Pros

The ability to automatically post content to my own profile and the profile of my team members.

Pros

WOW. Agorapulse completely changed my job - for the better! I had no idea any social media management platform could be SO efficient, effective, and user-friendly. We have had to share access to several clients for various reasons and all of them have commented how much they love the interface.

Cons

Nothing. 100% satisfied and pleased with this software.

### "The best value for money in social media management tools"

Pros

The features we get for the price is just unbeatable in the market. We needed the one stop shop for everything, so we weren't using multiple tools for bits and pieces. We love the ability to manage engagement in the one place and we now do all posting via AP. It's great for managing teams too.

Cons

The reporting it not quite what we need, so we use another tool for that. Where some features are not there yet, the team takes on feedback and is quick to get them added to the suite.

### "Generally great program, app functionality needs work"

Pros

\-Ability to create a content queue -Schedule for multiple platforms at once -Customer support -Reporting -Ability to respond to comments directly through the app as well as tagging customers and seeing their past engagements

Cons

\-The app functionality is not good; it's frustrating that I don't stay logged in and often if a post doesn't go up when it's supposed to or I need to make adjustments the app just doesn't get the job done -Would love a draft feature, I know we can assign it to someone for a workaround but sometimes if I have a photo or a quick note that to remind me of what I want to post on a specific day, having to schedule the post and then assign it to myself to approve is more steps than I want to take

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. and the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question

Cons

I can't program all the types of publications: - post with several photos on Instagram - Carrousel, diapos ... on Faacebook

They are a great company and always answer my questions in a timely manner. They also offer great follow up on questions.

Pros

Super user friendly. I love the inbox, scheduling option, calendar to share with clients, and reporting.

Cons

As a smaller company, this pricing does challenge my budget. I've tried several other social media management software companies and believe that Agorapulse is the best, even if I do have to pay more.

Overall, Agora has been a useful time saving tool that is easy to use.

Pros

\- Like most social hubs, it collects your posting activity in one dashboard saving time - Agora provides a user-friendly publishing calendar - The reporting functionality on the tool is very good and provides a lot of data - If you're operations are cross departmental or you're in a team, Agora allows you to assign and track tasks

Cons

Like all management software, there may be downsides by not operating directly on a given platform While most features are covered, there are some 'on platform' features missing (such as creating polls at the time of writing)

Overall, agora does all the things we need it to do, in a super easy and straight-forward interface. It saves us a lot of time in prepping and setting up all of our various social posts across multiple platforms. And it is easy for our team to collaborate on social posts within agora. We like it a lot for what we need from it!

Pros

Ease of use, specifically how the ease of use allows for super easy & fast on-boarding training when a new team member steps in!

Cons

I wish we could edit the photos on our facebook posts after they have already been posted thru agora.

Agorapulse has streamlined the process of approving posts with our team - This is HUGE for our company. Building posts, tracking mentions, responding - literally everything is easier using Agorapulse!

Pros

Agorapulse is very thorough in every aspect - posting, listening, calendar, teams - You name it, this software pleases!

Cons

Adding users is a little pricier than what we were hoping for.

Great! Saves us a lot of time.

Pros

It's amazing to have all social platforms in one place. Agorapulse's dashboard is easy to use and I like how you have multiple options to choose from (e.g. hide comment, ban user) right on the platform, so no need to switch over.

Cons

When the tiles move or when I am typing a reply but don't fully click on the box, the app will do all kinds of weird things from hotkeys.

### "AgoraPulse Helps us Keep Up to Date and In Touch"

As a not for profit we work with a lean staff. We are currently growing and rebranding and have 6 Social Channels that represent individual ventures and the organization as a whole. It can be a lot to manage just keeping on top of posts, but we also have a lot of contact from our audience and AgoraPulse allows us to manage all of it from one screen and to schedule our week in advance. If we need to change something as we go it is extremely easy to edit posts and reschedule.

Pros

Having all Social Media channels in one place

Cons

Inability to edit text and tags when writing a post for multiple channels so that the tags will be accurate for each channel. Unable to upload multiple photos for Instagram.

It's been excellent for scheduling social media and as a listening tool.

Pros

I've used a lot of social media scheduling and listening tools in my career and Agorapulse is definitely my favorite. It has the most functionality for the best price, and it is simple for my team to use as well. I've recommended it to many clients and they're always pleased.

Cons

I would love an integration with Canva and Pinterest.

Fantastic. I switched from Hootsuite and don't regret it at all. I spent quite a fair amount of time researching this and it's lived up to my expectations.

Pros

Very easy to use. The metrics and reporting is top notch.

Cons

Instagram 'Post Now' feature sometimes fails or is delayed. I can't completely fault Agorapulse for this however as I'm sure there may be API issues on Instagrams side.

The customer service has been great. The program has worked better than expected!

Pros

My team very rarely schedules posts. When looking for a social media management program, this one had everything I needed and more. One of the absolute best features, is the calendar! I can see every single post that was done, even if it was not scheduled through Agorapulse. This has made managing my team much easier. Best feature I've found!

Cons

It would be nice to a separate calendar for content ideas that is separate from scheduled posts. I have yet to find that in any program.

Honestly, I don't remember any other ones I looked at because that's how trash they were.

\- report part - Inbox - Labeling

Cons

\- we've been facing a label bug and its not fixed till now - we've been asking for a response time technique to calculate each team member RT to be added and we didn't get ant feedback and we've been using the tool almost a year and half and its really important for us - The mobile app is becoming too slow an it takes many trails for it to launch, also it needs to be updated and developed a bit - Listening part needs to be developed

### "Makes Planning Content a Breeze"

Pros

I love the scheduling calendar across different brands and social media sites. I currently use Agorapulse for 5 brands and dropping content on the calendar and typing up the caption for future posting - is so much easier than posting to so many different places.

Cons

It would be nice if a few more users could join in on the subscription plan we currently have.

Pros

This software is so helpful for posting organic content across social media pages. It saves me so much time!

Cons

The Instagram capabilities get a little tricky sometimes with photo size, I wish you could just crop the image in the platform itself instead of editing the image outside of the platform and re-uploading it. That is the only thing I don't like, other than that it is very easy to use!

Very positive, would highly recommend to anyone.

Pros

I have used just about every product on the market and AgoraPulse is my favorite by far. They are always asking for user feedback and seeking to make an amazing product even better!

Cons

I would love to have the feature to preview my Instagram grid prior to scheduling. I gave them this feedback and they told me they are working on rolling out this feature soon!

I would really give it a 9 out of 10 - the few things that are a con - are easily overlooked with the pros. It has saved us money and time!

Pros

The fact that I have live support in the right side of my hand! Plus the cost is so much better compared to other platforms.

Cons

I dislake having to reconnect tokens every few months - that is a bit of a pain - also need to be a little more advanced with Instagram and approvals with out a account.
