We have a global social media team, some with very little experience. Agorapulse was easy to adopt for all team members regardless of their experience. It's easy and fun for the whole team to use.

Pros

The set up was minimal and the training provided was more than sufficient to get the whole team comfortable using the platform.

Cons

I wish the software had a way to report on more than one of our created labels. We would like to split out the reports on sentiment and content type. It's difficult to do that without being able to report on a secondary dimension in a separate pie chart. I would also like to be able to select any team member to forward an inbox item to. We are an international company and we get questions that are better answered by another team member in another region that doesn't work on that particular profile. If they aren't assigned to it, I can't send the inbox item to them.

### "Support Team is What Makes This Product Shine"

Pros

With all the social media management tools out there, this is definitely one of the best in terms of features for content management. Honestly, though, it's the customer support team that keeps me on board as a user. They always respond quickly and go above/beyond to resolve issues.

Cons

I don't love the price, and wish it could be a bit less expensive. With that, I feel like all the tools out there are in a similar range, so this is more of a gripe about the general cost of using a dashboard for social media, I suppose.

One area of our social media we've been trying to improve is getting more qualitative engagement with our fans. Using Agorapulse we're generating much better insights into what content works for this.

Pros

Publishing tools, inbox and reports are all easy to use. We transitioned from another platform to Agorapulse, and the process was practically seamless. The reporting tools, in particular, are easy to navigate and makes reporting back to management much more efficient.

Cons

The social listening tools are not the most powerful. They do the job, but there are more sophisticated tools out there - but then they do cost significantly more than Agorapulse.

Right now it fulfills its purpose and our first attempt with cross-platform The ununified channels are a major drawback

Pros

Customer support is terrific, fast and informative. Great job you all. Simple interface. Posting on different channels of Social Media working with Teams Listening Monitoring is terrfic - we can respond to comments from different channels all in one place. YES!

Cons

\- The Review process isn't working great, a bit confusing and things get left behind often. - Not having a unified 'stream' that includes several channels (not only unified calendar display) - meaning, to manage one series of posts (say like a queue), and have those distributed to the chosen channels. Instead, as things are now, posting will create individual posts in individual channels > edits need to be done individually on each post. Multiplies the work tremendously. BIGGEST DRAWBACK and downside. - basically, the choice of the channel should be the LAST step of the UI posting sequence, at the moment it is the FIRST step. - No Ever-recurring Queue, that just keeps cycling the content from one queue.

Agorapulse has been easy to use, although it has similar hangups to other social schedulers, like the requirement to manually post content with multiple photos to Instagram.

Pros

Agorapulse has an easy to use content scheduler that works with a variety of social sites. You can even tag users in IG posts.

Cons

Doesn't work with Pinterest (at least not that I've found), and can't schedule posts to to IG stories.

I've been able to post more consistently on social media through AgoraPulse. I am not a fan of social media, but I know it is needed to run a business, so AgoraPulse helps me post without spending so much time on each platform.

Pros

Agorapulse allows me to post across multiple channels from one place and to easily schedule repeating posts.

Cons

I don't feel there were any features missing. No complaints!

Pros

I love the in depth reporting that Agorapulse provides. It lets me take a closer look at how my social media marketing efforts are effecting sales, and allows me to make adjustments where they are needed

Cons

Sometimes it won’t let me post a photo due to size of the image, but I can post it directly to social media if I go through the social platform itself

Pros

A calendar view, allowing clients to approve posts and the analytics are all good functions

So far it has been amazing. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer support!

Pros

I love the ease of use of the platform, the robust features that it offers and the amazing customer support. It's in-depth reporting is a valuable asset, and compared to other platforms it is certainly an affordable solution.

Cons

No issues here. The only minor thing I came across is that the emoticon feature appears to be lacking and often does not have the emoji I am looking for.

Overall, I chose Agorapulse because of its scheduling and social listening features. The cost of the software is about the middle of the road but I feel like the features included for the cost make it seem like you're getting premium software for a great price.

Pros

I like the option to follow social conversations but I sometimes find this part of the software a little challenging to use. I've been using it for a little over six months and I'm sure there are features that I've yet to use to the full capacity.

Cons

Some of the integrations aren't as seamless as I'd prefer them to be.

Overall, Agorapulse has been awesome. It solves the problem of running over 20 accounts that have very time-sensitive posts. It allows for creativity on our end.

Pros

Agorapulse accommodates the many accounts that we run at our company with ease. The scheduling component is crucial for us as our posts are all time sensitive. The listening tool is also great for figuring out where our company name is mentioned.

Cons

We wish that we could schedule multiple pictures in one post for Instagram without having to go through a mobile device since we have over 20 accounts.

Social inbox is a useful and time-saving feature. We also use the Analytics every month to share with our clients.

Cons

Our experience with AgoraPulse has been incredibly frustrating. Our team has experienced a range of issues: - images posted to social networks come out soft and blurry, despite us using good quality images - the interface doesn't communicate the limitations of AgoraPulse's integration well. For example, the app can't post images to LinkedIn. We discovered this by posting images and text, only for the images to be dropped on the post. - the customer service is responsive, but our problems are not being resolved.

Just to address these two points you've made, the LinkedIn issue is a restriction with how they work with 3rd party tools, but you're right - it should be made clear when you're creating a post. The issue of blurry images sounds like it was from a bug when we first released the new version of the tool. We've since been able to fix that. Setting it up was super easy and there was very little learning curve to getting started. Very intuitive interface. I've contacted support a couple of times and they are really quick to respond.

Pros

I love the interface. For me, it is by far the most intuitive interface compared to any of the other social media management solutions out there. The fact that I can administer all my channels (FB, Insta, Twitter, and LinkedIn) from one location is amazing.

Cons

I suppose if they would actually write my post content for me, it would be better, but short of that, I haven't discovered anything I would change. :)

I don't like that there's no feature to resize videos. I also wish we could see messages from Instagram DMs.

### "AgoraPulse makes life easier"

The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

Pros

The most important benefit I have from AgoraPulse is that it makes my work easier. It gives a complete overview of all our pages and helps us to manage all the different posts we want to place on our pages. The system of bulk uploading works neat and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The restrictions on the amount of users is a bit difficult for an organisation as we are. Because we are non-profit it is hard to find the 'room' to upgrade. So it's a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I've not found an overall better software for social media management and I highly recommend it to all those I know is social media.

Pros

There is much to like about the software, the publishing calendar, and the inbox feature happen to be at the top of my list. Being able to see an overview by each week or monthly plus by each individual channel is extremely useful. An inbox feature that actually works for all the channels to keep everything localized, plus keeping our teams' responses the same by using the saved replies feature help our branding voice.

Cons

The listening feature could be improved across the channels, however it is still very useful.

When I schedule video GiFs in my social posts then it didn't want to pull through in the animated version? Explaining ques are not clear as I struggle to edit my ques for Twitter and to understand the differences in Que next and Que last options?

Here's some info on how to do that: https://support.agorapulse.com/article/show/26909-how-do-i-post-animated-gif-on-facebook There are so many terms and phrases in social media management, aren't they? If you set your post to "queue first," then it will be the first post that gets published in your queue. If you set it to "queue last," it will be published as the last item in your queue. Hope that makes your experience with Agorapulse even better!

The experience has been great since the beginning: when we started the Free-trial we were invited to a webinar that was live and very useful to resolve doubts on how to use AgoraPulse. Our rep has helped us a lot with questions that comes up during the process of implementation. It's great that we are notified every time there is an issue with the platform and the progress to fix it. It has helped us save a lot of time by having all social media accounts in one place to be able to manage them in a more efficient way.

Pros

The efficient way to manage several social media accounts at the same time in a very organized way.

Cons

The extra step that it has with Instagram when publishing multi-images posts with the Mobile App.

It has totally changed how our social media team operates. I'd recommend it to any size of business, even if it's just a team of two. It's so much easier to stay organised, on task and most importantly, to have one place to really keep track of the feel and messaging. Would not be without it now.

Pros

Managing comments on our Facebook page and Instagram used to be a nightmare. The inbox feature of Agorapulse makes it so easy to reply quickly and know which comments we've already seen and responded to. Being able to assign comments to other users is also super helpful! This has saved us so much time and hassle when it comes to moderating comments.

Cons

Some of the post scheduling and queue features are a little bit challenging to use. I love the queue, but I wish I could set an interval for which items wouldn't repeat. For example... Requeue this post 5 times but don't show it more often than once every 3 months.

Overall, Agorapulse has allowed me to do our social media marketing and our client's social media marketing at a higher level with greater ease. Most of all, because of the tremendous reporting features, it saves me time in my monthly client reporting.

Pros

Of course, I love that I can handle nearly all my social media marketing needs from one easy to use dashboard. But, for me, the feature I like most is the reporting. I insist on making data-driven decisions. So, the tool I use has got to have first-class reporting and Agorapulse has what I need!

Cons

Every software can be improved. The biggest problem with Agorapulse is that it is at the mercy of the social networks. So, yes, I would like to do more with LinkedIn, for example. But, LinkedIn would have to open its API more in order for that to happen.

We used to use another scheduling tool, but AgoraPulse works way smoother. Next to that, it is easy to reply to your followers and people responding to your ads, so for us, it's a keeper.

Pros

We were looking for software that included the feature to easily reply to Facebook comments. Agorapulse has that and is also easy for planning and scheduling your posts. Not just for FB, but for all your social media. It's all-in-one and therefore pretty convenient.

Cons

It would be very useful to see what comment has been made on what post -- now you have to click on it, but an overview would be nicer.

Our inbox allows you to respond to comments on a particular page in the order they are received. With that model in our inbox, you do have to click to see what post it's connected to. That allows us to display more comments so that you can tend to them as soon as possible.

It will send update notification via email, so I don't need to keep an eye on the dashboard all day long.

Pros

The report is pretty detailed in showing which hashtag reaching more users and when users are most active &etc. I like the listening function, the update is on time and we can directly respond to those comments or post, greatly helps the engagement with social users.

Cons

Now it still restricts the function of scheduling video on Instagram, that's really weird. Because other apps like HootSuite, buffer, are able to help us to post the video via their platform. The report function is not available on Youtube and Google +.

It has made social media much easier to manage and has saved us a great deal of time.

Pros

Ability to create one post and then have it automatically placed on different platforms. Ease of editing in the different platforms, like editing messages to fit within Twitter's character count. The calendar and approval process make social media easy to manage.

Cons

Wish you could have more than one person assigned to approve a post. Sometimes we have a post needing approval from more than one department.
