At first this was a turnoff, but they have answered questions in less than hour. Sometimes 5 minutes. Cons I do wish it had chat support. But the email support is fast enough. The benefit is we can now keep an accurate record of donors, so authorized users will have immediate access to the data 24/7. Pros Ease of entering constituent information. The dashboard is designed for easy access to the features. The ability to email letters to constituents from LGL.
