### "Great but a couple of features needed"

Very good, it is really helping to coordinate across multiple teams and ensure consistent messaging and controlled workflow.

Pros

The workflow of Agorapulse makes it really easy for me as a manager to review our social media content. It ensures we have control of our messaging and a clear and quick authorisation process.

Cons

There are two features I really need: Firstly, the ability to edit a post but with the author seeing the changes I have made. This way, my team would be able to learn more easily what is needed and apply it in future content. In effect, a 'track changes' function. Secondly, the ability to review and edit responses to comments, as per posts, as at the moment these are published immediately.

### "Full oversight and control of social media strategy "

It's helped us implement a marketing strategy online very easily and really be able to measure the activity.

Pros

It was quite easy to pick up how to use it. I like a lot of the features, especially the listening function, ability to assign posts to other team members, scheduling and simultaneous multi-platform publishing. I like the ability to see easily what posts will look like on different platforms.

Cons

Only two things. First, it makes me sign in a LOT. Whether on desk top or mobile, if I don't use it every day, I have to sign in, in full. Also it doesn't allow me to re-tweet with a comment as I could do in native twitter.

### "A great collaboration tool"

It is a great collaboration software. Interaction is very much improved in social networking.

Pros

Creates detailed reports of everything which helps us in increasing the productivity. The updated UI is very impressive.

Cons

Reporting is where it lacks. Need to use third party apps for that. There should be emojis as well.

I was using AgoraPulse to post and manage social media presence for a multi franchise business.

Pros

It is an one stop shop. It has everything a social media agency need to provide social media services to clients, in a professional and time saving way.

Cons

Back when I started using it, about 2 years ago, it was one of the only solutions available. But right now there are multiple competitors and AgoraPulse ended up being one of the most expensive ones.

Having in one place all the comments and likes is very helpful.

Pros

That I can manage all the social media business accounts from only one place. The Inbox, where you can see, manage and response comments and likes. the Fans and followers section,where you can see who are the most engaged with your business.

Cons

The content report could be much better. Ranking contents, showing top tweets, most recommended articles (Linkedin)... It definitely need (as other social media solutions) to include the possibility to schedule Instagram stories. I supposed it's a Instagram issue, but it's what I expect the most.

Pros

I can post on any of my platforms (especially Instagram) and get my insights all in one spot. They also have Social Media listening tools that help drive interaction.

Cons

The con used to be not directly posting to Instagram. However, they have worked hard to get permission from Instagram for that feature and now offer it.

We've been working with Agorapulse for 3.5 years, but only on a d hoc basis. However, from about 1 year ago, we were so impressed with the every-growing set of features they we're rolling out, we saw value in becoming regular subscribers. Now, Agorapulse is an integral part of our offering as a digital marketing solutions provider.

Pros

Regularly updated Fills genuine gaps in the market Easy to use and get team onboarded without heavy training

Cons

Of course there are things that could be done better, and we feed them back through the sites suggestions section, which is well managed and we get regular updates on improvements.

I do not know what other features it has and what can be used. I am also wary of using Agora Pulse for Google My Business Posting.

### "It foots the bill!"

Pros

It effectively posts to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with relative ease. It has useful reports about page views generated and audience statistics. It has an app to compliment the desktop version. The customer service email reps are responsive although I didn't need them much. It's easy enough to add or delete different platforms for which to post. There is a record of every post made. It informs of comments and allows for replies to the comments.

Cons

The company is based in Paris, France. This international ACH activity caused my USA bank to flag and block the original attempts by the vendor to rightfully debit our business checking account. It took some time to contact my bank and request approval for the international ACH transactions. Once that was established, billing was no problem. The mobile app doesn't allow posting to multiple platforms simultaneously. The reports generated are useful but possibly excessive or redundant because some of the same data is available for free from within a Facebook Business Manager account.

Pros

After a long (and painful) search for a social media management platform, we are so, so thankful we stumbled upon Agorapulse. This has been our go-to software and is easy to use for users and managers alike. Our team loves this tool!

Cons

We've been using for almost a year and the only thing that's a haggle is the inability to schedule stories, though that is a limitation of Instagram, not Agorapulse.

Pros

We discovered Agorapulse while searching for a software on behalf of a client and ended up signing up to use it for all of our internal social media in addition to recommending it to the client. I was very impressed with the "one stop shop" model with social listening, easy engagement right from the software and the depth of the reporting features. The sales team and customer service team are also top-notch and make for a great user experience. Keep up the great work!

Cons

I would love to see a feature for bulk copying posts from one social account to another.

One of the best social media management tools.

Pros

We are using AgoraPulse to make our community mangers work easier on daily basis. With this tool you can schedule your posts on various social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.), manage comments on the posts easier and synchronized with other colleagues. Reporting section makes us work lot easier at the end of each month when we need to prepare report for clients.

Cons

Maybe they can add integration with VK because this social media network is very popular in Russia.

Pros

I love how intuitive Agorapulse is. The people behind it are super reactive to fix every issue we can face. They are Facebook partners so they are always able to implement Facebook new features in their tools.

Cons

I would say it could be a bit cheaper, but it worth it for me.

We are able to pull our analytics directly from Agorapulse and don't miss messages in our inbox!

Pros

Agorapulse makes it very easy to manage social media posts and also acknowledge how your audience is engaging with them. Everything is streamlined in one location so you can respond to messages, see comments, and check analytics. It is also very easy to schedule posts in advance and plan for them to be republished multiple times.

Cons

The only problem I have noticed with Agorapulse is that occasionally our channels disconnect, this may be an external issue.

I have enjoyed AgoraPulse more than Hootsuite. It isn't perfect but it is a lot better. The customer service is 1000% better!

Pros

Pretty user friendly. LOVE the customer support, it makes a HUGE difference.

Cons

There are times the features are not easy to use. "Tokens", different size graphics for different platforms... However, they are addressing a lot of these issues

The overall experience has been very positive. Agorapulse has made a huge positive difference in my social media strategy. I would say the best part is having the mobile app and one consolidated inbox. I don't have to get stressed or anxious during my off-hours by checking each social media page, all I have to do is take a quick glance at my AgoraPulse app and see what's happening. It's given me a lot of peace of mind.

Inability to upload photos larger than 5MB and the unnecessary difficulty of adding search terms to listening

Pros

The moderation feature, it automatically assigns an inquiry to me if it contains a certain word. Also the save replies feature.

Cons

The saved replies are distinct from each platform. It's better if the saved replies for Facebook can also be used in Twitter, Instagram, etc. without saving separately.

Agorapulse is really saving my team a lot of time when it comes to social media scheduling. It's also a great tool to do reporting: saved us many times at the end of the month when clients were looking for data about how they've performed ;)

Pros

Everything really, but mostly the customer service team is amazing! One of the really advantageous features is the calendar display for programming your entire month of content :)

Cons

Probably the watch section, but that's mainly because I do not know how to use it properly.

I sometimes don't find it easy to edit the post and end up duplicating an editing that way.
