### "Insane bang for your buck"

Fantastic!

Pros

I'm torn between a few things: 1. It's intuitive. The interface of the software is so easy to use and took almost no time to get the hang of. 2. It's reliable. So many of the larger management tools would have trouble reliable pulling in all pieces of content that our channels were receiving. With AgoraPulse I'm confident that I'm seeing almost everything coming through our channels. 3. The price. AgoraPulse is the fraction of the price of most of the big tools, and it performs better in my opinion.

Cons

I wish there were additional features when analyzing content tags. I've already raised this with our rep and given some feedback.

### "A very good software not so well known"

It took me a while to get used to the functions of Agorapulse, but nowadays it is my main tool for managing social networks. Is it perfect? - Of course not! No tool is perfect. However, the workflow within its "Inbox" function helps me quickly review all my social mentions, comments and private messages. In Agorapulse, as soon as you respond to a message, it is marked as read and disappears from your sight. You can also delegate messages to the members of your team and, when you log in, it is clear which messages have been assigned to you.

Pros

Agorapulse stands out when we talk about managing conversations in social networks because it clearly shows which mentions and comments require a response. It gives you access to detailed reports (available for download in Powerpoint) and an analysis of competitors. It also allows you to create Facebook apps and allows you to sync comments on your Instagram ads and dark Facebook posts. Agorapulse is excellent for teams because it allows you to delegate certain roles to the members of your team.

Cons

I would love that Agorapulse could be integrated with personal Facebook profiles and even groups. I would love to follow all my mentions in all my social networks, and having the mentions of my personal Facebook profile in Agorapulse would be very useful for me. However, I do not think this is a feature that agencies and businesses look for. Although I'm not a big fan of Hootsuite's coarse multi-column design, I do miss seeing several feeds with filters, particularly the Twitter lists. Do not get me wrong, Agorapulse allows you to add several searches with powerful filters, but I do miss the Twitter lists. Agorapulse may seem more expensive when compared to other tools.

### "Loving Agorapulse! "

Amazing experience, the data reporting is incredible.

Pros

We utilize this software to run over 20 social media accounts. Our weekly time commitment for social media management was more than cut in half by switching to this software.

Cons

I wish we could schedule Instagram TV posts, but it does allow a push notification for them.

Cons

I don't like that you only have a limited amount of time that you are able to reply to messages before they are considered "expired".

### "Best social media software around!"

My day to day has become much smoother and less tedious since using AP. I can easily schedule, reschedule, move around, interact with followers, and adjust based on detailed analytics.

Pros

AgoraPulse really has it all. I tried a bunch of different programs and platforms for managing social media, but AP just makes everything smooth and easy. It is centered on ease of use and user experience, while offering scheduling, interaction, moderation, and monitoring/analytics.

Cons

Honestly there isn’t anything I don’t like about it. It fits my needs perfectly as a social media marketer.

### "Great but not the BEST"

Great but not the best. Worth it for the cost. But if hootsutie was cheaper I would probably switch back for the streams. You get streams and you'll be unstoppable.

Pros

I like the cost. It was way more affordable than Hootsuite. I was with hootsuite for 8 years and I just couldn't handle the cost anymore. It was out of control expensive. I like the fair cost of this. I also like that it doesn't glitch and drop posts as often as Hootsuite did!

Cons

I MISS STREAMS! The Hootsuite streams were where it was at. All of your posts, current, scheduled comments everything all in one section.

Cons

I cannot schedule posts on Instagram that include more than two photos unless I use the app. That requires A LOT of time to do daily.

We use the software for our small marketing agency to manage and integrate the social media accounts and content posting, and overall it is a great tool. I do wish that we had the option to assign content to multiple users because our internal approvals process consists of more than one person and it can cause issues if one of the team is out that content got assigned to and thus is gets stuck with them until they return.

Pros

Agorapulse is very organized in the sense that my team can track and update all our pages. We can also post our marketing tools and select pages where we should post it. We can also see the improvements and growth of our pages.

Cons

The only cons that I see is I have to save the image before I can send it. I hope we can directly copy and paste the image to send it easily.

Pros

I like how we can collaborate and see everything in one place.

Cons

I wish we could draft posts, always have to send posts for approval to myself and not client (fills up my inbox).

We enjoy it overall, however wish those minor things could be different.

Pros

Ease of use/implementing. It's straight forward for the most part, however the mobile version is difficult to use.

Cons

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop. Many times I have tried to post a response and the lag instead glitches and starts removing comments.

Quite good overall, and the support has been excellent

Pros

I got into AP for superior YouTube comment management, including tagging, clearing reviewed ones from view, and quickly navigating and responding to tons of comments. It does that great!

Cons

I wish I could like/favorite YouTube comments (although I understand this is a YouTube API limitation)

Cons

\-Lack of open API, so third-party integrations are limited (which this makes the CRM siloed) -Missing some content features that native social apps have, e.g. a library of .gifs/memes, so you still need to use native apps for certain actions

Tout est parfait ! ... Sauf l'application mobile ou iPad il faut bien l'avouer. Je sais que l'équipe l'a bien en tête et inscrit sur la roadmap.

Mon unique problème c'est qu'il n y a pas d'option assigner à quelqu'un extérieur à l'entreprise comme le patron de la marque dont on gère les médias sociaux par exemple.

I particularly enjoy the ability to expand (shared calendar and profile #) as necessary

The platform is a little bit buggy at times and also it doesn't support google my business at the moment (wich I use a lot)

Very easy to use and set up, whenever a new team member joins it's very easy to pick up how everything works.

Cons

It would be great if we could integrate Instagram DMs too. The reason given was Instagram own limitations but we have found a different software that is able to import direct messages so I'm not sure why Agorapulse can't.

Agorapulse has helped me help my clients get up and running on social campaigns quickly and inexpensively. Customer service has been excellent when I needed help and guidance.

Pros

Publishing social posts across all of our social media platforms is great. Reporting is also really useful and visually appealing.

Cons

It can be a little flaky - get hung up on a publishing task and I have to start over. It sometimes fails to bring in the image used on posts when I do the reporting - which caused me some manual work to complete it.

Pros

I love how easy it is to schedule posts, view performance metrics, and tag users for possible influencer opportunities.

Cons

I really wish they had better implementation with instagram posts and stories.

I like that I can tailor my social channels for reporting and analysis each month. Also is a really great tool for community management.

Cons

I think the reporting section can be improved to showcase 6 month and 12 month time periods and not just 3 month periods for long term comparisons.

From the start, their support with personal and thoughtful. I'm so pleased with the value and my clients love all of the reporting and ease of use.

Pros

The reporting, the ability to create custom UTMs for tracking in analytics, add team members. The list is long.

Cons

I do NOT have enough time to learn all of the features yet and come up with a regular routine to make the most of it. I will get there, but that's a Q1 thing.
