Overall this has been a great experience so far, the support team has been very good.

Pros

This software has been great to manage our office pages as well as our agents business pages. Scheduling has been very easy and I can have a team. The reporting is a great aspect as well.

Cons

I wish there was the availability to tag personal pages and not just business pages. A lot of our agents don't have business pages which means we still have to use other platforms for tagging.

The team management integrated into Agorapulse combined with the assignment of processing of third-party content from Internet users makes it possible to optimize the response to incoming questions by assigning them to the right contact.

Pros

A perfect tool to manage social network publications on a daily basis but also to get to know your community better.

Cons

API restrictions prevent the use of advanced content types. For me, this is the only obstacle that prevents me from using Agorapulse alone, but it is the lot of all management tools.

Pros

The software is extremely intuitive and didn't require too much onboarding for my teammates after I set up our backend. I also love that AP allows for suggested features and tracking for the implementation/development of said features.

Cons

The web to mobile app synergy is not 100%, I wish we could see a grid preview and upload carousel posts for Instagram accounts directly through the web app.

Agorapulse facilitate my every day work !

Pros

I can review easily all the comments and questions our clients are asking amd answer them directly on the platform ! Schedule a post is also very easy with Agorapulse.

Cons

Not being ablde to post 2 pictures in Instagram ! And no possibilities to schedule stories !

Pros

Product is easy to navigate and use. What you type translates exactly to the attached social platform.

Cons

Updated responses are sometimes out of order. Facebook messages older than 7 days if you click "go to" it brings you just to Facebook not the actual message needing a response.

Pros

Keeping ahead of LinkedIn posts. The scheduling ability is simple and streamlined. Super easy to see at a glance what is scheduled.

Cons

If a post isn't quite ready to go live, it would be nice to lock the post so it doesn't.

Cost and simplicity. We didn't need anything more than a way to schedule posts. Other software was too complicated and was way more than we needed.

This app is awesome! It has outstanding features like reply on FB Ads comments in addition to the ability of sending images in the comments and messages (hootsuite, zendesk, and freshdesk do not support that, i tested them all) All native features of facebook in a very easy management console with a phenomenal zero inbox feature to ensure no comment or message is left un-attended. If you want to manage your fans engagement, purplish posts to several profiles, share secure access with your tream in an easy manageable way, then Agorapulse is the right app for that.

Pros

Agorapulse has intuitive easy to use functionality, with a fairly robust set of scheduling, community management, and reporting features. Where they really shine is in the are of customer support. They are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable, imparting a feeling that they genuinely care about your problem and want to help.

Cons

There are certainly some hiccups in operation at times, occasionally failing to post or struggling to find the right account when mentioning other companies. I primarily use the product to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts for a single client, and adding in a global reporting tool (aggregating metrics across multiple pages) would be a serious benefit.

I have learned so much about social media analytics because of AgoraPulse. I now use the tool to schedule my content for more than 2 clients. I also use it for community management which makes it easier for me to focus on all my online communities in one reliable place.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and the best part is how quick and reliable the customer service team is when you need assistance. Pulling out reports is also very easy.

Cons

The fact that we can not yet post multiple images on Instagram.

Very positive. I have used this software with an ad agency and once I had several freelance clients of my own this seemed a reliable way to care for them.

Pros

I was managing multiple social media accounts. The ability to use Agorapulse cut my scheduling burden at least in half. I really enjoy the listening and other features that allow me to respond quickly and keep my clients up to date.

Cons

I really wish there was a linkin.bio type feature on the Instagram posts.

It's like the best game of 'hide and seek' ever - and I always win with Agorapulse! I can find tweets about my client's businesses which no other tool can! It has saved me so much time - particularly the bulk scheduling to twitter and the social listening tool.

Pros

The social listening tool is by far the best I have ever used - by a long way. The tool is easy to use, I didn't need a lengthy tutorial in order to understand it. Great for my team too.

Cons

The instagram feature is not as smooth as the other platforms. If you answer a comment organically on the page, it stays in Agorapulse. Not easy to queue posts on twitter.

The ability to combine multiple Social Media platforms into one place for ease of moderation and publishing purposes.

Cons

The inability to moderate Facebook Groups. This would really help with tracking productivity in the reports section to measure employee accountability and productivity.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate. The app makes things so easy to use right at your fingertips! The reports you get back from social are so detailed!

Cons

It disconnects from social channels after a few months, so you have to reconnect.

Overall the software has been a huge asset to our team. It's streamlined our social media process immensely and helped us be able to get ahead on our posting.

Pros

The customer service is great! Quick responses and very helpful. Publishing feature is AMAZING! Saves our team a ton of time. Quick-glance analytics are helpful. Like that you can label posts so we can see at a glance what type of content performs best. Inbox is also a major time-saver.

Cons

Wish the analytics were a little bit more robust — especially for Twitter. Wish we could schedule out Instagram stories. Would like to have a built-in planning calendar. Right now we have to use a separate software platform for that. And I have run into a few technical glitches, though the team is good about fixing the major ones within a few weeks.

Pros

The ability to use with teams is great, all in one for major social platforms, Analytics are great, super easy to use compared to other platforms I have used.

Cons

Posting errors out, especially with IG, from time to time. Mainly the restricts on scheduling video on Instagram, however I think they are working on this. Limits and problems are usually due to changing social requirements on platforms so I'm pretty sure these challenges are with many social posting apps.

I really enjoy this product and have been happy with the results so far. I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to improve and exceed expectations.

Pros

It's a great platform for teams that have multiple approval steps. The publisher is pretty easy to use and I enjoy being able to customize messages for specific platforms within one step. I also really appreciate that they seem to be really engaged with customer feedback and are constantly implementing updates based on wants and needs.

Cons

Some of the features aren't as streamlined as I would like, like approving content and reviewing the inbox. The analytics are displayed nicely but it always super clear where exactly the numbers are coming from.

Before Agora it was very difficult to reply to all comments on our ads, as we didn't see them, it would get even messier when more than one person was working on it, as we didn't have visibility on what each one was doing. Some comments would be replied more than once while other comments would never be replied to.

Pros

I love how Agora has made my life easier administrating our social medias. Nothing is left behind now!

Cons

I cannot use a hyperlink to open a new Agora window

### "Easy to Use, Frequent Publishing Glitches"

We were using Agorapulse to manage and publish client content on various social media platforms, but Agorapulse ended up not providing the level of optimizations we had required for that price point.

Pros

We enjoyed Agorapulse's ease of use the most. Customer support was always very timely and solved issues quickly.

Cons

When publishing content with images to multiple platforms, the post was often not optimized by platform-specific-formats and would often grab the incorrect thumbnail. I contacted Support about this issue, who recommended posting to each platform separately. As this required more time and energy, we decided to pursue another platform that mirrored our expectations much better and fluidly.

We originally chose Agorapulse over SEMrush due to the much lower cost, but realized SEMrush offered a higher quality overall. We now use SEMrush.
