Very positive, everyone who receives the weekly/monthly/quarterly report enjoys the top-line stats and it makes it very easy to monitor fluctuations.

Pros

We mainly use Agorapulse for weekly, monthly & quarterly reports. I carried out extensive research into the various suppliers and the reports from Agorapule are definitely the best - the look/feel is second to none. Reports are fully customisable and can be automated which is important for us.

Cons

I know Agorapulse are doing a lot of work on their ability to schedule content. Personally, we weren't that happy with how the scheduling used to take place and we didn't use it to schedule posts due to this. However, they have released a new updated version of scheduling that is much more in line with our needs. Agorapulse even invited me onto a 1 on 1 call to show me the new way of scheduling and let me trial it which I enjoyed. There are still features they need to develop such as the resizing of videos but it is definitely a massive improvement.

Love it. Only Social Media person in the company handling a half-dozen brands across multiple Social Media platforms means accessibility is essential. Agorapulse covers everything I need to succeed

Pros

Intuitive Excellent dashboard layout Publishing calender is incredibly easy to manage, esepcially for multiple prfiles scheduling a post for multiple times, creating Queues for Evergreen content Reporting is well presented and can be exported as a PowerPoint for weekly/monthly reports

Cons

Queues aren't always the easiest to understand and/or don't feel reliable

Excellent software, user-friendly, team-orientated, and great versatility to customize to your organizations needs.

Pros

This software is effective and efficient for scheduling posts, reviewing comments and replying to messages. It provides such a solid platform for you and your team to create, edit, and approve posts allowing for long-term planning and scheduling of social media.

Cons

The only downfall is not being able to boost posts within the software, so users who manage social media still need direct access to Facebook or the platform to boost posts.

It's been great. We were using Hootsuite previously but Agorapulse blows it away!

Pros

It does absolutely everything we need. Similar apps that we tested just didn't have all of the same features available.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything! The dashboard is easy to set up, easy to use and well supported.

Reason for choosing Agorapulse

We have a small social media team that can seamlessly manage all of our channels and brands in one place. The time it saves far outweighs the cost of the app. If you're undecided, just do it. Agorapulse is brilliant.

Overall this has been a valuable tool for me and my business and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros

This program was easy to implement and understand from the get-go. It makes posting to several platforms easy and fast. The duplicate post feature is great for not having to re-create a post to be used on different channels when you just need to add a couple of minor adjustments for different audiences.

Cons

The certificates or whatever they are called would expire for no reason or come disconnected from the channel but it was usually an easy fix if I was near a computer.

### "Social Media on Auto Pilot"

Having the calendar format allows me to better plan out my content .

Pros

I love how easy AgorPulse is to use. I am able to create batches of content and calendar them out to post automatically. This is especially helpful when I am traveling and I need to be able to post at different times of day. I create my content and post to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. During the holidays I scheduled content for 3 weeks straight. It really is a huge time saver and helps me organize and plan content successfully.

Cons

I look forward to when I can tag products within the software to make them "shoppable". That is something I still go in to Instagram and Facebook to do once the content is posted.

Pros

Simple, fluid, reliable. It does everything it says it does and it does it accurately.

Cons

I don't like that social media platforms exhibiting that content was posted with Agorapulse as it makes it seem less genuine/more robotic. I also wish the powerpoint report looked a bit cleaner or was more customizable.

Pros

It is very easy to use to respond to comments on both ads and post for our social media accounts. Makes like a lot easier to manage all of our social media in one place.

Cons

Sometimes it does not allow me to respond to comments on Instagram. I have to go to the Instagram platform itself to respond.

I've always struggled with staying organized and keeping track of what content I've posted on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. With AgoraPulse's social media management dashboard, I can now easily see what content is performing the best and make targeted updates to that content. I also love that I can monitor social media mentions in one place and respond to them with one click!

Pros

I've been using Agorapulse for a month and I must say, this is one of the best social media management tools I have used. It's very easy to use and has a lot of features. It's also one of the most affordable tools out there and is a great tool for managing multiple social media accounts. Simply put, Agorapulse is a social media management tool that I highly recommend for anyone looking to boost their productivity.

Pros

Agora pulse allows our team to efficiently manage multiple social media accounts for our business and our clients.

Cons

There are some functions that could be improved or added, but I know they are on the roadmap to be implemented. Such as scheduling stories. Also, I love the custom reports feature, but find the costs to be high to justify the use.

it's mostly a time saver for me. I can generate good reports for clients, they can monitor content and arrive it without a ton of emails.

Pros

AgoraPulse is easy to use and it has some great features like the ability to save hashtags (you wouldn't think this would be a good feature but it really is a time-saver). The new unified calendar is another great feature when you are managing multiple profiles from the same company.

Cons

I would like to see google analytics as a feature and the ability to select different images for a profile's different social networks. Each platform has its own perfect dimensions and aspect ratio which don't all match up.

Pros

\-Dashboard is perfectly organized and you can see exactly what you need to address (comments, messages, likes) in real time, for each channel. -Reports are a delight. So easy to understand that you do not need to "translate" them for other departments to understand. You can submit them as they are.

Cons

\-You cannot publish videos to Instagram or LinkedIn (yet) -If you publish a GIF file as an image, none of the channels will take it as such. You would have to publish it as a video, and then you face the restrictions mentioned earlier.

Pros

Integrate with many profiles, Expand tab to see user information, Simple report system, Easy to review and reply

Cons

More filter options such as filter out messages assigned to others, easy way to add gifs, east way to assign messages like just start typing and filter members, more quick response when you review and then reply right after, a better way to add saved replies at once instead of adding them for each channel.

All-in-all, I've been pleased with the tool.

Pros

AgoraPulse doesn't take much time to set up or lean. It's easy to use and notifies me fairly quickly when I receive comments, messages, etc. on any of my social profiles. It does make managing social a lot easier.

Cons

I have missed a couple of alerts from AgoraPulse since we've switched over. There have been a couple of times in which our AP account becomes disconnected from a social channel because our token expires, but I'm not being notified beforehand. There are also instances where things fail to upload because of an API breakdown (especially with Facebook and Instagram)

I really do enjoy Agorapulse. We used to use Buffer before they took away their Reply function.. Agorapulse is a great choice and much cheaper.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of replying to guests, forwarding to my peers when escalated, viewing old conversations, and scheduling posts.

Cons

The Social Listening isn't the easiest to view. Sometimes the posts that are scheduled can be delayed.

I use Agorapulse as a social media manager, I can run my social media accounts from one place. What I like most about Agorapulse is that it is very easy to use. Managing all my social networks simultaneously is very simple. Group or individual posts, comments, messages, analytics, all of this becomes a breeze with this tool

There is nothing special to say about this tool. I just want to point out that it is not free

Agora's social media management tools are easy to use and powerful. All tools in this space tend to struggle with the different API capabilities of the different social networks but Agora has the most features of all the tools that we've used including HubSpot and SproutSocial.

Cons

The social listening tools should really be fleshed out. They are quite basic and not really useable for trying to get a sense of brand awareness/sentiment.

Pros

I love the ease of use from a computer standpoint. Posting, seeing old posts, making edits, hashtag saves are all great.

Cons

The app is terrible. I only use it for emergencies, but I can't see the full picture of all locations while using it, the calendar, responding or hearting takes too long. I also would like the link / bio like Later uses for IG as well as first comment hashtags. The new not being able to set a location on IG is challenging too with multiple locations per brand. I'm also having difficulty with mp4's on IG ... I can do (both) natively. After above, I'd like to have a planning calendar. I know I can fake this, but it would be nice to have a feature like this added without having to set up a post, then assign a user when all i want to do is remind me it's croissant day or post this \_\_ today.

Pros

AgoraPulse is extremely user friendly and simple to integrate into our social media workflow. It has allowed us to easily collaborate amongst our digital teams and has made scheduling content a breeze. The recently introduced Canva integration is a great addition to the platform.

Cons

The only area we would wish for improvement on would be some of the tagging capabilities, as well as the requirement for push notifications rather than direct scheduling in some instances. I realize, though, that there likely isn't a workaround for these issues currently due to the social media platforms privacy regulations.

Pros

We use Agora for daily moderation of our social media channels. Love that it pulls them all into one place and does so quickly. We use the Reports feature to easily check our metrics and use the labels feature to track the context. The customer support team is fantastic!

Cons

We have had issues with ALL of our ads being pulled into Agora for moderation. It seems like there is a small handful that we have to go moderate natively in Facebook.

### "Not An Image Based Product, In An Image Based World"

Customer service was responsive without actually being helpful. Instead of taking my questions and requests to their immediate internal pipeline, I was told to go to a separate chatboard and post about my experience to make a request. This seemed like an oversight in however staff were trained. If the customer took the time to express something to the company, the company should be in charge of forwarding that to the correct person, not ask the customer to then repeat their feedback through another avenue.

Pros

It is like any other schedule posting software, which makes it relatively mainstream.

Cons

The number one feature for a scheduling software is to be able to see in image view, what you're scheduling. This visual element is integral for Instagram, yet somehow Agorapulse does not have this feature. It's especially disheartening when the helpline people say that a lot of customers have requested it.
