I need. The Claritysoft support was able to easily explain the additional things I needed.

Cons

I wished that I could use it to make calls directly from my cell phone. The only other issue is my fault, I wish that I would use it more.

Pros

Support team is always available and they understand their product. It is an easy to use program. The amount of training materials is very helpful.

Cons

We ran into minor issues with reporting consistency. The team helped me understand they were upgrading their system. For the past several months, we have not any issues.

Good for what I need and maybe wonder if I getting the best out of it? I need to invest some more time in learning more about how other SX advisors use it.

Pros

Easy to use and great customer support. I like that I can add new contacts direct from LinkedIn. I also like that I can build and send my newsletter from the tool.

Cons

Dashboards - I don't think they are great when I compare to other CRM's I have used and also my clients use.

Overall, its a great tool. The organization aspect is amazing. I think being able to send emails or open docs within the app would be nice.

Pros

I like how organized the product is! After I complete a session, it is so easy to populate sections.

Cons

There is too many buttons. Perhaps try to condense the options, make it simpler. One thing that can be improved is integrating 3rd party tools for example gmail.

Good. Sometimes frustrating when it locks up. Overall, Claritysoft is a rebust and reliable system for our company.

Pros

Ability to export data, I like the ability to adjust columns and customize, I like the ability to make views.

Cons

Complexity. Systems locks up. When I adjust columns they will not always stay. When in history, it would be nice to see the actual dates and times and activity is done rather than weeks.

Sometimes it can lag or be slow, but I think that’s just a byproduct of how many projects I have to manage.

I’ve really grown to like Claritysoft CRM! Compared to the bulky dinosaur that was our old CRM especially, Claritysoft feels like a breath of fresh air--faster, sleeker, and so much more efficient. Once you get used to navigating it, the platform is a easy to use and makes day-to-day tasks so much smoother. The only downside is that it’s not super intuitive right out of the gate, so having a guide or walkthrough is definitely helpful. But once you get the hang of it, it’s a game-changer.

Pros

Fast, sleek, and efficient--once you learn it, Claritysoft is a total game-changer! Highly recommend!

Cons

Website loading times can be slow. Some better UI developments and dashboards could be helpful. Organization of information/accounts isn't the easiest to navigate

mediocre. A little hard to learn. Not really sure how to use it properly and we have been trained at my company.

Pros

Ability to see all leads of all fellow co-workers, but it seems there are many different ways to add clients and it does confuse me.

Cons

Not easily organized. System is a bit wierd and not intuitive when you go to add a new lead. If I go to the home page it is blank and you need to customize everything.

We have used ClaritySoft now for more than 6 months. Transitioning from old, very complex, CRM to ClaritySoft was a piece of cake. Then training our team to understand the tool, use it and generate reports was very fast.

Pros

Super simple and easy to customize, navigate and use. The interaction with ClaritySoft staff is very professional, they teach you how to do things and how to efficiently use the tool.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. The way the CRM is designed is quite easy to understand, customize and use.

Claritysoft overall is easy to use if you're looking for a basic tool that gets the job done. It can become confusing to find things but works well.

Pros

I use the CRM on a daily basis and like that it's fairly simple. It's easy to keep track of notes, upload and categorize leads.

Cons

The app used to be terrible - after a major update within the last few days it's a little more useable now but confusing to navigate. It's also easy to miscategorize customers, leads etc and when this happens, they can be a pain to find.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about Claritysoft CRM is the storage of information. The way they organized the tabs was useful for being able to access information, while not overloading everything into one screen.

Cons

Claritysoft CRM is a little 'clunky' when it comes to data entry and data creation. It often takes multiple clicks to create something, and to delete something can take even more.

Overall it's been a good experience. I want to learn more about how to sort and filter clients based on the ones I am working with.

Pros

I like how organized the system is and the interface is easy to navigate. That is my favorite aspect of the system.

Cons

The interface could be more streamlined into fewer pages for each project. We used to use another software where you could see everything on one long page rather than having to click on multiple tabs.
