They will penalize you for one dispute, before seeing if the dispute is valid. Their support is second to none, and they are always improving their tech adding new features, payment options, fraud screening etc. Cons It would be great if the volume discount for fees was more approachable, but other than that happy to pay a premium for the great service. We use it to process payment of participant fees for programs offered by our nonprofit. It's really smooth and we haven't had a single problem since we got started. It's really easy to track payments, see who made a payment & when. Plus, payments are transferred to our bank account automatically and quickly. Pros Stripe Billing provides us better model and API to run our business and charge our clients within the application. Additionally, Stripe helps in preventing abuse and fraud payments at an early stage and prevent chargeback and stuff. Cons We didnt have any negative experience with the software. Pros Stripe is easy to implement. They have good examples and their management interface is modern and easy to use. The cost per transaction is one of the best. Stripe allows you to accept payment online and offline, as well as set up recurring payments. Sending invoices and receipts can also be easily done. I give Stripe 10/10 for service. Pros I like that Stripe has tons of options to be integrated as a payment processor across so many different tools. Cons Because Stripe is so customizable it can be a bit overwhelming for an average user who needs a simple payment processor. Pros Ha semplificato molto il lancio del mio sito e-commerce, in quanto installando il plugin per WooCommerce di Stripe ho potuto implementare molto velocemente e semplicemente il pos virtuale per ricevere i pagamenti online. Pros Stripe is beautiful to use, is very well designed (their landing page actually really made me use it) and is completely secure. If you're a developer and need to config Stripe with your project, You will find that Stripe supports a lot of programming languages to configure with. Every step is easy to follow and you'll be able to config your payment processor in a few steps. Cons As a third world citizen working for third world companies, Stripe does not offer the payment methods required for some projects, so I have been forced to use other alternatives. It's great, with very easy and user-friendly forms so customers can make purchases rapidly and with little friction. I often end up recommending business clients to use Stripe for their website as a more modern and less frustrating version of the PayPal payments system. Pros \- It just works (once set up) - Plenty of documentation - Widely supported - Rare to encounter problems Cons Although there is plenty of documentation, customer support is not easy to get hold of and there is no live chat support or number to call. Switched from [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/) Stripe is a newer and less frustrating system than PayPal, in many ways. I have lost count of the number of issues with PayPal (which nonetheless is not a terrible system) but Stripe has been consistently great since I first encountered it.
