This is a force, multiplier piece of software.You're gonna get so many different tools that allow you to review return on investment and present it to stakeholders.In a way that will make them feel comfortable and like you're a professional.It makes sure that no particular points fall through the cracks. It's hard to find a flaw in this system.There are a few things that boil down to preferences, but at the end of the day, there's no doubt that agora pulse as a whole product is preferred above the others.

Pros

I think the best thing about this tool is the ability to schedule your social media so effectively and the additional analytic tools are a game changer. When you're looking for a tool that unifies your inbox and enhances your collaboration agora, pulse is definitely the way to go

Cons

There really isn't a whole lot not to like here. Some of the report formats are a little bit tricky, and the initial setup can take a moment but those are small things, and they definitely don't overshadow.The big benefits.

Mon expérience est frustrante et décevante. Après plus de huit mois d’utilisation, j’ai passé davantage de temps à gérer des problèmes techniques qu’à réellement exploiter l’outil. Le service d’assistance est réactif mais n’apporte pas de solutions concrètes, et les mêmes erreurs se répètent de mois en mois. Pour un logiciel à plus de 2 500 € par an, c’est inacceptable. Je suis aujourd’hui lassée et agacée, et je ne recommande pas Agorapulse.

Pros

Les promesses… qui sont malheureusement restées des promesses. L’interface paraît simple et bien pensée au départ, mais cette simplicité se transforme vite en cauchemar dès qu’on essaie de publier.

Cons

Les bugs à répétition, les publications programmées qui ne se publient pas, et surtout la mauvaise prise en charge du support. À chaque problème, on nous explique que cela vient de l’API, du compte client ou d’un paramètre externe, jamais de leur côté. Pourtant, les dysfonctionnements sont clairement internes et jamais vraiment corrigés. Je vosu conseille vivement de lire les avis Google à leur sujeT.

Our experience was overshadowed by a persistent Instagram Stories reporting bug that lasted months. We relied on accurate reporting, and the data was incomplete/inaccurate during that period. Despite notifying the company in writing to stop billing until the issue was fixed, charges continued. The final offer was one month of credit and penalty‑free termination—no refund for months of unusable reporting. Support stayed in touch but never delivered a lasting fix, and refund discussions were deferred until “after the bug is fixed,” which didn’t happen for us. If Stories reporting is important to your workflow, validate it thoroughly in a pilot and get clear, written remedies for service failures. For us, the ROI was negative due to rework and lost confidence in the data.

Pros

I use Agorapulse on a daily basis multiple times a day for various reasons. A big pro is managing the different social platforms I manage from replying to comments, checking the listening tab, uploading content and looking at the stats. I also value have a great customer support network who will always respond and get back to you in a timely manner. That alone sets it apart.

Cons

I have used Agora for a very long time and it is hard to say what I dislike. Sometimes it can just be a bit slow to load and I have small issues from time to time.

Pros

Le prix d'AgoraPulse est très abordable comparé à ses concurrents. Nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualité/prix était excellent. L'interface est claire, l'ergonomie agréable et les fonctionnalités sont adaptés à notre utilisation.

Cons

On regrette seulement qu'on ne puisse pas faire valider les brouillons à nos admins. En effet, seul les posts programmés peuvent être vérifié par un N+1.

Tiktok community management could be made more better. Not able to access DM's or all comments through Agorapulse.

Pros

Agorapulse's scheduling tool is incredibly intuitive. I can plan and schedule posts for all our social media platforms with ease. The calendar view is a real time-saver, and the ability to bulk-upload content has been a game-changer for our team.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to find any major drawbacks. The only minor issue we've encountered is that occasionally, there's a slight delay in real-time notifications, but it doesn't significantly impact our workflow.
