Pros I dont use Patrina as an end user so I cannot speak to the feature ichness and ease of use. I am in IT and reponsible for the KBW system processes that transmit files to Patrina. I work directly with Patrina customer service and technical staff when we have system issues. The Patrina staff gets an all star rating for client support and service. They are always responsive, easy to work with and eager to please. Issues are resolved immediately and the staff always follows up.
