Pros As a small non-profit on a budget, we really appreciate their support. The social media profiles are very easy to manage, as is scheduling posts. Cons It would be nice to see all profiles on the same calendar, but it's not a huge deal to flip back and forth. March 28, 2018 5.0 The benefit is having all the social media accounts in one place. Pros This is the best social media management tool in the market. I love how all the notifications are in one place and you can see who is sending messages or commenting without login to different social media accounts. Also, it will notify you when somebody mentions you. Cons Pricing is the worst obstacle. Cost per month for their small business package with 10 accounts is way too much money. I find it so handy to manage my gazillion social accounts. Regarding price, we may seem steep for a tool if you just use it for publishing or just catching comments, or only reports. But for a tool that gives you unlimited publishing, unlimited monitoring, and unlimited reports (and an amazing customer service team), it is quite competitive with the leading tools out there. May 27, 2019 5.0 Pros We are a Social Media agency with about 40 profiles that we manage. We have used Sprout Social (terrible) and Buffer (not bad but lacks everything we needed). Enter Agora Pulse. HOLY SMOKES. Everything we wanted (almost). And the customer support is over the top good. I asked a simple question about where to find a setting, and within minutes someone make a quick video (personal to us) to show us how to find it. Our onboarding process has been seamless. The set up inside Agora is very intuitive (unlike Sprout Social). Cons The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to see more than one account per calendar or Inbox. Right now everything is separate and you cannot combine. Between ads not syncing and tokens exporting, it has been frustrating at times to use it. The ease and convenience of use are helpful through and has helped our team streamline community management. Pros It is super easy to use. I really love that it will track people's replies to your previous answers and it is simple and quick to review the conversation and respond. Cons I wish that you could post carousels to Instagram through the site without setting a reminder and having to use the app, plus the Instagram app. Additionally, I would like to see dynamic ads being able to sync through Facebook and the use of syncing more than 2000 ads. They make it effortless to tailor each social media message to the different platforms. I also, love the analytics. The variables they have, make it easy to analyze how each platform is doing. The ability to reply to comments on different platforms in one place is also one of my favorite features. Cons I wish they had a couple more features such as integrating their employee advocacy tool into the platform and a link in bio feature for Instagram. Cons One big fault is that you cannot schedule carousel posts. Another fault is that there is no "snapshot" to see the basic analytics (Reach impressions follows) of all accounts at a glance. I enjoy the layout and just how easy it is to work with. Getting in touch with someone took me awhile to find, not sure if I missed it, but I couldn't find a number to call or speak with someone, it was all email. Pros I like how easy it is to see all of my socials in one place. The layout is clean and easy to navigate. Posting is easy. Cons When you duplicate a post it usually duplicates the original post as well. I.E I wanted to duplicate a FB post to twitter, but when I hit duplicate it usually marks the FB and Twitter account and if you don't catch it, typically will lead to a double post on FB. Reason for choosing Agorapulse I can't remember the names of the other options we were looking at. But Agora gave us extra trial time and it just had everything we needed for a decent price. The platform is easy to learn and offers more features as you get up to speed with the basics. The social inbox and listening tools make it one of my favorite platforms. It offers a wide variety of support for the common platforms and does Instagram better than most. Pros AgoraPulse makes it easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms and the tools it gives you for monitoring and responding to those who interact are fantastic. It’s interface to Instagram is one of the best I have used. Cons The cost spread between the levels of service seem out of alignment. The options are flexible (you can add profiles to the lowest level of service) but the difference between each level seems a bit much for the differences. Pros Ability to monitor most of our social accounts and reply directly Cons We can't have all our social accounts (eg Facebook Groups) and notification are very poor. The hourly basis doesn't work for us and we can't trust the notifs as sometimes they just to show up at all for many hours/days. It was very long to set up and required talks with customer service but nothing was really repaired. We manage socials for several of our clients and it is extremely easy to do so. It's also a huge time saver as it it helps you automate management of social medias. Cons It's not necessarily a con of AgoraPulse, but the Instagram privileges don't allow us to plan a multi-image or video post without having to manually post it on Instagram at the time you scheduled it for. When you don't have it and you're busy you forget to stick adds up.... then you're missing out on money! I sit down for a day making adds for the next month put them all up and forget about it for a month knowing my adds will go out every time on time every day. Pros Agorapulse is very easy and quick to set up and align up your Facebook and Instagram etc. Then setting up your months/years/weeks worth of adds and post is really easy, I've tried others platforms before and this is the best by far. Cons The only thing I don't like is its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and the customer help is very good Reason for choosing Agorapulse My trail was extended for free for another 30 days so I got 60 days to really get used to it, 30 days is not enough time to try something. It was easy to set up and the user interface is seamless. I would like to see some improvements with reporting. Even the Power Reports only allow about 5 pages at a time. It would be a huge time saver to export basic information for all of my pages on a monthly basis. Pros I really like having the singular inbox features. This makes responding to a list of mentions and comments go much more quickly. Cons I don't like any limitations from the social media platforms.
