Overall it has been a real asset to the company.

Pros

Once you've worked your way around the software it's very easy to use and accessible for everyone. The data is displayed both visually with graphs and charts as well as numerically which makes it easy to interpret the data. This has made my life as a social media manager a lot easier.

Cons

What is becoming a challenge for me Is the inability to schedule in the form of REELS and Youtube shorts. This is an incredibly popular feature and most of our content is now created in these particular styles. This means we can neither schedule or track analytics for a large amount of our content.

I believe when you create social content professionally you need a solid, reliable, cross-platform tool. Agorapulse provides all that with no frills and at a reasonable cost. On top of that, it has an outstanding customer service and a community of users who share feedback and tips.

Pros

After using Agorapulse regularly every day for more than 6 months now for posting content on Facebook, LinkedIN and Twitter, I am very impressed with its reliability. Its easy of use allows for massive bulk posting without glitches, above all if you need client's approval for every single post. Composing, adding images, keywords and hashtags, scheduling and duplicating for several social networks are streamlined and can be done easily in one shot. Queuing by category and scheduling for specific date/time allow for fast automation of regular and on-the-fly content, quickly re-arranging posts if you need to edit your publishing schedule with last minute content.

Cons

The apps are functional however they don't offer all the features of the desktop/web version. They're OK if you need to post something fast or to approve content, but for creation and scheduling of multiple posts across networks I'd recommend to stick to the desktop version.

It was the best choice for managing multiple social networks with scheduling and customer approval process. It's pretty straight-forward and easy to use (a must-have if you deal with non-expert customers) and can be used on smartphones and tablets with dedicated app. Other products were more expensive or lacked features.

Agorapulse has been my favourite tool so far when using social media schedulers. I would highly recommend it!

Pros

Agorapulse is awesome when it comes to finding one tool that does it all. Reporting to scheduling and social media monitoring - I used to have separate products for each one but I love that Agorapulse has it all!

Cons

I think the reporting can be more detailed, especially when it comes to clicks and profile visits on Instagram

Agorapulse enabled us to have more control over our account on social networking sites, where we can schedule posts as well as monitor comments accurately, and as a result, it increased the viewership and interaction rates by our customers, and we were also able to increase our ability to reach new customers.

Pros

Agorapulse is great because it allows us to post content to social media on a schedule that we set up in advance, and it's great because it makes us available on all our accounts at the same time. The dashboard is also great because it let us view calendars and catch up on colleagues' updates, too. Agorapulse direct sharing with contact lists is also great for boosting engagement with various posts and promotions. I also appreciate that Agorapulse provides us with sufficient flexibility to respond to comments, as well as like or block unwanted comments, and the ease of filtering and searching in these processes helps us with high efficiency. We are able to present our findings and analysis in a unique way thanks to the powerful reporting tools at our disposal.

Cons

Sometimes I have difficulty uploading photos and posting videos. As for the subscription prices, they are somewhat reasonable, but I would like to reduce them so that we can include more colleagues.

I did a LOT of research and program trials before going with AgoraPulse. This was necessary for me to figure out what worked best for my needs and budget. I enjoy using AgoraPulse - it really streamlines my work and saves a lot of time.

Pros

I regularly utilize the scheduling and notification monitoring tools through Agorapulse. Both of these features are reliable and easy to use.

Cons

Agorapulse occasionally glitches meaning that a post doesn't go up as scheduled. I always report this and Agorapulse is quick to respond. I also do not love the analytics - I wish it showed more like other analytics tools.

J'apprécie les facilités offertes par la modération pour administrer plusieurs réseaux en même temps et des posts avec un grand nombre de commentaires. J'aime aussi la possibilité de préenregistrer des réponses et le fait de pouvoir dupliquer des publications sur des réseaux différents. Le tag intégré a beaucoup évolué et est désormais pratique d'utilisation. La nouvelle fonction beta du calendrier permet de prévisualiser facilement des publications avec plusieurs photos et de les recadrer. Le service client est très réactif, à l'écoute et sympathique. Les fans sont classés et il est aisé de repérer des trolls ou utilisateurs au profil peu habituel. Il est possible d'assigner un membre de notre équipe à une tâche concernant une publication. Les reportings sont clairs et facile d'emploi avec en plus des conseils d'heures de publications par réseaux.

Cons

Bugs fréquents sur Firebox, notamment depuis la nouvelle fonctionnalité beta. Je n'apprécie pas le systèmes des tickets, notamment sur LinkedIn, qui contraignent à se reconnecter et qui m'ont annulé une publication que j'avais pourtant programmée car je ne m'étais pas connectée entre temps. Certaines fonctionnalités ne sont pas possibles : par exemple ajouter une vignette à une vidéo sur LinkedIn ou des sous-titres alors que c'est possible sur le réseau d'origine. Sur Instagram, de nombreux messages n'apparaissent pas et contraignent à se connecter sur Instagram directement. Il n'est pas possible de voir les partages. Sur smartphone, il n'est plus possible d'avoir une vue d'ensemble de l'ensemble des réseaux : il faut cliquer sur chacun

Pros

I use Agorapulse on a daily basis multiple times a day for various reasons. A big pro is managing the different social platforms I manage from replying to comments, checking the listening tab, uploading content and looking at the stats. I also value have a great customer support network who will always respond and get back to you in a timely manner. That alone sets it apart.

Cons

I have used Agora for a very long time and it is hard to say what I dislike. Sometimes it can just be a bit slow to load and I have small issues from time to time.

It could be a hassle to manage the comments from promoted/boosted posts and other campaigns, especially on Facebook and Instagram, since the comment will not appear when the campaigns are in "learning" status.

Overall, my team's experience has been fantastic! We really love using this tool for communicating with our customers.

Pros

There's so much I love about Agorapulse! Comments come in very quickly, are very easy to read in the context of the original post and surrounding comments, and it is also very easy respond quickly to customers and close out the comment. Form and function blend really well in the tool, it's easy to use and it's not cluttered so it doesn't overwhelm the eyes and brain while working. I enjoy the reporting tools and that I can have them automatically generated for me once a week and emailed.

Cons

The thing I like least about Agorapulse is that I can't easily apply one saved reply to multiple social profiles. I want to see a toggle where I can choose which pages the Saved Reply will be applied to. We have quite a few profiles where we have the same replies across, and it's frustrating to have to recreate it for each one. I also find that customer support can be very confusing if you don't have a technical understanding of what they are explaining. Some of the time, they will let me know that something is going on with my integrations in such a way that is difficult for someone who is not in the field to understand. I'd also like to see the team performance reporting feature to be beefed up a bit. It would be great to be able to click into what each individual team member had reviewed that day/week right in the report so I could review for QA.

### "Agorapulse is great for monitoring, but features need more improvement"

Pros

The inbox management and labeling is very handy, especially when you receive a large amount of comments/messages/tags on multiple accounts. The ROI feature also seems interesting, although I have not used it in full depth. I think there needs to be more documentation for the feature in order for me to use it to its fullest

Cons

There is no feature to preview your Instagram grid, to help visually plan future posts. I’ve also found that Facebook data doesn’t synch consistently, leaving my monthly reports with gaps. Thankfully, the customer service reps are quick to manually fix these problems. As well, metrics for my Reels are not tracked in the Agorapulse analytics. The only thing they seem to track are impressions received. This is a huge gap in my reporting, as Reels have become a priority in my content strategy.

### "Great Start, Great Potential"

Pros

The reports are nice. It's great that the analytics (and activity record) pulls in posts that were scheduled natively to platforms. The permissions feature is crucial to us as an organization managing over 200 social media accounts and their admins. Customer service is out of this world. Questions submitted to chat are answered quickly. I was so impressed when I received a personalized screen-recording as a response during troubleshooting. I sent it to my superiors to show them how we could improve our own customer relations.

Cons

There NEEDS to be a way to create draft posts. At present, the software is ideal for companies that sell a product or produce evergreen content. However, for institutions that share mostly news, events and updates, the absence of drafts makes it difficult to schedule more than a week out. Would love the option to make labels accessible across accounts/users so that the owner can create a filing system for the users. The media restrictions need to be updated. Twitter and Instagram allow uploads of media with specs that Agorapulse will not allow scheduling to those platforms.

### "Sprout Social Should Watch Out!"

Pros

The AgoraPulse interface is clean and user-friendly, which makes training new hires an extremely simple process. I appreciate that I can curate content in the Queue, schedule evergreen and original content, manage all my clients' comments and DMs, and listen for brand mentions all in one software. I especially appreciate the ability to respond to Facebook Reviews, as well as save replies templates and hashtag lists - which are huge time savers. The Unified calendar view is great, and reminds me of CoSchedule's calendar view. AgoraPulse also has a number of features coming down the pipeline which will make this software a direct contender with Sprout Social, which is arguably one of the most expensive and feature-rich SMMSs out there right now. Overall, AgoraPulse has saved my team a great deal of time, at a fraction of what it would cost us to use Sprout Social.

Cons

It's disappointing that AgoraPulse doesn't offer publishing and monitoring for Pinterest at the moment (something I hope they change very soon). The lack of an in-platform photo editor has made life a bit difficult for my team. Slack and Feedly are also not directly integrated into the AgoraPulse's interface for notifications or quick content curation, which is something that Sprout Social and CoSchedule do very well. Once AgoraPulse offers API access to other applications (something that they have planned), I will be a very happy camper.

I would definitely recommend AgoraPulse to others because it gets the job done.

Pros

I like that I am able to manage most of my social media accounts on one platform. The scheduling function allows me to schedule my posts ahead of time. This is especially useful around the holiday season or when I have other activities to do.

Cons

I dislike that I get so many email notifications. I also dislike the fact that LinkedIn requires tokens. The mobile app is not user-friendly and it does not allow me to post multiple images. AgoraPulse needs to allow you to post multiple images at once. It also needs to have an autofill option when tagging other users.

### "Complete for all we need"

The experience with Agorapulse is very positive, it significantly speeded up our work.

Pros

Agora makes it easy to post and follow multiple pages. I like the possbility to replicate post, the calendar view that gives me a complete overlook of the monthly schedule. I also like the flexibility in managing the subscrition plan, where I can buy additional features as I need. I also like the fact that the developers are pretty active and keep on adding features.

Cons

I think the software needs some improvement on the overall functions that it offers. First of all, it needs to give the ability to schedule instagram stories without any workaround (the solution that you guys are using now is not convenient at all, look at Storrito for some insights). Activity assignment could be improved, in the way that there should be the abilty to have a conversation over the assigned item, not only a message. I would also like to see better functionality in terms of # following and mention monitoring. Reports could be improved in addding customizations to the data that it exctracts and in scheduling reports that may be sent out to clients.

Pros

I use AgoraPulse to manage 7 social accounts. Scheduling posts, cross posting, moderating, reporting, etc is fantastic. Prior to purchasing AgoraPulse, I investigated several of their competitors and did a few trials. AgoraPulse was by far the most affordable and provided exactly what I was looking for. In addition to the product, their customer service is top notch. Often times emails are answered in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes even less than 5 minutes during normal business hours. I've been using AgoraPulse for 2+ years and will continue to do so.

Cons

There are API limitations with LinkedIn and certain features are not available. However, this is not a fault of AgoraPulse, as they can't control what data LinkedIn allows them to use. I have at times found bugs with the iPhone app (as one would find with any app), but these were all eventually resolved with app updates. My main gripe is that I do not receive push notifications when direct messages or comments on Facebook posts are received. That being said, I still have to use the Facebook Page manager app to receive these types of alerts, which is unfortunate. I wish AgoraPulse had this feature.

### "A Strong Contender"

I am happy overall with the product as I mentioned with the lack of some features it is not ideal. It would be perfect if everything we needed was satisfied by 1 platform, but that doesn't appear to be the case right now. We will most likely continue to use Agorapulse as part of our social media tech stack for the foreseeable future

Pros

The thing I like most about AgoraPulse is that their team is incredibly responsive to support questions. From a feature perspective, as a community management tool, I feel that they are the best tool o the market for social media community management.

Cons

Some publishing features are lacking, for example, the ability to choose thumbnails when posting a video to any of the supported social media platforms. The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse. The lack of these Conversion focussed Marketing features forces us to use other social media management platforms for publishing content.

We have loved the support team, taking advantage of Social Media Manager School with our annual plan, and the network of users we've met along the way. The tool has blown all our past tools (Loomly, Buffer, HeyOrca, Zoho) out of the water.

Pros

Our team has enjoyed using shared calendars with clients. The approval process has been easy for our team and clients. Reports are simple and beautiful, eliminating our need for additional weekly reporting tools.

We could really use a "pause all content" option or kill switch for a brand or account. Especially in 2020, this function would be helpful. The queue/category workaround is clunky. A client approval process for queues would also be beneficial. Without the ability to have clients approve that content, queues are useless to us, unfortunately.

### "Great features for the price"

Pros

That I can post the same content to multiple pages with the click of one button There are some good analytics to review, especially with the powerpoint overall ones Scheduling capabilities The listening feature is great! (on Facebook it is amazing - would be nice if we could have reactions instead of just liking a post, but I assume it's not possible through the API, as well as with not being able to like or comment to Instagram comments)

Cons

The analytics are not broken down and detailed enough when it comes to individual posts (I already responded to a survey about your analytics specifically and gave my opinions on how to improve them) Not under your control, but the API restrictions with Instagram (not being able to post carousels directly) Not being able to tag individuals in Facebook post copy (have to then go to Facebook to tag once posted) Not being able to use Facebook's second language feature through the app (we post all our content in English and French so I have to go back to the posts on Facebook and edit to add the French) Not sure if this is under your control, but there are videos that are less than 60 seconds long and are able to be uploaded to Instagram, but when posted through Agorapulse, get cut off at 40 seconds because the file size is larger than your requirements. If there was any way to increase your file size requirements for Instagram video direct upload to Instagram, that would be very helpful.

### "AgoraPulse solves two critical problems that others struggle with..."

In general, as a business owner, I deal with a lot of different user interfaces and productivity platforms on a daily basis, AgoraPulse included. That said, AgoraPulse is simply my favorite tool in terms of user friendliness and overall experience. I don’t really know how they pulled it off, but AgoraPulse turned a challenging task into a simple and intuitive experience...this is their strength, and that is a good strength to have in any user-centric industry. I am a big fan!

Pros

ArogaPulse helps me in two key ways that other social media management platforms can’t match: 1) The interface is intuitively easy to navigate; therefore saving time and minimizing the potential for user error in content management and creation...all accomplished by a very clever and intuitive workflow interface that very intentionally does not overwhelm the user, which is a huge challenge with a feature rich platform such as AgoraPulse. 2) The amazing customer support is second to none...not just in promptness, but in knowledge and tone, I am impressed with the support I get each and every time (it doesn’t even feel like support, it feels like a helpful conversation).

Cons

Honestly, I can’t really think of any negatives. It has been a pleasurable journey from the beginning. As a business owner, I am very impressed and the quality of the experience is a big priority in my approach both professionally and personally.

As a business owner managing a never ending daily to-do-list, I need tools that are intuitive, well designed, flexible, and intelligently engineered. AgoraPulse in my mind has the best overall package, but the amazing customer support that I experienced just tops it all off with a bang. Great product and fantastic service!

Agorapulse just saves so much time by bringing the whole social media management process into one place.

Pros

Agorapulse is constantly looking to improve the platform and there is a built-in forum that allows users to suggest improvements. So with this continuous development they are able to keep ahead of the competition and roll on new features on a regular basis.

Cons

The price! The caps on profiles make it really expensive to provide basic social media management to small businesses. With the currency exchange, I can be spending $150-$200/month per client.

### "Automated publication"

Overall we are satisfied with the use of this tool. As mentioned earlier we only use agora for the automated publication of our content on social networks and everything works very well. The platform is really easy to use and allows us to easily visualize the final rendering of our publications before confirming everything. Eventually, our team will integrate to our marketing process the more statistical side of this tool to use it to its full capacity.

Pros

Our company uses this tool really just for the automation of publications for our social networks (facebook, instagram and linkedin). Everything works fine. When we schedule our publications, there may be a delay of about fifteen minutes between the time that we set and the actual time that the publication is published. At the end what is really important is that we know that our posts will always be published and on the right dates.

Cons

what I like least about this tool is that you have to renew the token for social networks quite frequently, otherwise the application can no longer publish on the different platforms. So for us, it's very important that it's up to date and require some maintenance. Nevertheless, we are inform by email that our token has to be renew so that is helpful.

At the beginning, we choose AgoraPulse because we were looking for a free tool that can publish on more that one social media and this is exactly what Agora allow us to do.

With AgoraPulse, it's easy to planified publications on all society's social networks. It's nice to have a global vision and do several things on the same tool.

Pros

The product is easy to use. My favorite feature is the post-scheduling to organise all my publications.

Cons

Maybe the analytics part. Sometimes, it's not the same information that I can find on the specific social network. Maybe is a synchronization problem ?
