Pros

Having our invoicing and accounts receivable in a single dashboard was helpful to a team that spans several time zones and has lots of moving pieces with various clients needing different billing cycles.

Cons

's percentage is quite high on the larger-ticket billing. We paid several hundred dollars with our initial client payments, and there are more cost-efficient ways to bill one-off customers.

Overall ok but higher fee and having to maintain two accounts are not the best experience. Feel like I am kept hostage of as a result of the SaaS tool we chose to use.

It seems comprehensive and the reporting tools are helping so I am generally happy with the tool so far.

Cons

I have two streams of revenue but it is not letting me consolidate both streams so I have to maintain two accounts. Also the process fee and payment timeline is worse than another tool I use.

So far using it everyday. No problem. It is a good addition to our customer service system, where they can pay bills online.

Pros

It is pretty easy to set up for a first time. Not too expensive. Not sure about customer support, because it was really to set up at the first time. Card payments are really easy. Especially we love that our customers can tap their debit card or credit card on business phone and make a payment. No need to buy any POS systems from them. The app is fully customizable, you can choose what day and time to get money on your account. So far didn’t had any bugs or issues with the system, works great.

Cons

When first time I was trying to find information about how much does it cost it was hard. Also Really wanted to talk to real person for customer support or sales agent. Didn’t found their phone number. There is a bug sometimes when you using

Overall, has been convenient to use at my practice. It is integrated with my weave software so that feature is convenient. I also like the ability to see daily / weekly / monthly reports quickly.

Pros

has been easy to use and I really like the terminal functionality. It has tap to pay, swipe, or manual entry. It looks sleek as well. Also really like the text to pay option. The ability to automatically e-mail a patient a receipt is super helpful as well.

Cons

What I like least about is the credit card fees are a bit high especially for manual entry. Not as high for swiped card but still a bit pricey.

I would say is the best for any card payments. I used it everyday in my time as a business owner. It’s so versatile and easy to use. I also could integrate it into my online shop.

Sometimes it was slower on some days. I was confused with a few features but they have a great information page to help with.

I don’t like the fees. Out of a $100 payment, I only receive $93 dollars. That’s almost 10%. Fees closer to what PayPal charges would be better.

Almost never have we run into a bug, and more often than not, a message from is straight forward, with solid support, and works without any intervention after setup.

Pros

directly integrates with all of our fundraising systems, making it easy to accept credit cards for donations, merch, or any other revenue stream. The space is very competitive with few players, but Stripe has been the most seamless of the players out there.

Cons

Sometimes the system cannot integrate with a partner software, though this happens extremely rarely. The reporting also can be clunky at time and the fees can be a bit high, but not much different that other providers.

It was quite easy to setup and cheap too. Transferring payments from to our business bank account is very simple and it meets our compliance needs.

We haven't experienced any negative issues with so far, I guess it was just a matter of putting in time to learn how to use all the features.

Overall has been my go to API for handling payments for all my custom web development projects. I've been using them for 10 years now.

Pros

What I really like most about is the 100% free to setup and use API, the quality customer support, the ability to process basically any payment type, and their fees are fixed at about $0.30 + 2.9% overall for most payments scenarios. I am a developer, so after I started using the API I got a lot of custom value out of the flexibility. I haven't had any bugs or issues often, and when I did I could contact support and they were able to help me out. Very easy to use overall to handle credit card payments across the board. I am a fan.#

Cons

I don't like some of the fees being higher for handling multiple managed accounts (for example when running a marketplace platform)

has been a great payment processor for our online training platform, seamlessly integrating with WooCommerce and WooCommerce subscriptions, allowing us to offer multiple payment options to our customers.

Cons

's payment processing fees are slightly higher than the payment processor we use for the products side of our business. We have been able to negotiate our fees down with the other processor and haven't been able to successfully lower fees with Stripe.

Hands down the best card payment solution in existence. Processing credit card payments through is so simple. It is incredibly easy to use and has a whole heap of information available from customer support. Their engineering teams are always resolving bugs and issues...and quickly!

Cons

It is a powerful tool and can be a little cumbersome integrating into some solutions. Their APIs are very well engineered, but can be overwhelming to some. Thankfully their customer support is there to assist!

Awful, they are difficult to reach and have no customer service. They take out 40% of our funds which is causing our small business to go out of business. Stay away from their services!

Pros

Nothing honestly, they are hard to reach and zero customer support. They take out reserves at will and keep your money. I am not sure how they still operate as a legitimate business. This is coming from a client that has been with them for 14 yrs.

Cons

No customer support, no contact info, not helpful, reserves with our money, I can go on, but it won't allow me to type everything. I am sad that we have been with them for this long with their lack of customer service. They should be out of business!!!

provides a decent amount of features and ways to accept payments for your business. The eye catching feature for me was the ability to use a nfc capable smartphone to take payments with tap to pay instead of having to use a stripe terminal.

Pros

The setup process was quick and easy with only a few questions about your business and how can tailor its services to your business type.

Cons

Navigating around can take a bit to understand. There are alot of different tabs to explore but once you become familiar with the layout its a breeze.

Really like . It's very easy to set up and let it run, however there are a couple issues that as long as you use it how they want it to, it's fine. It doesn't feel as seamless as some of the other types of this software

Pros

is really easy to use and set up, as well as the ability to have it integrate into different aspects of your business. I like the ability to set up a Stripe feed in Xero or to create invoices so that when payments come in it will automatically mark the payment to the invoice

Cons

I haven't found a simple way to get invoices created in into Xero without manually creating every one. There are also slightly hidden fees like 'automatic taxes' which took about 10 minutes to figure out what it was for and then subsequently turn off that 'feature'

Their customer service is not helpful in case anything happens. Once, I faced an issue with card payment and it took forever to hear back from anyone regarding any help on this.
