Pros I appreciate the ease of use of this pos software. I am able to set and change my pricing easily. We have trained many employees on the use of the program and it is easy to for them to understand and use. The new fact of it now being cloud based is fabulous for me. No more wondering is the staff remembered the backup. I also find the support great. I am east coast and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] if more west but I have even gotten early call backs for a problem and he is available late for me due to his location and this allows him to work on my issues after hours. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] went so far as to make a work around for an issue specific to my needs. I highly recommend iDryclean software. Cons While the ability to track specific items could be better strides are being made to improve this area. He's very helpful in answering my questions and is very prompt. Pros The product is useful friendly. I can train a new employee to use it quickly. The screen is easy to read. Cons Grand total is not available by each item. Only has a daily. Owner Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Top of the Line" September 9, 2016 5.0 Bought Profit Maker Software 3 Years ago, Profit Maker shipped the system Installed, All i had to do it connect the cables, ready to serve customers :) Pros Very easy to Use, specially training new employee's are very easy, tickets are design and layout is at his best complete detail is provided on the customer invoice. system is very fast and don't hang up in the middle of an order, with profit Maker i have added couple of hundred items in one ticket and fast as it can be. Making changes in price table, Layout of your printable ticket or design easy as it can be Cons Cons Cons Cons, The Support team Specially James, at he Profit Maker they are at their best, Sometime if we have any issue with system we call support and they Remotely login to our computer and fix the problem, they really don't send your 7 Page instruction that you can do this and then that, they just do it for you. Pros It is the easiest for new hires to learn and operate. The Icons are very self explanatory and the ease of use is what drawn me to this product. I recommend this any Drycleaner that want to run a smooth and efficient operation. Cons The Windows Updates seem to interfere with the Thermal Receipt Printer and wreak havoc on the employees. Pros I cannot thank \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his service setting us up with Profit Maker. Hands down made my dry cleaners easier to use. They were there every step of the way and were always there when we needed them. 100% would recommend without a doubt! Cons Nothing. Absolutely user friendly and they work so hard for you given the instruction and the pricing. For them it's about quality; competent customer service to their customer and making it easy for us to service our customers. I just can't say enough about the 'Profit Maker' software and it's staff.
