Pros: It is extremely easy to set up an account and authorize it for use. Reporting is easy and useful, and I love that I get a snapshot of my income immediately upon logging in. Adding in new business is easy and allows me to keep my revenue streams organized for both me and my customers. Each new business lets me set a new statement descriptor so my customers know what they are paying for when reviewing their credit card statements.

They are integrated with many different platforms, including ecommerce and accounting software, so connecting the many pieces of your business is easy.

Cons: They have some extremely technical pieces of their software, including webhooks and API calls. If you are not technically minded, this can get confusing and potentially cause issues with your credit card processing. But as long as you are working with software that is integrated well (think Woocommerce or Xero) then it should be very easy to use Stripe in your business.

Also, while it is great that they send emails to my customers that have issues with their recurring transactions, they do not give those customers a way to update their credit card information. This seems like a no brainer considering they are the processor and they are giving notice that they are unable to process the card they have on file. Instead, they continue to email my customer, who then contacts me and I have to try to sort this out for them.

Overall: I love Stripe. I would use them for all of my merchant processing needs whenever possible. They have a solid platform that just works. Even if you are technically challenged, you can set up a Stripe account and plug it into your business.

They do a great job of scrubbing transactions for potential fraud and they are quick to pay out, usually within 1-2 business days. My bank tried to get me to change my merchant processing to them from Stripe, but they wanted me to sign a contact for 2 years and pay monthly fees whether I used it or not. Stripe doesn't do any of that nonsense. They charge you for each transaction and that is it.

Pros: I used to use my bank's merchant for 3-4 years, thinking they were giving me a better rate. long story short, they weren't AND they were confusing to use. So I switched to Stripe, which is frequently used in my field of coaching and digital products. I have been very happy so far.

- I am able to process payments myself, it integrate with 3rd party shopping carts with ease (I use ThriveCart), it allows to create trials, subscriptions, all the things I wanted. PLUS I get to charge and bill clients on my own too with their cards on file which sometimes we have to do when the clients tell us to do so, instead of having to send constant shopping cart links. I was doing that before with Infusionsoft and my merchant, but now I can do it all within Stripe and it's easy.

- I have not had any issues with Stripe holding my funds or anything. Pleased.

- I like their simple reporting as well, how much money you've made each day, etc. It's nice to see the comparisons on the monthly basis as well.

Cons: - It's a bit complicated to use for someone who might not be techy. I am pretty techy and I think I've got a handle on it, especially since I mainly use it as the processor with my shopping cart, but if I had to use Stripe on its own, it probably would get complicated.

- Sometimes I find it hard to find what I need to in Stripe. Like, a payment would get declined and I'd want to rebill or attempt the rebill - sometimes it's hard to find the option to do that on the declined payment. I always do eventually find it, but I never know EXACTLY how to do it.

- I wish the payments landed in my bank sooner but I just switched it so it lands in my bank like a day or so after being collected which is better. My own merchant would be next day so this is now closer.

- Obviously always would be nicer if the fees were lower but it is on par with every other option out there so this can't really be a con since it's not HIGHER.

Overall: I am pleased with them so far, I have heard from colleagues saying they can easily process millions per year in Stripe and without issues so I am looking forward to continuing to grow with this payment processor by my side.

Pros: Hands down, the easiest merchant processor to integrate into Gravity Forms or WooCommerce - I have to imagine it integrates just as easy with other popular tools, but my experience is limited to Gravity Forms and WooCommerce. Within Stripe itself, navigating is intuitive and easy with very friendly report tools. Looking up transactions is easy and may be search by name, email address, transaction id, and even partial data (like billing address, product, etc). Full and partial refunds are also very easy to manage.

The reporting is especially helpful as it goes back in detail for as long as you've been a customer (so, I have data going back 3 years all readily available). I also appreciate the popularity of Stripe and how common third-party integration has become - in my case into AgileCRM and Freshbooks.

Lastly, they have an amazing free iPhone app. Very useful for when you're on the road and you can basically do everything from the app that you could do from their desktop dashboard.

Cons: I have never won a dispute - no not one - and the process seems entirely automated. While I have only had four disputes in the past 12 months, all of which were admitted mistakes on the customer's part, I submitted emailed conversations with the client where they admitted error, and I still lost. Since then, I've been told it's best to get the client to contact their credit card company to rescind the dispute but it was frustrating that the process is so automated that it seems not to favor the merchant.

So, with that in mind, if you ever have a dispute, work with the customer to get them to rescind it.

Overall: Most of our business transactions are processed through Stripe and we've set Stripe up for clients who require online merchant processing. By far the easiest and most straight-forward merchant processor to setup for online processing.

Pros: Sometimes you just find exactly what you're looking for. When I stumbled upon Stripe it was one of those times. At first I was even skeptical, it sounded way too good to be true, an online payment processor that offered all the features I needed, was easy and intuitive to navigate. I showed it to a friend who told me if its too good to be true its probably a scam. But in this case I've been using Stripe for over five or six years and I couldn't be happier with it. Stripe is easy to use, and efficient. From Stripe, money is deposited directly into my bank account within a matter of a day or two. What's more, the online checkout on my webstore is, thanks to Stripe, very cutting edge looking which adds to costumer trust when purchasing my, not exactly inexpensive, products. I like Stripe. I trust Stripe. And, with the utmost confidence, I highly recommend Stripe.

Cons: When its comes to "Cons," I'm sorry to disappoint but I can really think of very few cons. I suppose my needs are fairly simple, and if my needs were financially more complex I would need a platform with a more robust set of offerings. But that being not the case, I just can't think of many minuses to using Stripe.

Overall: Although not particularly robust, Stripe is simple, easy, and reliable, and when it comes to handling other peoples money that is exactly what I'm looking for. Honest, simlple, easy, reliable!

Pros: I like that you can set it up very fast. They also offer some free integrations (as the one with Magento). Are a very active company creating new features, and even have 3D verification as an additional security issue. Right now I think it is the most used by online sellers.

Cons: What I like the less are the commissions. They range from 1.5% to 3.5% in my experience. I find that it is too high, but it is the standard in the market. Only few companies like Adyen are charging less, but I think that are more difficult to set up and maybe that much secure. Also, I think you need to configure the security setting specially if you sell digital products where you do not check if the address matches with the data of the card. Otherwise you will not only lose the money, but also have a charge back fee. Second thing that I like the less is that they take too long in my opinion to give the money of the order to the seller. In addition to that, I also do not like that if the customers pays in dollars and you are in Europe, they will transform the money to Euros (with a commission), and if you want them in dollars, you have to pay again again to transform them into dollars. I do not know why I can not have balance in different currencies. But overall, I think it is a very good option for online sellers. Probably the best nowadays.

Overall: I am using it for selling digital products online. It is easy to set up, and looks like one of the most serious companies in the field. I am also trying to use to integrate with an ecommerce shop, but waiting for their technical team to review the extension since some weeks ago. But I have good feeling that are really a tech company and are very ready. Before I was using the payment system of my bank, that has not improved in the last 5 years, and now is obsolete. I think with stripe I will have a good product, even when commissions are about 1% higher than other options.

Pros: What I like most about it is that it just works and I rarely have to mess with it. It's one of those things that you just need to have if you ever want to accept payments online, so you have to decide who you're going to pick as your payment processor. Stripe is high tech, and integrates with my CRM (full disclosure though, it ONLY integrates with Stripe. Does not support others). I know that Stripe provides a top of the line product, and I have not had any issues with it that I can recall.

Cons: It's quite expensive. The transaction rates are not at all among the lowest. If you want to try and negotiate lower rates, you need to start processing some big numbers. Right now, my CRM only works with Stripe. I couldn't shop around from competitors even if I wanted to. So, I'm kind of stuck with Stripe. Luckily, I'm stuck with a good product. But, it comes at a price. When I do the math, I spend a few thousand dollars a year just in processing fees. If I was able to, I probably would shop for a cheaper transaction rate, because Stripe has a lot of features I simply don't need that I'm still paying for.

Pros: Stripe integrates in to nearly any shopping cart or invoicing system that I have used. If an integration is lacking, the documentation is very clear. In most cases, performing the integrations is completely hands-off and literally only requires your username and password. By managing these integrations with auto-config scripts, it takes the hard work out of getting set up for payments.

Cons: Stripe is super careful about certain types of credit card transactions. If you do any sort of volume, you will likely get a transaction or two flagged by their review team. This usually just requires a little more info and then the transaction clears in a few days.

One other major issue is the transaction fees tend to be on the higher end of normal. You can get much better rates through an Authorize.net account, but those carry other monthly fees absent in Stripe's offering.

Overall: Stripe has been our main online payment processor for the last three years. There have been very few hiccups or issues. We receive our payments within 48 hours most of the time. Integration is easy, account setup is easy, there are no monthly fees. It is a no-brainer.

Pros: Stripe offers simple, clean, well documented APIs for quickly and securely accepting credit cards. It also works with Apple Pay and a number of other payment types. It has a huge userbase, excellent uptime, and tons of resources and tutorials. Their website allows you to see all API interactions involved with creating or modifying any records in your account, which is great for debugging.

Cons: Until you reach a certain size, it can be extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person on the Stripe side, and they are completely unwilling to negotiate rates before that point. They have killed off some useful features (like ACH payout) in favor of more expensive full-service solutions. But they do have long and well-marked deprecation periods whenever they do this.

Overall: I've set up custom Stripe integrations for several online marketplaces and ecommerce sites at this point, and it's quick and easy. Head and shoulders above the old custom bank or PayPal setups of the early 2000s. Assuming you don't have any special needs, they are the first payment processor I'd suggest trying.

Pros: I've been using Stripe for quite a while now and I am very impressed with the overall business and what they offer to clients such as myself. Accepting payment has never been easier. You no longer have to deal with PayPal or cash. Stripe for me is kind of an all in one solution for payment processing.

Let's say you have a website selling coffee beans in the United States. Stripe will provide with an easy to set up payment processing gateway for your site. Once it's up, your customers can then purchase from your site 24/7/365 using credit card, debit cards, and whatever other payment options you make available.

Stripe does all the heavy lifting for you. They analyze the risk of each transaction, which tremendously help prevent fraud and future headaches.

All sales and analytics are presented in a very well designed interface.

Cons: No problems so far. Stripe's been great and a much better service than a few other big names.

Pros: We were attracted to Stripe because of their extremely thoughtful and well-documented API. Stripe typically works as you'd expect as a developer interacting with their API (no small feat), and we're often pleasantly surprised when we go looking for some new feature and find out it already exists. Stripe's support is also top-notch, and the odd time we're unable to accomplish something ourselves we've usually been able to get there with the help of support. The product evolves quickly and keeps getting better.

Cons: There's not much to complain about with Stripe the biggest pain points are usually with things that are somewhere outside of Stripe's control. For example, the process involving customer chargebacks is a bit confusing and rigid, but this is mostly dictated by the requirements of the card issuers Stripe is dealing with.

Overall: Stripe allowed us to get up and running processing payments quickly, and their support has helped us get past any problems we've run into along the way.

Pros: Easy to use and quick to get started. The platform is easy to navigate through. The search function is superb

Cons: We are stuck with using stripe as our primary software only has stripe api connection. that part works flawlessly - however on the other side of the transaction there is the accounting side. the issue is stripe groups multiple transactions together and then deposits them into you bank as a single transaction. Xero does not then allow these transactions to be easily split up in the same way they came in ...The API seems to have severe limitations. Why it is in 2018 that we need third party software to identify whats happening with our credit card merchant payments? Stripe and Xero are 2 of the biggest and supposedly cutting edge softwares out there and yet they can't seem to find a way to talk to one another in a way that allows proper reconciliation. Between my book-keeper and 2 lots of software I probably spend x3 what the Xero subscription costs, just keeping on top of this very basic tedious task of reconciling stripe transactions. Totally ridiculous and enough to make me actively seek alternatives.

Pros: I use stripe for payments its really awesome interface, has tons of payment options which can be configured and has a lot of great options for things that even paypal does not have i.e. Stripe gives you the option to remind customers who are on recurring plans that a payment is coming up - since we have yearly subscriptions this is nice since it helps avoid disputes after someone forgets they signed up months ago. Stripe has this built in with various options like 7 days before etc. for Paypal (which is also great) you would need IT to custom code something like that.

Cons: Its hard to say because I honestly really like everything about Stripe from the dashboard to customer service to options for accepting payment

I guess I wish ACH fees were cheaper (through Quickbooks they are free)

My biggest complaint would be that its hard to configure a lot of the extra payment options it requires a lot of IT skills but I must say that is probably for security reasons so it cannot be blamed on stripe

Overall: I use stripe as my payment processor. Additionally, I just started a new business which had a complex structure because my business partner is in the UK - I used Stripe Atlas which for filled out a few hundred dollars worth of forms and took care of a ton of the many documents needed. I must say that you still must consult your lawyer but while LegalZoom has a great attorney option, Stripe Atlas kills them in features and pricing.

Pros: Before Stripe, we used complicated payment gateway+merchant account solutions that required PCI compliance, had rudimentary recurring billing options and were a headache to setup. Stripe makes accepting payments easy. Stripe's reporting features are better than most payment gateway providers and the integration options are so easy and flexible that a developer who has never worked with Stripe before can get a simple payment system setup in a few hours.

Cons: I'd like to see an improved Coupon system in Stripe in the future. Right now coupon codes created in Stripe are for recurring subscriptions only and cannot be used on one off purchases. This requires that whenever we need this feature, we need to build our own coupon system and explain to product owners that the coupons in Stripe will not work for them in their situation.

Pros: We have been using this product at the school now for several years and it is consistently excellent as a third party processor of payments for our students. The admin features give us access to information we need to verify, process, refund and review payments received. Very few card payments are declined and students are able to pay online easily with very few hassles. Highly recommend this service for 3rd party processing of payments online.

Cons: If there is a negative, it is only 1% of the overall product. Occasionally, we get 2 emails announcing the same payment. Again, that rarely happens, so it's not much of a negative at all because it is so rare.

Overall: We are a Bible College with students in Satellite locations around the world. Stripe makes it easy for all of our students to register online and make their tuition payments.

Cons: The only con is that handling chargebacks can be cumbersome if you run into them. Especially doing ecommerce work, we find that a lot of customers will simply do a chargeback instead of communicating with us to ask for a refund. Stripe's UI for chargebacks and disputes is good, but can be confusing to track the status of previous ones you've responded to.

Overall: I've been using Stripe as our sole payment processor for over a year now and it has been nothing but great! Their plug and play integrations (Kickstarter, Celery, Shopify, etc.) has made it simple for us to scale our Kickstarter project to a full-fledge ecommerce site. Payment processing is unbelievably simple, and the added benefit of Stripe's customer tracking makes it easy to see conversion and retention rates. Their API integrations and documentation are also stellar and has afforded us the ability to do custom integrations where needed. The analytics platform they offer is basic, but I appreciate the ability to see some barebones metrics from time to time as I'm making a quick glance - we use Baremetrics for our in-depth sales analytics.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're doing online sales, this platform will be your best friend!

Pros: What I like about Stripe is that our customers can run payments for their clients. This makes it easier for them but also helps our company with sales in being able to offer those services.

I like that payments go through and if failed they are emailed to the customer right away.

I do also like being able to control the accounts and seeing in the back end why payments may have failed, and or being able to remove accounts etc. This saves a lot of time from having to contact Stripe for any of these small issues.

Cons: There are at times, some bugs that occur. Some of our clients do not get the micro deposits on time or at all, when trying to verify their Direct Debit accounts. This adds frustration to our clients but also we then have to re-enter their account and wait for the deposits again.

Also the direct debit deposit dates. I wish it would take less time but not have to sign up for more extensive transaction fees.

Pros: We are a small service-based business with close to 100 clients receiving services in a given 2-week invoice cycle. Previously, we either had to collect checks one at a time or go through our bank's payment request system. With the latter, there was no integration with the platform we use to run our business and generate invoices, so we had to individually request payment from each of our clients, one at a time.

The platform we use to run our business then linked up with Stripe to enable our clients to pay via credit card. Not only has it exponentially increased the efficiency of our invoicing process, but our clients are happier! There was nothing we needed to set up on the back-end either. We just process our invoices with our platform and Stripe handles the rest instantaneously.

Cons: The delay between when we successfully charge a client's credit card and when the money ultimately ends up in our bank account could be shortened, but it's relatively standard for the industry.

The fees could be reduced, but again, standard for the industry and also well worth it for the benefit we receive by using Stripe. The time we save with Stripe is worth much more than the fees we pay.

Overall: Massive time savings, efficiency and organization with our small business' invoicing/payments process.

Pros: I was a PayPal guy, then 1ShoppingCart guy, then back to PayPal. When Kajabi (my training platform) offered the Stripe integration I started (about 2-3 years ago). Stripe is by far the best for seamless integration behind the scenes and the automated invoice reminders and update credit card reminds save me a ton of time each month.

Cons: I do not think I have ever had difficulty. I do have the Kajabi integration that handles most transactions but even navigating the admin area of Stripe is super easy and very intuitive.

Overall: Changed my life by giving me a full day of contacting clients for billing errors each month back to me. I probably could have made an extra $50K a year going back several years when I was trying to run things through the unbranded PayPal shopping cart and clunky 1ShoppingCart system. Thank you Stripe!

Pros: Stripe is not only reasonably priced but has powerful integrations with some of my favorite software like Gravity Forms (Wordpress). I've used it to make payment forms, donation forms, subscriptions (it does recurring payments) and more. One client needed something that could print shipping labels and it seems to seamlessly integrate with ShipRobot to do this, he was paying Paypal for this functionality (to take payments directly on his website).

Cons: The webhooks and other integrations can be a bit difficult to use. Note: don't forget to add other users BEFORE turning on two factor authentication or else the person helping you may have to call you to get that code for their access.

Overall: Online processing that integrates with everything I need it to and then some.

Pros: Very easy set up when referred by a 3rd partner. Security and data protection compliance is built in by design. Much cheaper transaction costs when compared to the main players and particularly Paypal

Cons: The payments to our bank account take too long, over a week usually. Any customer refunds are 'bundled' together with other customer payments resulting in a block payment to our bank which takes a bit of reconciling. But once you understand this and learn how to navigate the system its fairly straight forward

Overall: We were refered to Stripe by our CRM system 'Jobber'. They both made the integration extremely easy for a total non techy. I would imagine if you didn't have this joint relationship and wanted to use Stripe as a stand alone product you would need to pay someone to get it all hooked up behind the scenes

Pros: Stripe was one of the first large scale payments company to support BitCoin payments. This tells me that they are an forward looking platform ready to embrace changes happening in payments world. Apart from BitCoin, they support Alipay, WeChatpay ,Apple Pay and other payment platforms popular in different parts of the world. It makes it easy to start accepting payments from any method using Stripe so that businesses are able to maximize their reach of customers.

It also offers a single dashboard with cutting edge analytics support for all the payment platforms.

Cons: Lack of telephone support is the biggest concern for me. They have an active twitter account to receive complaints but that doesn't seem to be the best option to reach customer care in case of a panic situation. Also, they are very slow in responding to their emails and supporting the merchants during the process of chargebacks. Also, their fraud detection and prevention algorithm is not as robust as that of PayPal's and generates a lot of false positives affecting the business.

Pros: I love stripe because the app syncs with my Massagebook program. Making my business transactions organized and easy to keep track of. Payments dont take long to show in my bank account. It's affordable since they only charge per swipe. No hidden fees. I can also hold credit cards for appointments safely and makes it easy for people to adhere to my cancellation policy.

Cons: I just wish it synced a little better with massagebook and could access client profiles so I don't have to make two separate profiles for the same customer. That way I could easily save and sync payment information. I also wish we had a better Point of sales set up with massagebook and they could also give an option to purchase a small printer for receipts. In business I look forward to more streamlined, no fuss easy to use and fast checkout experiences.

Overall: Easy, affordable credit card processing and tracking of credit card sales

Pros: I really like the dashboard and the user experience, very smooth. First, you can have a look at all the recent transactions and check immediately their details and status (approved, rejected, the reason...). Then, you can have a look at all the disputes, and submit evidence if need in a very clear interface. Also, the features of payment are really strong : you can refund partial/total amounts very easily, you can check all the transaction details thanks to the Dashboard page of the transaction.

Cons: It has some drawbacks. It can be considered as a bit pricey: my business is charged 3% of each transaction on average. That's okay as it's a good online payment system but it's an amount of money and sometimes PayPal can seem more interesting. Besides, when you refund a customer, it usually takes 5-10 days to hit the bank account, which is so long! I wish it could be improved...

Pros: I switched from Braintree to Stripe because Stripe offers instant debit card payouts for merchants, and as far as I know, no one else offers that feature.

Stripe has pretty much any feature you could want from a payment provider, and Stripe is generally straightforward to setup and use.

Cons: The documentation can be very frustrating, as there are many things that aren't documented in the API docs. Most of my complaints using Stripe come from trying to figure out how to do something simple, and neither customer support or the API docs were useful in figuring out how to do it.

Customer support can also be obtuse. They generally seem poorly educated about their own product/terminology, and when something isn't working, they're rarely helpful in giving insights as to why. Luckily, I haven't had a huge number of problems, but when I have, customer support hasn't necissarily been helpful.

Pros: It just works, 100% of the time for me so far. In 3ish years at this point, it's never failed or had an issue unlike Paypal, which constantly caused problems for us. I am a huge Stripe fan and very happy user. When I took my business online I signed up for Stripe and have never looked back.

Cons: I pay a little more in merchant fees than I want to, and I miss clients sending me money without having that extra fee, especially when the invoice is higher but cost of doing business is worth it. I think they could use a different scale for higher ticket items. I have my high priced clients send me a check now as when I receive a $10k payment, I prefer to not have to give that extra percentage up. On the smaller items I'm less concerned.

Pros: Planning on starting a subscription based company? Read "Subscribed" by Tien Tzuo and get a Stripe account. Stripe is very affordable for startups, if you earn a little you also just pay a little. We started using their service 3 years ago and the longer I work with Stripe, the more impressed I am: with their documentation, with their API (and API docs), their interface and their options.

Cons: Used chat support 3 times: twice it was great but the last time it was a staff member that didn't know their own options and features well enough and gave me wrong info. So they might need to spend a bit more time on training their support staff.

Overall: Simply a great payment platform for companies that offer subscriptions for online services.

Pros: It was simple to set up, and at no time in the last three years have I run into problems with Stripe. I won't name names except to say it rhymes with Paypal and the issues I have with them are never ending and I have yet to have an issue with Stripe. They handle payments like a champ, no matter which country they come from and they've never frozen my account for some silly reason. It just keeps doing what it's supposed to and I'm grateful for that.

Cons: Maybe the reporting could be a little better? But not by much, there's just often a bunch of data and codes I don't understand when I look at payments for example. I would prefer not to see them unless they are relevant to me knowing where the numbers are at.

Pros: Stripe is extremely easy to use for payments on a website. They also have a great featureset like managing subscriptions and some shared customer data across sites (like if someone has used the stripe widget elsewhere they may not need to re-enter their information so they love it.

Cons: The Best Payment API*

The asterisk belongs here because I would say if you NEED Paypal support then it may be better to go with an almost-but-not-quite-as-good-competitor (which happens to include Paypal right out of the box). Honestly Stripe is so nice and good that it may be worth it to use it and a separate Paypal solution if you really need both.

Overall: It's been a dream on my service. The admin panel, the documentation, the library, it's all been fantastic.

Pros: Stripe is reliable and intuitive. I get the impression I could do more with this software than I currently do, however it works for the bare minimum my team needs it for. We have Stripe connected to our online donate page, where it processes one-time and recurring (monthly) donations.

I like the reports we can turn out on the back-end, though they recently changed some features. It's relatively easy for us to keep track of our monthly profits but it would be great if the reports were slightly more easily accessed, or exported in a more visual form.

Cons: It has its own language - the reports export to excel in one format, and since we inevitable have to use multiple platforms to gather all our donation information, we have to live with the fact that all reports will look different. That being said, I've found that Stripe's reports are the most confusing, coded, and least visual compared to other platforms.

Overall: It's been positive - I would recommend it, but we only use it for a limited functionality. I wish the reporting mechanisms were clearer and it was more non-profit friendly.

Pros: Fair rates and fee structure, best in class developer support, very good merchant customer service, integrations with many leading commerce softwares, good volume processing discounts, fast settlement and deposit times

Cons: Shuns vendors who deal in popular sporting goods or anything even remotely scary... For many this is a non issue, but for anyone tangentially related to shooting, hunting, or outdoors goods it's important. Read the TOS carefully and remember all transactions are keyword monitored for prohibited products.

Overall: We've processed a ton of money through Stripe without issue. Most merchants will have a lovely time moving to Stripe from other less modern payment providers. They really have made a best in class product for most people.

Pros: Stripes API allows the merchants services to be easily integrated into ecommerce platforms. We currently use them in conjunction with our opencart site and it has been working flawlessly. The merchant transaction fee is fair and considered pretty average compared to other competitors. Payments are also deposited fairly quickly into bank account (typically within 1-2 business days). A great tool for offering customers other payment options on website and runs quite smoothly.

Cons: Dashboard can look a little messy and reports are not very intuitive.

Overall: Great value and API provides seamless integration into websites. Overall, it has been working well for us and has been indispensable for our web orders.

Pros: Stripe easily integrates with Woocommerce and with a click of a button it can add Apple Pay and Google Pay to your website. These features make for such a quick checkout experience. One feature I greatly appreciate is the fraud alert which protects our business from possible chargeback fraud. The system will reject or warn you of transactions that have a history of fraud. The customer service is excellent and if you ever have a chargeback issue they quickly notify you and have a process to help provide documentation to the disputers financial institution. Moreover, deposits are received fast and their fees are reasonable.

Cons: It does not automatically integrate with my accounting platform Xero Accounting. The ability to have same day transfers to your bank account would be something I would pay a small fee for.

Pros: Reliability, Low Fees, No Monthly Fees, No Sign up fees, Fast Transfer To Bank

Cons: None

Overall: I've been using Stripe for years now, after having a very negative experience with PayPal and it's fees are very competitive. No Sign up fees, No monthly fees, only transaction fees.

The best thing about Stripe is that it's very reliable and the Transfers to your bank account are Fast!

The fees are 2.9% per transaction + $0.30 (same as paypal) but even better is that you can see who your payments are coming from - the customer's name, email, what card they used, etc. basically everything you are supposed to see when you process a transaction (paypal hides all that information from you).

I've never had any problems with Stripe so haven't had a need to contact them for support... all I can say is that it's way more reliable and professional. I highly recommend it.

Cons: When one of your customers will go to the bank and report that transaction coming from you could be fraud, Stripe will dispute that transaction and will frozen that amount and collected back from balance. Currently I'm waiting long time even that transaction was legit.

Pros: I like that it's an easy software to use. The set up is very quick and easy. It works seamlessly with my online store and I was able to start processing right away. I like that you can take a credit card over the phone easily as well.

Cons: I don't like that there's no way to send a quality (or even semi-quality) invoice to customers who you just want to do a quick invoice for. The invoicing process is also not very straightforward if you needed to just shoot an invoice to someone from the software without using a third party.

Overall: Stripe is a great tool. It's been a huge asset to my startups, saving me time and a lot of hassle that comes with setting up on other competitor platforms.

Pros: I work for a web agency and we create many e-commerce websites, mostly using woo-commerce so Stripe is great for our business and our clients. It provides everything anyone would need, accepts many different cards options and even has Mobile Pay option in Denmark which is pretty popular demand at the moment among all our customers. It is also easy to set up and doesn't need much customization and has subscription option as well.

Cons: The main issues is that you will have to keep an eye on the system as it does not have as it doesn't send automatics failure emails. Also the fact that you cannot change currency once the subscription has been made can be pretty annoying but it is mostly something that our customers have to deal with so on our side we are as a development agency we are happy with the Stripe.

Overall: Stripe is the way to go, if you need many different options. Anyone can take advantage of the the flat rate processing.

One of the best parts about it is that it is a global billing platform, so makes it really easy to recommend it to all our clients all over the world.

Pros: The two biggest things that stand out for my use of Stripe is how fast, easy and affordable the system is, as well as how effective it is. From signup to actually being ready to take payments took only minutes, and bank accounts for deposits were confirmed in just a day or so. More over, the API system is very friendly and easy to use if you can't find an available add-on to work with Stripe. The most handy part I have found is the option to have Stripe's payment pages remain hosted and secured on their website. Most of the time this requires a redirect to another site entirely, however Stripe uses a small payment modal box that seamlessly integrates into your site, allowing the customer's data to remain secure AND to let me focus on operating the business rather than dealing with PCI Compliance - because Stripe handles all of that.

Cons: I don't really have a whole lot of negative things to say about Stripe. If there is anything negative it would be that sometimes it is a bit hard to find what I am looking for on their website, so that could be improved. The answers are there, you just have to dig.

Pros: Stripe is on the rise for sure they are now my go to option whenever I build a clients website or even on my own e-commerce store. You get your money sent directly to your account without having to initiate the transaction or have it sitting only to draw a different transaction fee just to withdraw the money. Its now available across all the major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Bigcommerce and Woocommerce for Wordpress my personal favorite is the Shopify integration.

Cons: I would like it if they had a local option like something where you could swipe the card like if you set up a pop up shop or something.

Pros: I love how easy it is to receive payments. Most comparative services charge pretty much the same transactions fees, so it comes down to preference when choosing payment gateways like Stripe, Paypal, so on. It's almost like choosing a bank you like. Although I also use Paypal, I prefer Stripe for one big reason. Paypal sometimes hold the payment for a period of time when their system suspects something unusual, or you haven't been using their system for a while. This is a major issue since your money gets locked up for nearly a month. This never happened with Stripe, and that is why I feel more comfortable using Stripe over Paypal.

Cons: Integrating Stripe into your website is not as straight forward as Paypal, so if you're not a technical person it could be tricky to use some of their services. But they have lots of documentations that helps you so it's not a huge issue. It just feels intimidating at first.

Cons: There's a few glitches that sometimes occur with failed charges when the customer updates their card: double charges and subscription switches, but that's about it! Pros: I LOVE Stripe because:

1. They are trusted and well-known. PayPal is no longer the only option that people trust.

2. I am able to add as many accounts as I need under one account. For example, I have one master account for all my projects that accepts payments. This makes it super convenient and easy for me to accept payments as a different entity!

3. It's user-friendly! I love how it integrates into sites seamlessly. No more of the external redirects to make a payment (I'm looking at you PayPal).

Cons: So far, I don't have any complaints. I haven't had any issues.

Cons: There is a steep learning curve for Stripe, and you really need confidence and some good coding skills (or coding team) to really make the most of Stripe's systems. Plus the lack of live chat/phone support is very very frustrating! But a bit of commitment and hard work goes a long way and there are a number of forums to rely upon for support when email support is normally 24 hours or just under in terms of response time.

Pros: Stripe is now my first choice for groups that are integrating for online payments. For example, a user of Wild Apricot software for a membership site needs to accept payments for event registrations and product sales... and they accept Stripe as a payment processor. In the past, I always recommended PayPal... but the one thing Stripe does is (after setup) it will automatically transfer any funds to the linked account within 24 hours. So, once Stripe is setup (easy) and integrated into the service like Wild Apricot... you never have to login to Stripe again and your money gets moved to your account automatically. Very nice and easy.

Cons: Nothing... I have not had one issue with Stripe for any groups using it.

Overall: Stripe is an alternative to PayPal for certain uses. And, for the times I have used it... it has worked very well. I think it is best for website shopping carts and software services like Wild Apricot where you integrate Stripe as the payment processor and let it do its thing.

Pros: I love how Stripe integrates with so many other features. My web service requires it for online sales so I was required to create an account. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the product, and relatively speaking, it is easy to connect with your eStore or eService. Linking a bank account is quite simple, and the ability to use Stripe on mobile devices is great (though we presently use another service for that). Overall, it's a solid product that certainly meets our needs for web commerce. Stripe does auto-deposit quickly into our bank account and sinks with our financial tools for easy reporting.

Cons: Initially the set up wasn't easy, but much of that has been fixed in website updates. Also, the transaction fees are slightly higher than we pay with our current service (.25% + $.30 higher) and the online sales reports are good, but not great.

Overall: Overall I like Stripe, and it has been a good addition to our online presence. We had to grab it, initially, out of necessity, but it has remained functional and really useful to us for making, tracking and reporting all of our online sales.

Pros: As an analytic junky, I enjoy how stripe gives a bit more than other apps in the field as it relates to client/payment behavior. I like how it processes what I need it to process (as I work with international, local, and skeptical clients). This software, honestly, has given me exhale in my business and ease in carrying out certain tasks.

Cons: There is a bit of learning curve (at least for my intricate purposes there was). I'm unsure if stripe has videos teaching how to use certain features or accomplish certain tasks, but that would be useful. A task on their end -yes- but useful. Especially as it relates to creating coupons. Stripe looks daunting at first, but spending some time with it proves helpful. I wish the app had a bit more functions to it. It seems to have certain trends that I do not care about, and not much relating to what I DO care about.

Overall: I was essentially forced to use stripe for my business... yes, it was daunting and a bit of a nuisance to 'crossover' in a way, but I do NOT regret it. I no longer avoid online venues that require stripe. In fact, when it comes to online venues that offer stripe as well as other known payment portals/processors... I use stripe. I'm shocked that this is how it is for me now and annoyed with myself for not jumping on earlier.

Pros: We have been using stripe for a couple of years and we and our clients are very happy with it. It is very easy to integrate with different web platforms and process payments with the major credit cards providers. Fees are very clear to understand so we haven't found surprises in our bills.

Cons: We have tried to contact customer services a couple of times and never got an answer. Good it was something we could solve inside but does not speak good in case of problems for a company that you are trusting with your business money.

Pros: Stripe is a well known brand name, most people are comfortable processing payments via this method and their security is top notch. It's easy to set up plans, recurring payments, coupons and refunds. I'm not in accounting, but I have full access to act as one when it comes to helping customers out with billing issues.

Cons: Sometimes it's a bit hard to set up integrations that play nice with Stripe, for the most part it's been acceptable and hence it's not a deal breaker.

Overall: Ease of billing, refunds, fraudulent activity analysis and revenue recognition.

Pros: I love the dashboard where I get a quick look at my overall totals and my daily transactions. I love how easy it is to process a refund for the occasional customer who doesn't read our instructions.

Cons: I like least was no phone number to contact them. But you have just about everything you would need to process most issues with them.

Overall: Stripe has freed up my life of tracking payments and deposits and refunds. Now all transactions go straight through my bank and the supporting documents are from a third party vendor that are east to tie in to the transaction.

Pros: Great set of features.

Clean well documented API.

Easy portability of data if you ever decide to leave Stripe:

Stripe takes security seriously, it's PCI compliant.

Cons: According to Stripe the platform owner is liable for chargebacks: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes#disputes-on-connect-platforms

They charge many fees for the marketplaces. You can check the pricing here: https://stripe.com/pt/connect/pricing

Pros: This is the best and easiest to use API to process payments and use for billing. Love the new Billing product which allows for all different types of recurring and single product payments. Also, there are many third-party applications that support and integrate with Stripe. It means that you can probably find or create the solution you need for your business.

The processing fees are pretty standard and decent.

Cons: Unless you are using a third-party app you will need a developer to get the most out of this service though there are some basic interfaces provided.

Overall: I can easily get setup and collect payments in no time. Fees are reasonable and they provide the most features to process payments that competitors so Stripe allows us to generate more revenue. Stripe has many different ways to accept payment from standard credit cards to Apple pay support so the biggest benefit has to be the availability for customers to pay us.

Pros: The business I represent is backed up by the Stripe for payment collection. We are using Stripe for almost 6+ years which tells how dependable, safe and secure this service is. The UI is also easy enough to navigate between all the sections. The search box is highly helpful in fetching the required transaction details in no time at all. And, not to forget the multi-currency support.

Cons: Being an Indian user, my employer had spent quite a lot of time getting a Stripe account. It is definitely hard to get a Stripe account. Also, the transaction fee and conversion charges are way to high.

Overall: If you want to take your business to the global level, you must have Stripe.

Pros: Stripe is our preferred choice of accepting payment from international clients. It is a very straight forward payment infrastructure and it makes it easy to register our clients for subscriptions. It has got a broad integration capability and has been very effective for our Subscription ,payments and billing needs.

Also Stripe recently introduced invoicing ,and this could not had come at a better time ; only makes me love Stripe more and more.

Cons: Stripe is impossible to integrate without a good background in programming. Also we have had situations wherein we were unable to approve our clients for stripe ,because of their industry of focus.

Pros: The interface is clean and for the most part, easy to navigate. It's easy to generate full or partial refunds, update information, or generate additional invoice copies to different email addresses. Sometimes you have to dig for what you're looking for, but as long as you click around enough, you'll be likely to find it easily.

Cons: I understand, but don't love, that email is the only way to contact them. I don't need phones, but live chat would be helpful. Response time has been between 24 and 48 hours - I would hope that without phones or live chat, response time would go town to several hours given that billing issues can be time sensitive. I wish credit card decline issues had more detail - but that probably has more to do with the banks than with Stripe!

Overall: Great for a SaaS billing plugin - we're able to process our customer payments using Stripe, which makes everything easier.

So easy to use, I forget about it.

Pros: I use Stripe via integration with Simple Practice, a therapy management system. I've been using it for about 3 years without issue and forget about it most of the time. I charge clients, the money appears in my account--that simple. Cons: I honestly cannot think of any cons. I have not had any problems in using Stripe over the past three years.

Pros: I love the way you can build customized but very turnkey payment processes and solutions on their platform. You can have very simple and fast mobile versions of payment processing, or you can have more elaborate use cases. Whatever solution you need Stripe's platform will let you bring their technology to bear to make sure your business gets paid fast and efficiently.

Cons: Regarding the software, I really have no complaints. I suppose a more robust set of reporting features would be useful because as is the reporting is pretty basic. That's really the only complaint I have, if you can even it call it one.

Overall: Stripe straight up lets your business get paid in a modern way in a cost-effective manner. They provide payment processing solutions for credit and debit cards and EFTs, at a fair rate. This has allowed us to not to have to add in the surcharge for our clients when we process payments through Stripe.

Pros: I love the check payment option when invoicing with Stripe. It has the potential to save the company a lot of money if a customer elects to use a check to pay.

Cons: Payments through stripe are incredibly slow. A payment that would be processed in 1-2 days with a competitor takes a minimum of 3-4 days with Stripe. Check payments are even slower, sometimes taking 1-2 weeks to process. The software is also not as easy to navigate as competitors.

Overall: Check processing is worth the slow deposit times if cash flow allows for it.

Pros: We are into subscription business , we charge our customers either semi annually or annually. Earlier we used to chase our customers to pay us via bank transfer and it lead to losses and customers sometime forgot to pay and sometimes they do not pay us but use our services . Using stripe we have solved this problem we have auto deduction facility so that when renewal date is due we deduct money automatically from customer credit card and transaction price which they offer is best in the industry .

Cons: many friends of mine in other part of world want to use stripe but its not available everywhere like paypal

Pros: I work at an agency that develops eCommerce websites for businesses large and small. We ALWAYS use Stripe as the payments gateway for two main reasons:

1. It's super simple for someone (with or without dev/ software knowledge) to set up.

2. Their fees are very reasonable for a scalable payment gateway that's just as comfortable processing one payment a month as it is 1,000,000.

Stripe has a whole suite of other tools to help grow your business as well and is adding new features every day. Their software is secure, reliable, and easy-to-use.

I highly recommend using Stripe as a payment gateway for your eCommerce store.

Cons: I really have no complaints about Stripe. It is significantly better than par for what it offers.

Overall: We set up Stripe on eCommerce websites every day and rarely run into issues with the software .

Pros: We use Stripe to accept online bookings through certain platforms. I appreciate that, once set up, Stripe seems to do most of the work, and integrates with other platforms easily so that it just kind of does its thing without anyone having to pay attention to it. I'm not deeply familiar with all of the features of Stripe, but it seems to do its job well.

Cons: Like I said, it tends to do its job without us having to pay much attention to it. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why when an issue does come up that requires investigation it usually seems like my team doesn't really know how Stripe works. It's not necessarily self-explanatory or intuitive. That's fine as long as you have someone who can actually take a little time to understand the software and maybe check on it from time to time to make sure there are no issues with payments, cancellations, refunds, etc. This isn't a problem with Stripe per say, it's just that having a lot of different softwares working together it's easy to lose track of something.

Pros: Stripe makes it easy for businesses of all sizes to accept payments on the go. Manually inputting credit card information or having customers set up recurring charges, Stripe supports it all. Invoicing is also available. The online user interface as well as the Android application are well made and make it easy to track the finances from anywhere.

Cons: No cons that are worth mentioning for Stripe.

Pros: I like Stripe because is very simple, intuitive and easy to use. There is also a lot of useful graphs which shows your gross volume, new customers, successful payments etc. You can set up how often you'd like to receive the payments. All expected payouts with dates and value in one place. There is also an App which works great on mobile devices. Highly recommend!

Cons: Sometimes payments are blocked by radar due to a high risk of fraud. Even, when there is just another payout from the same customer. When it comes you need to contact to support team to put this customer to whitelist and try to charge again.

Pros: My company hosts A LOT of events. Some of those events are informative seminars, that cost money to attend. Stripe has significantly helped the payment process. Basically, it is an intuitive software that organizes the money received from our clients. The form structure allows you to detail what the potential payments received will be for, and that information gets written back to our CRM database and email marketing system. It's honestly really neat!

Cons: I genuinely have never had an issue with Stripe. It always does what it needs to do and it is really easy to set up. I foresee our company using the software for quite a bit of time.

Overall: The payment system we used before was very clunky and was known for messing up payments or putting them in places that didn't make sense. This system is streamlined and seamless and something that we could teach anyone to use. I also like that it works in a corporate setting the same way it would work in a retail setting. You know it's a good software when it can be used anywhere for anything.

Overall: My business is Athena Tuition (www.athenatuition.co.uk) - a tutoring agency in the UK, and we started using Stripe through our use of Tutorcruncher software. naturally, Stripe was available as a choice to use, and we wanted to try it out to easily accept card payments. Getting set up was very easy, and we have never had any issues so far.

Recommendations to other buyers: Compared with any other service like Paypal or Braintree, Stripe wins. Gocardless is a little cheaper, but Stripe has no direct debit guarantee which is great.

Pros: Prior to Strip, I was a Braintree customer. Braintree was a really simple payment processing platform. However, setting up payment processing still took weeks, and many support calls. With Stripe we were up in days and didn't have to talk with any support reps.

Pros: Highly reliable payment processing while keeping things simple (like pricing, workflows, etc). If you're a small to medium sized company, Stripe should be the default choice for payment processing and have a very good reason if not.

Pros: Stripe is a great option for nonprofits to use for collecting donations. It allows for one-time or recurring transactions and sends a customizable receipt to donors. It is easy to administer compared with some other systems, and it hooks up well with my favorite API connector, Zapier.

Cons: The customer service is okay, but isn't always as responsive as I would prefer. It can also be difficult to do some of the pieces of administration without a developer on hand. But once it's set up, it's easy to use. It also charges more per transaction than some of the other donation options on the market.

Payout and refund are a breeze and also allows you to set up subscriptions for those who need it.

Cons: The customer support would be the downside to all of this since you can't contact them by phone but rather by email. Which can be totally frustrating at time when you need a problem fixed right away.

Pros: We know exactly what we owe to Stripe for each transaction processed so it's easy to budget and set pricing accordingly, they accept payments from all over the world and we have a lot of international purchasers/customers, and it was easy to set them up as our payment processor by following simple step-by-step instructions.

Cons: We've had two customers dispute charges, thus far (neither were valid) but submitting the correct information and documentation through the platform was a bit clunky. For the first one, some of the documents didn't upload and therefore it was rule in favor of the client, yet we did not receive an error message, it still allow us to submit and we did not receive an automated email saying that some of the documents weren't uploaded or processed correctly.

Cons: The merchant fee is a bit high. So I have to pay a bit more than I'm willing to. And even though there's a documentation, integrating Stripe is not straight forward. It's a bit complex process. So, you might need some technical experience to integrate this.

Pros: I use Stripe for my credit card processing on my Squarespace eCommerce site. The platform is simple and straightforward. I can easily view my transactions and the breakdown of fees. I can also see if there are any declined transactions and it will provide the reason for the failure. The processing fees are pretty comparable to other options in the market. It works seamlessly with Squarespace, which makes transactions easy.

Cons: My biggest complaint about Stripe is how long it takes to get your money. I also use Square for credit card transactions and I always get my money the next day. Stripe can take 3-4 days to send my money to my bank. I also would love to get notifications when credit cards are declined. I had a regular customer try to order and she didn't realize it hadn't gone through, so she was awaiting her order. If I had seen the payment failure, I could have reached out to her to resolve the issue.

Pros: We use Stripe to accept online payments for our customers. We have integrated it into our website so our customers can use it and we also use it to accept payments for our software. The transaction fees are reasonable compared to their competitors such as PayPal.

Cons: The only thing I dislike about Stripe is their processing times for direct debit payments in the United States. It can take up to 7 or 8 business days for our customers to receive their payments. Wish that this processing time could be sped up a little as credit cards are 2-3 business days.

Pros: It is completely integrated with my booking software and was really easy to set up. Rolling payouts are reliable and reasonable percentage rate.

Cons: They have yet to integrate the chip reader with my massagebook account. There is not a way to invoice clients, well there is supposed to be but the customer support has not helped at all. Often when you all customer support it is shifted fault to some other program.

Pros: I have been using STRIPE for a few years and have not encountered any issues with payments on my site. I've used several credit card processing software and am extremely comfortable with this platform. I is easy to setup on my website, high security features, accept all credit cards, and the pricing structure is simple.

Cons: I have no cons regarding STRIPE as it fits my business needs

I use stripe almost daily to charge our vendors and support transactions.

Pros: Stripe is pretty easy to use and they have been impressive in offering additional features. We use them both to charge our vendors and to host our transactions. It's easy to execute payments and track transactions.

Cons: Customer support is a bit of a pain to reach since they don't really give out a support line. Discussing issues via email can be annoying but they do at least respond quickly.

Pros: Everything! Easy setup, especially love the styling of the payment area when used in Woocommerce. So easy to setup you can be payment ready in mins!

Cons: The only thing I would love to see is faster deposits for Canadian sellers. Right now it's a 7 day rotation. Would love to see it get to 2-3 days.

Overall: If your looking for a easy to setup, robust payment solution there is nothing better than Stripe! They have it all.

Pros: We use stripe (through wufoo) to process ticket payments to various school events. The reports from Stripe are easy to export and understand which creates symmetry between the advancement and business offices. If a parent requests a refund, it is very easy to identify which transaction it is in stripe and easily process the refund. This function is not as simple in other software such as square. We also love that we were able to work with customer service to obtain appropriate fee pricing as a non-profit.

Cons: We would like to use it to process additional payments but we had a hard time connecting stripe to our website builder.

Overall: We are very happy using stripe and love seeing that more and more products are offering stripe integration.

Pros: Stripe is the easiest way to accept, manage and track your startup revenue. I love getting the payment notifications on my watch, the way the dashboard allows you to compare MTD and YTD with any prior month/year and more. It's great how simply you can process refund from your phone and make charges with the click of a button.

Cons: I don't have anything to say about a con.

Pros: The dashboard is really easy and simple to use. I love being able to easily add payments or subscriptions from the dashboard.

Cons: If you aren't a developer, you'll be limited in what all that you can do with Stripe.

Overall: Stripe has been phenomenal for my business. I'm not a developer but have been able to easily find integrations for the software that I use. The new dashboard is incredible!

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a great tool and it's pretty easy to find integrations for the software.

Pros: Stripe Connect makes it possible for us to handle payments for our marketplace, and its integration is fairly easy for something that is in fact, very complex.

Cons: Its very slow and progressive roll-out to more countries. Stripe is only available in 26 countries, which means that some of our vendors can't yet use our platform. They should try to enter new markets more aggressively.

Pros: - Multiple integration options, good API support, multiple library options, Versioning of API's is really good

- API logs are very helpful

- Payment mechanisms are seamless

- Customer support is fast and helpful

Cons: - Breaking out of the subscription workflow to customise invoices can sometimes require a bit of integration work.

- When we first began using Stripe we needed to build invoice generation but now this has been partly built in to Stripe. There are add ons available by 3rd parties to generate 'pretty' invoices for clients.

- Had an experience where Stripe removed some functionality from the Dashboard that our accounts team were using which meant we had to write further integrations to support internal teams.

Pros: We've been using Stripe for 3+ years. It was easy to set up and start integrating with our sales funnels right away. Works great.

Cons: The one drawback is it takes several days for money to transfer to another account. I'm so used to instant payments in my account like Paypal is. But that's not a huge issue.

Overall: Their back office has everything I need to track payments, see balances being transferred, etc.

Pros: I like that it integrates perfectly with the ticketing platform that I use and the payments are processed every night.

Cons: The dashboard is a little confusing when looking for specific sales.

Overall: I first tried Stripe with a popular online funnel building Software that only processed payment through stripe. I was skeptical since I hadn't used them in the past. I'm really glad that I got familiar with their platform. Unlike other processing companies, Stripe sends payments to my bank every night. It's fast and easy and it integrates with WooCommerce and just about every other purchasing system. They've made a fan out of me!

I use stripe as a payment processor on my website. It's been flawless.

Pros: Stripe is easy to set up, easy to incorporate into my webstore, and has an easy to use interface. Stipe has flawlessly processed all of my transactions and delivered payment to my bank automatically.

Cons: Though Stripe is competitive with other payment processors, I would like to see the fees be slightly less than they are. Other than that, I haven't had one single problem.

Pros: Stripe is easy to get setup, easy to use, their dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly as well. Their fees are reasonable and they auto transfer your money to your bank account within 2 days. I've been very happy with Stripe for payment processing online for my clients various websites.

Cons: There is no way to call for customer service, all customer service is done via email. This is time consuming and frustrating....and if this were fixed, I'd consider stripe near perfect.

Overall: Stripe is an excellent solution for online payment processing, I recommend all the time to my ecommerce website clients. Those that have used it have been quite pleased. The only complaint that my clients or I have had is that there is no way to call customer support and get immediately assistance.

Pros: Easy of use and to install even for a subscription business as we have

Super customer care service

Cons: We have some problems in processing payment with some cards like Visa Debt Card or temporary cards.

Regarding temporary cards the problem is that since we manage subscriptions with postponed payments we experiment problems in being able to receive payments since cards are no longer valid when we try to do it.

Overall: Considering the young age of this "startup" the product is great and customer care also very active: still margins for improvements as explained above.

Pros: We use this product at work everyday! While most of our development team using this product I do love that it was made so that non technical users can use this product. Any "mistake" made can always be undone fairly easily. Great product

Cons: I personally don't have any negative things to say about this product, it does all the things our company needs it to.
