Pros: I use AgoraPulse to manage 7 social accounts. Scheduling posts, cross posting, moderating, reporting, etc is fantastic. Prior to purchasing AgoraPulse, I investigated several of their competitors and did a few trials. AgoraPulse was by far the most affordable and provided exactly what I was looking for. In addition to the product, their customer service is top notch. Often times emails are answered in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes even less than 5 minutes during normal business hours. I've been using AgoraPulse for 2+ years and will continue to do so.

Cons: There are API limitations with LinkedIn and certain features are not available. However, this is not a fault of AgoraPulse, as they can't control what data LinkedIn allows them to use. I have at times found bugs with the iPhone app (as one would find with any app), but these were all eventually resolved with app updates. My main gripe is that I do not receive push notifications when direct messages or comments on Facebook posts are received. That being said, I still have to use the Facebook Page manager app to receive these types of alerts, which is unfortunate. I wish AgoraPulse had this feature.

Pros: In our search for a means to manage our extremely busy social media presence better, we had tried Agorapulse several times over the last four years. We'd always loved it but, as a voluntary organisation with a tiny income, couldn't justify the spend. We tried many other solutions but, having still not found the right one, decided to give Agorapulse another trial. We weren't disappointed. The developers listen to their customers and are constantly tweaking and updating the platform. This means it now serves our needs much better. The interface is easy to set up and easy to use. The inbox feature is one the biggest benefits for us. We can work through our many messages, comments, replies etc more easily in the single platform. It's put an end to the times where different volunteers found themselves submitting detailed responses to the same queries at the same time! Being able to allocate interactions over to another team member ensures important responses and queries don't get missed or they get directed to the right person. Cross platform publishing in Agorapulse is great! Being able to compose a single status in one place for several social media accounts is a must - but Agorapulse takes this further, allowing you to fully tweak the status for each platform. No more sending statuses full of irrelevant @s and #s to Facebook because we're in a rush and don't want to write it twice! Scheduling works really well with different options available to help you spread your messages more effectively. The ability to schedule posts by interval is a particularly useful feature. Being able to specify and exact time and date for a repeat post is also really helpful. The listening features are helpful. We're now spotting many things we were previously missing and not responding to, improving our engagement with our users. Customer service is easy to access, with a fast and genuinely friendly and helpful response. Developers encourage feedback and take action on customer requests. As a voluntary organisation, pricing is a big issue to us. Agorapulse is very well priced for what it offers. Great value!

Cons: The only cons are little tweaks which would make Agorapulse even easier to use for us. Finding scheduled items to amend can be diffficult if you have a lot of them set up. The calendar helps but a search feature would help more! Due to the nature of our work (we get a lot of very personal messages) it would be very useful to us to edit user permissions, enabling full access to everything but private messaging. This would allow us to increase our volunteer base.

Pros: Easy to use and fantastic customer service. AgoraPulse offers flexibility & is more than just a scheduling tool. Their CRM functionality is very powerful. The free mobile app ensures we are always on top of our clients conversations. The entire system is built on user requests so everything is there that is needed. When you have a question the team are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this tool.

Cons: Still waiting for the LI api to let AgoraPulse pull through the analytics. There is nothing we don't like about the software.

Overall: Flexibility. Transparency. Productivity. Excellent customer service. Love this tool. It is a must for any company doing social media.

Pros: It effectively posts to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with relative ease. It has useful reports about page views generated and audience statistics. It has an app to compliment the desktop version. The customer service email reps are responsive although I didn't need them much. It's easy enough to add or delete different platforms for which to post. There is a record of every post made. It informs of comments and allows for replies to the comments.

Cons: The company is based in Paris, France. This international ACH activity caused my USA bank to flag and block the original attempts by the vendor to rightfully debit our business checking account. It took some time to contact my bank and request approval for the international ACH transactions. Once that was established, billing was no problem. The mobile app doesn't allow posting to multiple platforms simultaneously. The reports generated are useful but possibly excessive or redundant because some of the same data is available for free from within a Facebook Business Manager account.

Pros: -Dashboard is perfectly organized and you can see exactly what you need to address (comments, messages, likes) in real time, for each channel. -Reports are a delight. So easy to understand that you do not need to "translate" them for other departments to understand. You can submit them as they are.

Cons: -You cannot publish videos to Instagram or LinkedIn (yet) -If you publish a GIF file as an image, none of the channels will take it as such. You would have to publish it as a video, and then you face the restrictions mentioned earlier.

Pros: This is the best social media management tool in the market. I love how all the notifications are in one place and you can see who is sending messages or commenting without login to different social media accounts. Also, it will notify you when somebody mentions you.

Cons: Pricing is the worst obstacle. Cost per month for their small business package with 10 accounts is way too much money. It isn't competitive with other services in the market.

Overall: The benefit is having all the social media accounts in one place.

Regarding price, we may seem steep for a tool if you just use it for publishing or just catching comments, or only reports. But for a tool that gives you unlimited publishing, unlimited monitoring, and unlimited reports (and an amazing customer service team), it is quite competitive with the leading tools out there.

Pros: Agorapulse stands out when we talk about managing conversations in social networks because it clearly shows which mentions and comments require a response. It gives you access to detailed reports (available for download in Powerpoint) and an analysis of competitors.

It also allows you to create Facebook apps and allows you to sync comments on your Instagram ads and dark Facebook posts.

Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate certain roles to the members of your team.

Cons: I would love that Agorapulse could be integrated with personal Facebook profiles and even groups. I would love to follow all my mentions in all my social networks, and having the mentions of my personal Facebook profile in Agorapulse would be very useful for me. However, I do not think this is a feature that agencies and businesses look for.

Although I'm not a big fan of Hootsuite's coarse multi-column design, I do miss seeing several feeds with filters, particularly the Twitter lists. Do not get me wrong, Agorapulse allows you to add several searches with powerful filters, but I do miss the Twitter lists. Agorapulse may seem more expensive when compared to other tools.

Overall: It took me a while to get used to the functions of Agorapulse, but nowadays it is my main tool for managing social networks. Is it perfect? - Of course not! No tool is perfect.

However, the workflow within its "Inbox" function helps me quickly review all my social mentions, comments and private messages.

In Agorapulse, as soon as you respond to a message, it is marked as read and disappears from your sight. You can also delegate messages to the members of your team and, when you log in, it is clear which messages have been assigned to you.

Pros: AgoraPulse is the only full complete tool which gives all social media platforms information in one dashboard. More over you can give various role and requirement to your team. Last but not least is the report, one click report generated in Microsoft power point format to share with your clients.

Cons: The only current least like is that Instagram video posting is not available and you can not export YouTube channel reports.

Pros: The features we get for the price is just unbeatable in the market. We needed the one stop shop for everything, so we weren't using multiple tools for bits and pieces. We love the ability to manage engagement in the one place and we now do all posting via AP. It's great for managing teams too.

Cons: The reporting it not quite what we need, so we use another tool for that. Where some features are not there yet, the team takes on feedback and is quick to get them added to the suite.

Pros: Regularly updated

Fills genuine gaps in the market

Easy to use and get team onboarded without heavy training

Cons: Of course there are things that could be done better, and we feed them back through the sites suggestions section, which is well managed and we get regular updates on improvements.

Overall: We've been working with Agorapulse for 3.5 years, but only on a d hoc basis.

However, from about 1 year ago, we were so impressed with the every-growing set of features they we're rolling out, we saw value in becoming regular subscribers.

Now, Agorapulse is an integral part of our offering as a digital marketing solutions provider.

Pros: This program allows you to carry out many procedures and save you time.

It allows you to respond quickly to comments, schedule and publish from one place, and analyze who speaks of you.

In addition, it makes the reports of the social networks in Powerpoint, strengthens through the networks the relationship with its clients and the possibilities to work with Facebook and increase the engagement.

Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate roles to members of your team.

Cons: The interface can be slightly slow at times but it's not too bad, it's my only complaint, for me everything else works great, it has everything I need.

Pros: I love the functionality. Agorapulse allows you to do SO many things but in a way that's not overwhelming. The dashboard is organized and it's easy to find your clients, their calendars, their queue and more. I love that the posts are color coded on the calendar so you know which posts are scheduled, which ones need your review (if you have a team) and which ones have already been published. I've had to reach out to customer support a few times for assistance. They were always very responsive, eager to fix any problems and polite. I switched over from another popular scheduler with a similar price point, but Agorapulse has outshined them by leaps and bounds. I'm pleased I made the switch.

Cons: There's a moderate learning curve especially if you are adding team members which can be a little tricky at first, but there's lots of information and tutorials to help out.

Overall: I've been very impressed with AgoraPulse and happy I made the switch.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and assign for review with coworkers. It allows for great communication across multiple people. AgoraPulse also makes it very easy to follow certain words topics.

Cons: AgoraPulse does not work well with LinkedIn. For some reason when writing a post for LinkedIn in Agorapulse, you are not able to tag a company, person, etc. For my uses this has made it almost unusable for managing LinkedIn accounts.

Overall: My experience has been just neutral. It's made it very easy to work with managing Twitter accounts because of the "assign for review" feature but they definitely have ways to go to make it a complete platform.

Pros: I love the social media management section and easy Instagram implementation. I love the fact that after a year of using it AgoraPulse revamped the entire design and expanded functionality with additional analytics. I love their reports and how granular is the data for engagement. And the ROI section - fabulous.

Cons: The tool itself is great, and I don't really have many complaints. Maybe they could cut the price a bit, but other than that - I love it.

Overall: Absolutely love it.

Pros: Access to all of our social media sites in one spot. The ability to calendar so many posts and also answer messages saves a ton of valuable time.

Cons: It still cannot fully connect with and manage Instagram. To be fair, this is an API issue that pretty much any other software like this will have, as it is actually Instagram preventing this and not Agora.

Overall: Super convenient, especially for our social media team. They can do almost everything from one spot.

Comments: AgoraPulse is a Faceook CRM that came to my attention in April 2013. I initially used the free barometer tool, and was so impressed that I looked into using the whole package. Having to manage multiple pages with different goals, different campaigns, a range of ads and apps can be mind boggling at times. This software has revolutionised the way in which I now manage all these pages. The release of V2 late last year blew me away. Not only can I install a competition app in a matter of minutes but I can also review all the insights I need about that app and the page itself. I don't need to spend hours exporting data from facebook to analyze and put into a report - it's all there for me. Whether I need analytical information on a 7 day/30 day basis I can get what I need. To take thing further AgoraPulse lets you compare your page with you competitors and gives you actionable data. All this at the click of the "connect" button. I'm really excited to see what this platform has in store for 2014. I would have no hesitation on recommending AgoraPulse to both beginners and pros alike. This platform was built for everyone.

Pros: Saves hours with great reporting features Scheduling platform integrated Mobile friendly apps Install competition apps that are fully integrated for collection of emails and like gated in minutes. Brilliant support & customer service

Cons: I would love to see this CRM go a step further and integrate Twitter and LinkedIN! It may be a big ask but as a social media manager it would be fantastic!

Pros: The ability to use with teams is great, all in one for major social platforms, Analytics are great, super easy to use compared to other platforms I have used.

Cons: Posting errors out, especially with IG, from time to time. Mainly the restricts on scheduling video on Instagram, however I think they are working on this. Limits and problems are usually due to changing social requirements on platforms so I'm pretty sure these challenges are with many social posting apps.

Pros: The best things about AgoraPulse are their CRM Tools, customer service, scheduling calendar, and the ability to tailor each message according to the social media account.

Cons: Nothing I can think about. Unlike Hoosuites approach, do everything OK, AgoraPulse does the necessities great.

Overall: I am a social media manager/content creator, and Agora Pulse is a one stop shop. After using various other applications, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse was my last investment. The tool is the best around.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use it, their tools are fine-tuned, and if you think they are missing a feature, they are probably already working on it.

Easy for agencies in the process of scaling.

Pros: The price per profile is significantly less expensive than all other good social media management softwares. They have a very clean and easy to use UI. They offer reporting.

Cons: I wish we had a way to send a private link like HeyOrca to show the live content calendar to our clients.

Pros: Above and beyond client support is what keeps me with AgoraPulse. Social Media dashboards are a dime a dozen, so the high level of care and support we receive is what sets this service apart from the rest!

Cons: Reports export to powerpoint only, which isn't ideal for Mac / Keynote users because it creates additional work in editing those reports when they convert incorrectly into our software.

Pros: User-friendly, affordable for startups too and gives you social listening.

Cons: When I schedule video GiFs in my social posts then it didn't want to pull through in the animated version? Explaining ques are not clear as I struggle to edit my ques for Twitter and to understand the differences in Que next and Que last options?

There are so many terms and phrases in social media management, aren't they? If you set your post to "queue first," then it will be the first post that gets published in your queue. If you set it to "queue last," it will be published as the last item in your queue.

Pros: We were looking for software that included the feature to easily reply to Facebook comments. Agorapulse has that and is also easy for planning and scheduling your posts. Not just for FB, but for all your social media. It's all-in-one and therefore pretty convenient.

Cons: It would be very useful to see what comment has been made on what post -- now you have to click on it, but an overview would be nicer.

Overall: We used to use another scheduling tool, but AgoraPulse works way smoother. Next to that, it is easy to reply to your followers and people responding to your ads, so for us, it's a keeper.

So glad you have found Agorapulse a helpful way to manage the comments on your organic and paid Facebook posts. Our inbox allows you to respond to comments on a particular page in the order they are received. With that model in our inbox, you do have to click to see what post it's connected to. That allows us to display more comments so that you can tend to them as soon as possible.

Pros: It is easy of use with a short learning curve, I really like the scheduling ability and options available and ease you can drag things around the calendar. Quality of previews and ability to post to multiple channels at once is also great.

Cons: I'd like to see the range of features expand especially when it comes to Instagram, and posting videos to Instagram, would also be great if you could customise not only the text but the image for Facebook and Instagram through the one interface.

Pros: I can post on any of my platforms (especially Instagram) and get my insights all in one spot. They also have Social Media listening tools that help drive interaction.

Cons: The con used to be not directly posting to Instagram. However, they have worked hard to get permission from Instagram for that feature and now offer it.

Pros: I love the ease of use of this program. Whether I'm on my computer, phone or tablet, I can easily post, approve posts, respond to comments and view analytics. The reports I get have been extremely helpful to show my board fo directors. I am new to the company, and built our social media program from scratch. AgoraPulse has been instrumental in creating buy in from our staff and board.

Cons: Honestly, as of now, I don't have any cons. The cost is very competitive and I feel I get the best bang for my buck.

Pros: Social inbox is a useful and time-saving feature. We also use the Analytics every month to share with our clients.

Cons: Our experience with AgoraPulse has been incredibly frustrating. Our team has experienced a range of issues:

- images posted to social networks come out soft and blurry, despite us using good quality images

- the interface doesn't communicate the limitations of AgoraPulse's integration well. For example, the app can't post images to LinkedIn. We discovered this by posting images and text, only for the images to be dropped on the post.

- the customer service is responsive, but our problems are not being resolved.

Just to address these two points you've made, the LinkedIn issue is a restriction with how they work with 3rd party tools, but you're right - it should be made clear when you're creating a post.

The issue of blurry images sounds like it was from a bug when we first released the new version of the tool. We've since been able to fix that.

I know you've been in contact with our support team, but if there's anything I can do for you please don't hesitate to let me know.

Pros: The report is pretty detailed in showing which hashtag reaching more users and when users are most active &etc. I like the listening function, the update is on time and we can directly respond to those comments or post, greatly helps the engagement with social users.

Cons: Now it still restricts the function of scheduling video on Instagram, that's really weird. Because other apps like HootSuite, buffer, are able to help us to post the video via their platform. The report function is not available on Youtube and Google +.

Overall: It will send update notification via email, so I don't need to keep an eye on the dashboard all day long.

Comments: This app is awesome! It has outstanding features like reply on FB Ads comments in addition to the ability of sending images in the comments and messages (hootsuite, zendesk, and freshdesk do not support that, i tested them all) All native features of facebook in a very easy management console with a phenomenal zero inbox feature to ensure no comment or message is left un-attended. If you want to manage your fans engagement, purplish posts to several profiles, share secure access with your tream in an easy manageable way, then Agorapulse is the right app for that.

Pros: I love that I can easily collaborate with team members on getting content published to various client social channels. We can all visually see our past and future posts to ensure we are consistently posting and making sure the client is relevant.

Cons: They are slightly more expensive that similar platforms, but the functionality and additional perks are well worth it!

Pros: This has been a great tool for our non-profit to use to stay on top of our social media posting. Non-profits often struggle with limited access to resources because of funding. With all of the tools and resources that come with our Agorapulse package it's been well worth the money spent. We can quickly and easily schedule posts, and interact with our network while also being able to see good data on our communication efforts. We've tried other options, but Agorapulse has been the best so far.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, but for anyone that has used similar tools it's pretty intuitive. Some challenges with photo sizing for Instagram posts, but we're figuring it out.

Pros: It does almost everything that you need in a single online tool. It has saved me so much time!

The app is also great for monitoring responses to social posts and checking mentions across different accounts.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to set tweets to repeat on an unlimited basis. At the moment, you can set them to repost, but this isn't unlimited. Having this option would mean that I can completely move away from a competitor's service.

Overall: I discovered agorapulse while listening to a podcast and knew that I had to try it out. Before, I used a number of social media tools to post, schedule, monitor and analyse posts. With AP, everything is in a single place.

Pros: I love the reporting capabilities with this software. I can show clients exactly how the social media is performing over time, or by short time periods.

I love the calendar set up to schedule out posts and to tag them so I can learn more in the reporting on which type of posts work best.

Cons: It took a little time to learn how to use it.

Overall: LOVE IT! I do highly recommend it.

Comments: We switched from NorthSocial to AgoraPulse after meeting them at a social media conference over a year ago. I have vetted every available social media app and I have to say AgoraPulse is king in the social media management space.. They make me happy! Why? They make my job easier, they are ALWAYS available for help and they continue to improve their platform. At least once a week I get another provider trying to woo me to their platform. AgoraPulse feels like family and never lets me down.

Pros: Facebook post scheduling. Easy to create contests. Excellent customer service. Best value for the money. Company blogs about social media trends with great authority--very helpful.

Cons: App times out fairly quickly---wish it would stay live as long as I have the app open. Frustrating to have to sign in again and and again. Not whitehat. Would be nice to be able to share contests with our company's name---not their.

Pros: The app is really easy to use with a huge amount of features designed to make my life easier. The technical support is some of the best I've ever experienced - quick responses and a determination to solve any problems. Very good value for money in comparison to many of the alternatives out there. It feels like it is constantly improving and developing too.

Cons: The only thing I would change - if I really had to pick something - is to make the user interface sleeker. It is well designed, but could be prettier!

Comments: I use Agora Pulse to work with a client on helping expand their social reach and engage their customers. The tool has a great work flow design, and does a good job of laying out all of the tasks we need. I love their apps too, and have use them to really increase our member engagement.

Cons: I wish I could integrate all the social accounts, but that is more on the different platforms and not on Agora Pulse.

Comments: Scaling up doesn't look scary anymore, the UX of agorapluse compared to the tools I've used before (hootsuite and sprout) really streamlines the process of monitoring and engaging with social followers. I'm a solo founder so every minute saved can be used for other tasks, in that it's a huge win for me

Pros: Facebook apps remain one of the best way to go viral (surveys, personality tests, etc.) and nobody does it but agorapulse. Competitive monitoring (FB based) in app is also a nice feature, and as mentioned earlier the UI/UX is simply the best to get high quality and high productivity of the time spent managing your social media presence

Cons: The cost can appear a bit high compared to the entry level tier of its competitors, but after some hesitations I took the plunge and now consider it one of the best investment made

Comments: I managed lot of Facebook pages for my clients and myself. When I tried to see an alternative to all the Facebook Contests Apps I came across Agorapulse and I felt in love. It's not "another contests app", it's a real Facebook page manager that will help you to, not only get more fans and like, but to understand your clients. It's so easy that everyone can use it at 100% without being lost into hundreds of complicated numbers. Even my clients love Agorapulse.

Pros: Really easy, fast install, cheap, a real CRM that offers excellent analytics, lots of contests to create in a minute, really nice support,

Cons: An ios or android app will be great to monitor datas on the go.

Comments: Before you know, my job was complicated ! I'd no tool to manage my Facebook communities, follow their progress and report to my superiors ... Worse! To create an operation on Facebook, I'd to use an external provider to develop a specific application : waste of time, waste of money ! But all this belongs to the past.
