Pros: AgoraPulse offers a full suite of tools for social media management and monitoring for small to mid-size teams. It was easy to get our team trained and working within a couple days. AgoraPulse's support team has been wonderfully friendly and responsive, answering questions and dealing with any issues we've encountered, responding to chats usually within five minutes. The range of supported social media platforms was attractive, since it covered nearly all the services we use.

We originally were looking for a social media monitoring tool with some basic automated reporting. The integrated workflow tool and content scheduling calendars were originally nice add-ons to have, but they have quickly become the part of AgoraPulse that we use the most. The ability to schedule and assign content weeks in advance and pass drafts through an editorial process all within AgoraPulse has been a real time saver.

To be honest, the price was the first thing that caught our attention. While SproutSocial or Hootsuite have become the de-facto industry standard for enterprise-level social media management, the price tag they offered for our small team--well beyond $10,000 USD--was well beyond anything our budget could handle. AgoraPulse offered a competitive package for a fraction of the cost, offering friendly, personable support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Cons: The interface and some of the features feel somewhat underdeveloped compared to some of the bigger and more expensive options. In their defense, however, AgoraPulse is actively developing and changing the platform. They have an active feedback forum where users can offer feedback and feature requests, and they seem to regularly implement changes based on feedback from users. As long as they keep improving, the lack of polish in the interface and some of the features is outweighed by their more affordable price.

Overall: We have a team of more than 10 people managing about a half dozen social media accounts. AgoraPulse gives us a central platform where we can monitor our accounts, respond to our community, schedule and develop content, generate reports, and even keep track of our more engaged users. AgoraPulse saves our small team hours--possibly more than a hundred hours--every month.

Pros: I use AgoraPulse to manage 7 social accounts. Scheduling posts, cross posting, moderating, reporting, etc is fantastic. Prior to purchasing AgoraPulse, I investigated several of their competitors and did a few trials. AgoraPulse was by far the most affordable and provided exactly what I was looking for. In addition to the product, their customer service is top notch. Often times emails are answered in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes even less than 5 minutes during normal business hours. I've been using AgoraPulse for 2+ years and will continue to do so.

Cons: There are API limitations with LinkedIn and certain features are not available. However, this is not a fault of AgoraPulse, as they can't control what data LinkedIn allows them to use. I have at times found bugs with the iPhone app (as one would find with any app), but these were all eventually resolved with app updates. My main gripe is that I do not receive push notifications when direct messages or comments on Facebook posts are received. That being said, I still have to use the Facebook Page manager app to receive these types of alerts, which is unfortunate. I wish AgoraPulse had this feature.

Pros: In our search for a means to manage our extremely busy social media presence better, we had tried Agorapulse several times over the last four years. We'd always loved it but, as a voluntary organisation with a tiny income, couldn't justify the spend. We tried many other solutions but, having still not found the right one, decided to give Agorapulse another trial. We weren't disappointed. The developers listen to their customers and are constantly tweaking and updating the platform. This means it now serves our needs much better. The interface is easy to set up and easy to use. The inbox feature is one the biggest benefits for us. We can work through our many messages, comments, replies etc more easily in the single platform. It's put an end to the times where different volunteers found themselves submitting detailed responses to the same queries at the same time! Being able to allocate interactions over to another team member ensures important responses and queries don't get missed or they get directed to the right person. Cross platform publishing in Agorapulse is great! Being able to compose a single status in one place for several social media accounts is a must - but Agorapulse takes this further, allowing you to fully tweak the status for each platform. No more sending statuses full of irrelevant @s and #s to Facebook because we're in a rush and don't want to write it twice! Scheduling works really well with different options available to help you spread your messages more effectively. The ability to schedule posts by interval is a particularly useful feature. Being able to specify and exact time and date for a repeat post is also really helpful. The listening features are helpful. We're now spotting many things we were previously missing and not responding to, improving our engagement with our users. Customer service is easy to access, with a fast and genuinely friendly and helpful response. Developers encourage feedback and take action on customer requests. As a voluntary organisation, pricing is a big issue to us. Agorapulse is very well priced for what it offers. Great value!

Cons: The only cons are little tweaks which would make Agorapulse even easier to use for us. Finding scheduled items to amend can be diffficult if you have a lot of them set up. The calendar helps but a search feature would help more! Due to the nature of our work (we get a lot of very personal messages) it would be very useful to us to edit user permissions, enabling full access to everything but private messaging. This would allow us to increase our volunteer base.

Pros: Easy to use and fantastic customer service. AgoraPulse offers flexibility & is more than just a scheduling tool. Their CRM functionality is very powerful. The free mobile app ensures we are always on top of our clients conversations. The entire system is built on user requests so everything is there that is needed. When you have a question the team are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this tool.

Cons: Still waiting for the LI api to let AgoraPulse pull through the analytics. There is nothing we don't like about the software.

Overall: Flexibility. Transparency. Productivity. Excellent customer service. Love this tool. It is a must for any company doing social media.

Comments: We have several brands we are managing with a very small marketing team. AgoraPulse helps us be productive, efficient and look like experts with their reporting. It is a great tool and a pretty easy learning curve. Their tutorials and customer service has been very helpful.

Pros: It allows us all the capabilities we need: 1. managing multiple social media accounts and brands 2. Scheduling with the calendar makes it so easy to see what is being posted when. 3. Listening and seeing comments for all the different profiles 4. Measuring sentiment 5. Reporting - I showed the team the effect all their posts had on the increases in impressions and engagement with the click of a button. The team got very excited to see all the metrics and it was so easy.

Cons: We are charged a foreign banking fee with each month's payment.

Pros: Intuitive

Excellent dashboard layout

Publishing calender is incredibly easy to manage, esepcially for multiple prfiles

scheduling a post for multiple times,

creating Queues for Evergreen content

Reporting is well presented and can be exported as a PowerPoint for weekly/monthly reports

Cons: Queues aren't always the easiest to understand and/or don't feel reliable

Overall: Love it. Only Social Media person in the company handling a half-dozen brands across multiple Social Media platforms means accessibility is essential. Agorapulse covers everything I need to succeed

Pros: It effectively posts to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with relative ease. It has useful reports about page views generated and audience statistics. It has an app to compliment the desktop version. The customer service email reps are responsive although I didn't need them much. It's easy enough to add or delete different platforms for which to post. There is a record of every post made. It informs of comments and allows for replies to the comments.

Cons: The company is based in Paris, France. This international ACH activity caused my USA bank to flag and block the original attempts by the vendor to rightfully debit our business checking account. It took some time to contact my bank and request approval for the international ACH transactions. Once that was established, billing was no problem. The mobile app doesn't allow posting to multiple platforms simultaneously. The reports generated are useful but possibly excessive or redundant because some of the same data is available for free from within a Facebook Business Manager account.

Pros: -Dashboard is perfectly organized and you can see exactly what you need to address (comments, messages, likes) in real time, for each channel. -Reports are a delight. So easy to understand that you do not need to "translate" them for other departments to understand. You can submit them as they are.

Cons: -You cannot publish videos to Instagram or LinkedIn (yet) -If you publish a GIF file as an image, none of the channels will take it as such. You would have to publish it as a video, and then you face the restrictions mentioned earlier.

Pros: I love the functionality. Agorapulse allows you to do SO many things but in a way that's not overwhelming. The dashboard is organized and it's easy to find your clients, their calendars, their queue and more. I love that the posts are color coded on the calendar so you know which posts are scheduled, which ones need your review (if you have a team) and which ones have already been published. I've had to reach out to customer support a few times for assistance. They were always very responsive, eager to fix any problems and polite. I switched over from another popular scheduler with a similar price point, but Agorapulse has outshined them by leaps and bounds. I'm pleased I made the switch.

Cons: There's a moderate learning curve especially if you are adding team members which can be a little tricky at first, but there's lots of information and tutorials to help out.

Overall: I've been very impressed with AgoraPulse and happy I made the switch.

Pros: This is the best social media management tool in the market. I love how all the notifications are in one place and you can see who is sending messages or commenting without login to different social media accounts. Also, it will notify you when somebody mentions you.

Cons: Pricing is the worst obstacle. Cost per month for their small business package with 10 accounts is way too much money. It isn't competitive with other services in the market.

Overall: The benefit is having all the social media accounts in one place.

Regarding price, we may seem steep for a tool if you just use it for publishing or just catching comments, or only reports. But for a tool that gives you unlimited publishing, unlimited monitoring, and unlimited reports (and an amazing customer service team), it is quite competitive with the leading tools out there.

Pros: Agorapulse stands out when we talk about managing conversations in social networks because it clearly shows which mentions and comments require a response. It gives you access to detailed reports (available for download in Powerpoint) and an analysis of competitors.

It also allows you to create Facebook apps and allows you to sync comments on your Instagram ads and dark Facebook posts.

Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate certain roles to the members of your team.

Cons: I would love that Agorapulse could be integrated with personal Facebook profiles and even groups. I would love to follow all my mentions in all my social networks, and having the mentions of my personal Facebook profile in Agorapulse would be very useful for me. However, I do not think this is a feature that agencies and businesses look for.

Although I'm not a big fan of Hootsuite's coarse multi-column design, I do miss seeing several feeds with filters, particularly the Twitter lists. Do not get me wrong, Agorapulse allows you to add several searches with powerful filters, but I do miss the Twitter lists. Agorapulse may seem more expensive when compared to other tools.

Overall: It took me a while to get used to the functions of Agorapulse, but nowadays it is my main tool for managing social networks. Is it perfect? - Of course not! No tool is perfect.

However, the workflow within its "Inbox" function helps me quickly review all my social mentions, comments and private messages.

In Agorapulse, as soon as you respond to a message, it is marked as read and disappears from your sight. You can also delegate messages to the members of your team and, when you log in, it is clear which messages have been assigned to you.

Pros: AgoraPulse is the only full complete tool which gives all social media platforms information in one dashboard. More over you can give various role and requirement to your team. Last but not least is the report, one click report generated in Microsoft power point format to share with your clients.

Cons: The only current least like is that Instagram video posting is not available and you can not export YouTube channel reports.

Comments: It's helped us implement a marketing strategy online very easily and really be able to measure the activity.

Pros: It was quite easy to pick up how to use it. I like a lot of the features, especially the listening function, ability to assign posts to other team members, scheduling and simultaneous multi-platform publishing. I like the ability to see easily what posts will look like on different platforms.

Cons: Only two things. First, it makes me sign in a LOT. Whether on desk top or mobile, if I don't use it every day, I have to sign in, in full. Also it doesn't allow me to re-tweet with a comment as I could do in native twitter.

Pros: The features we get for the price is just unbeatable in the market. We needed the one stop shop for everything, so we weren't using multiple tools for bits and pieces. We love the ability to manage engagement in the one place and we now do all posting via AP. It's great for managing teams too.

Cons: The reporting it not quite what we need, so we use another tool for that. Where some features are not there yet, the team takes on feedback and is quick to get them added to the suite.

Fills genuine gaps in the market

Easy to use and get team onboarded without heavy training

Cons: Of course there are things that could be done better, and we feed them back through the sites suggestions section, which is well managed and we get regular updates on improvements.

Overall: We've been working with Agorapulse for 3.5 years, but only on a d hoc basis.

However, from about 1 year ago, we were so impressed with the every-growing set of features they we're rolling out, we saw value in becoming regular subscribers.

Now, Agorapulse is an integral part of our offering as a digital marketing solutions provider.

Pros: This program allows you to carry out many procedures and save you time.

It allows you to respond quickly to comments, schedule and publish from one place, and analyze who speaks of you.

In addition, it makes the reports of the social networks in Powerpoint, strengthens through the networks the relationship with its clients and the possibilities to work with Facebook and increase the engagement.

Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate roles to members of your team.

Cons: The interface can be slightly slow at times but it's not too bad, it's my only complaint, for me everything else works great, it has everything I need.

Pros: This software save time and really help you manage your social media account. If you have to manage social media for your client, you can show them a real calendar of all the post that you are going to do in there different account. You can share with them for approval and you show them each week all the statistic of there social account.

Cons: What i like the least its the fact that i cannot have at this time a library. Where i can put all the picture in advance without having to immediately make a post .

Overall: AgoraPulse save you time and make managing social media a lot easier and fun.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and assign for review with coworkers. It allows for great communication across multiple people. AgoraPulse also makes it very easy to follow certain words topics.

Cons: AgoraPulse does not work well with LinkedIn. For some reason when writing a post for LinkedIn in Agorapulse, you are not able to tag a company, person, etc. For my uses this has made it almost unusable for managing LinkedIn accounts.

Overall: My experience has been just neutral. It's made it very easy to work with managing Twitter accounts because of the "assign for review" feature but they definitely have ways to go to make it a complete platform.

Comments: My day to day has become much smoother and less tedious since using AP. I can easily schedule, reschedule, move around, interact with followers, and adjust based on detailed analytics.

Pros: AgoraPulse really has it all. I tried a bunch of different programs and platforms for managing social media, but AP just makes everything smooth and easy. It is centered on ease of use and user experience, while offering scheduling, interaction, moderation, and monitoring/analytics.

Cons: Honestly there isn't anything I don't like about it. It fits my needs perfectly as a social media marketer.

Pros: I love the social media management section and easy Instagram implementation. I love the fact that after a year of using it AgoraPulse revamped the entire design and expanded functionality with additional analytics. I love their reports and how granular is the data for engagement. And the ROI section - fabulous.

Cons: The tool itself is great, and I don't really have many complaints. Maybe they could cut the price a bit, but other than that - I love it.

Overall: Absolutely love it.

Pros: Access to all of our social media sites in one spot. The ability to calendar so many posts and also answer messages saves a ton of valuable time.

Cons: It still cannot fully connect with and manage Instagram. To be fair, this is an API issue that pretty much any other software like this will have, as it is actually Instagram preventing this and not Agora.

Overall: Super convenient, especially for our social media team. They can do almost everything from one spot.

Comments: The team management integrated into Agorapulse combined with the assignment of processing of third-party content from Internet users makes it possible to optimize the response to incoming questions by assigning them to the right contact.

Pros: A perfect tool to manage social network publications on a daily basis but also to get to know your community better.

Cons: API restrictions prevent the use of advanced content types. For me, this is the only obstacle that prevents me from using Agorapulse alone, but it is the lot of all management tools.

Comments: AgoraPulse is a Faceook CRM that came to my attention in April 2013. I initially used the free barometer tool, and was so impressed that I looked into using the whole package. Having to manage multiple pages with different goals, different campaigns, a range of ads and apps can be mind boggling at times. This software has revolutionised the way in which I now manage all these pages. The release of V2 late last year blew me away. Not only can I install a competition app in a matter of minutes but I can also review all the insights I need about that app and the page itself. I don't need to spend hours exporting data from facebook to analyze and put into a report - it's all there for me. Whether I need analytical information on a 7 day/30 day basis I can get what I need. To take thing further AgoraPulse lets you compare your page with you competitors and gives you actionable data. All this at the click of the "connect" button. I'm really excited to see what this platform has in store for 2014. I would have no hesitation on recommending AgoraPulse to both beginners and pros alike. This platform was built for everyone.

Pros: Saves hours with great reporting features Scheduling platform integrated Mobile friendly apps Install competition apps that are fully integrated for collection of emails and like gated in minutes. Brilliant support & customer service

Cons: I would love to see this CRM go a step further and integrate Twitter and LinkedIN! It may be a big ask but as a social media manager it would be fantastic!

Pros: The ability to use with teams is great, all in one for major social platforms, Analytics are great, super easy to use compared to other platforms I have used.

Cons: Posting errors out, especially with IG, from time to time. Mainly the restricts on scheduling video on Instagram, however I think they are working on this. Limits and problems are usually due to changing social requirements on platforms so I'm pretty sure these challenges are with many social posting apps.

Pros: The best things about AgoraPulse are their CRM Tools, customer service, scheduling calendar, and the ability to tailor each message according to the social media account.

Cons: Nothing I can think about. Unlike Hoosuites approach, do everything OK, AgoraPulse does the necessities great.

Overall: I am a social media manager/content creator, and Agora Pulse is a one stop shop. After using various other applications, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse was my last investment. The tool is the best around.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use it, their tools are fine-tuned, and if you think they are missing a feature, they are probably already working on it.

Comments: Excellent. It's the best platform for assigning messages and is compatible with all the social media sites that our business uses. The support is also prompt and helpful. A contact number would sometimes be useful for urgent enquiries, though.

Pros: The ability to easily assign messages to a team member. This is particularly useful for dealing with customer support requests.

Cons: The filter options for listening can sometimes be difficult and complicated to create. However, they work well once created.

Pros: That I can manage all the social media business accounts from only one place. The Inbox, where you can see, manage and response comments and likes. the Fans and followers section,where you can see who are the most engaged with your business.

Cons: The content report could be much better. Ranking contents, showing top tweets, most recommended articles (Linkedin)... It definitely need (as other social media solutions) to include the possibility to schedule Instagram stories. I supposed it's a Instagram issue, but it's what I expect the most.

Pros: AgoraPulse makes it easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms and the tools it gives you for monitoring and responding to those who interact are fantastic. It's interface to Instagram is one of the best I have used.

Cons: The cost spread between the levels of service seem out of alignment. The options are flexible (you can add profiles to the lowest level of service) but the difference between each level seems a bit much for the differences.

Overall: AgoraPulse supports every platform I need in a social scheduling tool and it enables better interaction with social contacts. The platform is easy to learn and offers more features as you get up to speed with the basics. The social inbox and listening tools make it one of my favorite platforms. It offers a wide variety of support for the common platforms and does Instagram better than most.

Pros: We were looking for software that included the feature to easily reply to Facebook comments. Agorapulse has that and is also easy for planning and scheduling your posts. Not just for FB, but for all your social media. It's all-in-one and therefore pretty convenient.

Cons: It would be very useful to see what comment has been made on what post -- now you have to click on it, but an overview would be nicer.

Overall: We used to use another scheduling tool, but AgoraPulse works way smoother. Next to that, it is easy to reply to your followers and people responding to your ads, so for us, it's a keeper.

Our inbox allows you to respond to comments on a particular page in the order they are received. With that model in our inbox, you do have to click to see what post it's connected to. Pros: We are using AgoraPulse to make our community mangers work easier on daily basis. With this tool you can schedule your posts on various social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.), manage comments on the posts easier and synchronized with other colleagues. Reporting section makes us work lot easier at the end of each month when we need to prepare report for clients.

Pros: The software saves time, naturally which is what it's for. But it's also user friendly, focuses on engagement and streamlines the process of creating a post to approving it and then posting it. I've used it for 3 months and already is has become indespensible in our day-to-day operations. With multi-channel, multi-messages and several different accounts, there is no way we would have otherwise been able to cross-post as we have done. And props for the response time and constant follow up by customer services.

Cons: There have been the occasional bugs. Some processes needed to be adapted in order to use the program but that has more to do with the settings of the social media channels and your own website then Agorapulse. Overall customer services has been nothing but helpful and on top of things.

Pros: Social inbox is a useful and time-saving feature. We also use the Analytics every month to share with our clients.

Cons: Our experience with AgoraPulse has been incredibly frustrating. Our team has experienced a range of issues:

- images posted to social networks come out soft and blurry, despite us using good quality images

- the interface doesn't communicate the limitations of AgoraPulse's integration well. For example, the app can't post images to LinkedIn. We discovered this by posting images and text, only for the images to be dropped on the post.

- the customer service is responsive, but our problems are not being resolved.

Pros: The report is pretty detailed in showing which hashtag reaching more users and when users are most active &etc. I like the listening function, the update is on time and we can directly respond to those comments or post, greatly helps the engagement with social users.

Cons: Now it still restricts the function of scheduling video on Instagram, that's really weird. Because other apps like HootSuite, buffer, are able to help us to post the video via their platform. The report function is not available on Youtube and Google +.

Overall: It will send update notification via email, so I don't need to keep an eye on the dashboard all day long.

Pros: Our team enjoys the Inboxing feature which gathers all notifications and messages into one inbox. This allows for anyone to know exactly where a Social Media Manager left off in responding to prospective customers. Also we like the influencer tool which finds the most active brand communicators and allows us to convert them to advocates.

Cons: There were some initial hiccups with the Instagram tokens needing to be renewed but that seems to have cleared itself up over the past few weeks!

Overall: Our overall experience has been great. The team uses the platform daily for community management and the cost Savings have been tremendous since switching over from another popular platform.

Comments: I am a social media manager/content creator, and Agora Pulse is a one stop shop. After using various other applications, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse was my last investment. The tool is the best around.

Pros: CRM Tools Analytics Split Account Publishing Amazing Customer Service

Recommendations to other buyers: Stop wasting your money on other applications, give the AgoraPulse trial a try and I promise you will not look back.

Pros: Exceptional Customer Service Easy to use Intuitive Dashboard Can post to multiple channels, and customize each post per channel Great Reports Social Listening Included Chrome Extension for Auto-fill posts Commitment to focusing on the customer experience

Cons: Although you have access to emojis for use in social posts, there needs to be a wider selection of emojis.

Pros: This has been a great tool for our non-profit to use to stay on top of our social media posting. Non-profits often struggle with limited access to resources because of funding. With all of the tools and resources that come with our Agorapulse package it's been well worth the money spent. We can quickly and easily schedule posts, and interact with our network while also being able to see good data on our communication efforts. We've tried other options, but Agorapulse has been the best so far.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, but for anyone that has used similar tools it's pretty intuitive. Some challenges with photo sizing for Instagram posts, but we're figuring it out.

Pros: That it is very user friendly and has all the most important functions that are useful for my work

Cons: Nothing but probably I would like that you'd implement some further function

Overall: It has helped me having a real time picture of my social media and creating very effective presentations of the most important insights
