Cons

Unfortunately, with , you’re going to incur processing fees. Either the patient pays them or you do. Either way, it either adds more financial strain to the families or your business.

Since I make money with sales at United Empire Miniatures, having smooth transaction services is a must here. I would say ticks all these boxes easily enough as the process is quite straightforward, credit cards work well here and the price matches perfectly the services.

Pros

The interface is sleek and I am sure about where my money goes each time. When paying using a credit card via , the whole experience seems seamless as compared to other services.

Cons

Their customer service is not helpful in case anything happens. Once, I faced an issue with card payment and it took forever to hear back from anyone regarding any help on this.

We have been using fir over 9 years and never had any major issues. We only uad a snall issue and the team at stripe helped and cleared it right away. Other than the cost we are happy with it.

Pros

It works well for our online payment services. It provides you notice via email when someone makes a purchase.

Cons

It costing is kind of high in our opinion. We pay close to 4% fees off the total cost of the service.

Overall, I enjoy using . It is a very useful product making integrations and use simple and easy. It provides accurate and helpful information relevant to business and customer support was helpful as well.

Pros

is a very simple and easy to use software that makes integrations seamless and effortless, it was fairly straightforward to learn and navigate to use.

Cons

It is hard to think about what I don't like about , other than it could be a little more user friendly in the fact for labeling the tabs a little more clearly.

Pros

It was quite easy to setup and cheap too. Transferring payments from to our business bank account is very simple and it meets our compliance needs.

Cons

We haven't experienced any negative issues with so far, I guess it was just a matter of putting in time to learn how to use all the features.

### "Set It And Forget It Payment System"

Almost never have we run into a bug, and more often than not, a message from is straight forward, with solid support, and works without any intervention after setup.

Pros

directly integrates with all of our fundraising systems, making it easy to accept credit cards for donations, merch, or any other revenue stream. The space is very competitive with few players, but Stripe has been the most seamless of the players out there.

Cons

Sometimes the system cannot integrate with a partner software, though this happens extremely rarely. The reporting also can be clunky at time and the fees can be a bit high, but not much different that other providers.

My overall experience though has been satisfactory. The software supports my business needs and my customers are satisfied with the payment structure.

Pros

I liked being able to integrate payment processing with a streamlined setup into business structure. They have a wide variety of payment methods with multi-currency support.

Cons

Some drawbacks require coding knowledge and the number of features can be overwhelming to keep up with.

Overall ok but higher fee and having to maintain two accounts are not the best experience. Feel like I am kept hostage of as a result of the SaaS tool we chose to use.

It seems comprehensive and the reporting tools are helping so I am generally happy with the tool so far.

Cons

I have two streams of revenue but it is not letting me consolidate both streams so I have to maintain two accounts. Also the process fee and payment timeline is worse than another tool I use.

Overall, I've had a great experience using . It’s dependable, straightforward, and gives me confidence that payments are handled securely and efficiently. The dashboard is intuitive, and payouts are timely. The only downside is the transaction fees, but the convenience and reliability have made it worth it

Pros

I use for credit card payment processing and am happy with it. The few times I have needed customer support to work out an issue, my questions have been answered. Payouts are fast and the system is easy to use. Highly recommend!

I'm happy. I last used a regular payment processor with a broker and it seemed like a lot of work compared to this.

Pros

One of the easist payment integrations I have ever used. It was easy to set up, has great reports and I feel like even beginning business owners can accept payments from day one.

Cons

I would have liked a heads up on international card fees prior to running a payment for a client. Entering the card number could have included a notification, thereby offering me the opportunity to recover this fee from my client.

I love how I can customize it to my business. My clients can now pay with their credit cards for my services which makes it easier and more flexible for them as well as easier to manage for me.

takes a fee off of the transactions which decreases my revenue. I would have liked to see more options for type of payments available.

We save quicker, catch problems sooner, and have refunds tidily kept in hand. Overall value for money is great, and purchases run smoothly for lessons, charters, and gear additions.

Pros

simplifies credit card refunds and payment, and the dashboard is easy to use for account maintenance and tracking payouts. Usability is good with neat logs that enable speedy reconciliations of trip reservations and equipment rentals.

Cons

Random bugs or authentication checks every now and then slow down settlements, and support is inconsistent in acting quickly on complicated cases. Certain controls are invisible, so there's a lag in adjusting policies.

Overall, I've had an excellent experience using to process private pay patient payments. They provide a seamless service for both patients and providers. I can't recommend them enough!

Pros

provides a way for me, as a therapist in solo private practice, to take credit card payments in a secure environment. They link with CarePatron, another excellent software, which allows me to manage all self-pay patient in one easy to use platform. I've never experienced bugs and issues with Stripe in over a year of consistent use so haven't needed to contact their customer support, but their site makes it obvious and easy to do so if needed. They provide excellent value for the money and allow for customization to boot! 10/10, would recommend.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about using . It is rare a software runs so seamlessly. It would be easy to forget I use Stripe because it works so well, I don't even have to think about it.
