Posting to all sm sites at once is amazing! Responding to Linkedin comments from within the platform is a great feature that not many other platforms have.

Cons

I couldn't add my personal Instagram. or post a video from the mobile app

### "Great for basics"

I am finding it helpful and making things easy to schedule in advance. I would like there to be more customization and better individual notes across cross-platform posts, but that's being particular.

Pros

I really think it's an easy integration across the standard platforms- FB / IG / Twitter / LinkedIn.

Cons

I hated how you constantly have to re-up your tokens and it stops you from posting- it's more often than the allotted time per platform- especially for Facebook and Instagram.

Overall this is excellent software that has saved us a lot of time and allowed us to manage our social media more efficiently than before.

Pros

Easy to set up and use, we love being able to moniter and manage multiple channels from one dashboard.

Cons

It would be great to be able to tag other instagram users, or tag products on scheduled instagram posts. Currently we have to moniter instagram and manually edit and tag posts once they are published.

After using many other social media scheduling options, we settled for Agorapulse as it is very user friendly and offers a wide range of functionalities. Customer service is always great and I always appreciate a chat option for quick questions.

Cons

It would be useful for Agorapulse to support Facebook's multi-lingual posting for companies that operate in different markets and languages.

Overall, I've had a great experience. Every time I've had a question, customer support has reached out immediately to assist.

Pros

I recently made the switch to AgoraPulse and am extremely pleased with the functionality. I love the added features such as duplicating posts, labeling posts, easy UTM tagging, and the weekly/monthly schedule views. My old platform did not have the inbox and listening features and I've found these incredibly helpful in keeping up with social activity and providing timely responses.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this software so far.

AgoraPulse had more features than competitors at a better price point.

Fantastic. Gets the job done and less stress for other daily tasks.

Pros

Ease of use. Organized Calendar for scheduling. Customer Support.

Cons

Not many cons at all.. only thing is twitter limitations on word count. Twitter has the + feature to stack more words/comments, hopefully Agorapulse will implement that in the near future.

Excellent. It's the best platform for assigning messages and is compatible with all the social media sites that our business uses. The support is also prompt and helpful. A contact number would sometimes be useful for urgent enquiries, though.

Pros

The ability to easily assign messages to a team member. This is particularly useful for dealing with customer support requests.

Cons

The filter options for listening can sometimes be difficult and complicated to create. However, they work well once created.

### "Agorapulse's great customer service"

Pros

The software saves time, naturally which is what it's for. But it's also user friendly, focuses on engagement and streamlines the process of creating a post to approving it and then posting it. I've used it for 3 months and already is has become indespensible in our day-to-day operations. With multi-channel, multi-messages and several different accounts, there is no way we would have otherwise been able to cross-post as we have done. And props for the response time and constant follow up by customer services.

Cons

There have been the occasional bugs. Some processes needed to be adapted in order to use the program but that has more to do with the settings of the social media channels and your own website then Agorapulse. Overall customer services has been nothing but helpful and on top of things.

Very easy to understand (without any training) and very convenient (just have to post your ad one time to be directed on several media social sites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

Cons

I would like to do Carrousel post on Facebook with this software, but I don't think it is possible?!

Overall experience is good.

Pros

I most like the ease of reporting and finding the data I want and need. Scheduling posts is easy. Push notification to phone to push multi-photo posts live on IG is good.

Cons

I think that the power reporting should be included in plans and not an extra add-on. Sometimes there are discrepancies in the data. Some limitations across platforms e.g. can't get brand awareness score for LinkedIn and can't get impressions from Twitter.

Pros

I love how easily it groups everything together and allows you to go through all comments and likes within many platforms in one place!

Cons

The only con that was mentioned to me from our Online Sales Consultants, was the amount of emails received but I believe this got resolved - therefore none!

The consolidated inbox makes it easy for our organization to respond to messages from all of our communities.

Cons

There are some features we would like to make more use of, like competitors, that we don't have access to at our level. Based on the cost of the software, upgrading is not an option, but only utilizing one competitor isn't an option for us when we are managing multiple brands.

I like how quick and attentive the support team is. Whenever I have questions, I get a timely answer.

Sometimes it is difficult to manage multiple accounts at once, but I have found ways to work around the issues.

It has been really good, it has simplified things for me in my job and it takes me now less time to manage the social medias.

Pros

What I like best is the posibility to make a single post in multiple and different social media accounts that you have access to. I use it for my duties as a community manager and it has been really easy and useful.

Cons

I wouldnt be able to buy this program if I were to have a company of my own, I would recommend it for companies with a good flow of money and a need for social management, otherwise, I dont think it is worthed

I am able to see the custumers we speak with and can see their interactions, which I like.

Pros

I like the ease of use, how I can use tags and labels for uses, the reporting. I like that I can assign things. The new layout is helpful. I wish there was a better notifications.

Cons

I dislike some of the ux on it. Some things that I intuitively would do as a user are not a part of the agorapulse experience. I also wish there was a breakdown of the reports generated that made a bit more sense. I heavily dislike that I cannot search by name on the fb platform for messaging.

Reason for choosing Agorapulse

The trial convinced me and I did not want to keep looking for another software.

Client support is so good, funny and quick to respond. They don't let you down until we have a solution !

Pros

The use is easy and smooth. I linked 12 profil and it never was a problem. The offer is totally customable.

Cons

Sometimes the size of a file is to big on Agorapulse and can't be posted but directly on LinkedIn it's okay.

Standard features like sending a survey when a chat times out before the actual interaction has completed makes customers confused. The avg response time is longer than 3mins

We are able to quickly monitor and respond to guest comments in the social world which is of the utmost importance.

Pros

The software is VERY easy to use. Some minimal training was needed but all of our agents were up and running right away. Implementation was simple and didn't require IT time which is always at a premium.

Cons

I wish there was a little more customization with teams and how we assign items.
