They are better than competing products. Cons I wish that there was a Pinterest and Tiktok integration. The site is also very glitchy with photos making it not super user friendly as almost every photo must be resized. There are also issues with the platform posting that I have had to report numerous times over the past months. Cons Adding links to posts can prove difficult as the product wants to pull imagery directly from the link for use in the post, but this may be a "user error" that can be corrected. I save hours thanks to Agorapulse. Pros I have compared many tools and Agorapulse stands out. It is also reasonably priced for the features you get. I don't know of any other product on the market that does planning, monitoring, listening so well: flawlessly and correctly. Agorapulse is the most intuitive tool I know, error-free, and it does exactly what I need it to do. Oh, and they have a great customer service team too. Very quick to respond, always on topic. Cons I didn't know when I signed up that the great customisable reports cost 20 euros more. That is not unreasonable, but I just did not know, because it was still in the testing phase. I would like to activate them, but I have not yet done so. Reason for choosing Agorapulse Because it has the most features for the best price, and it is easy to use. I initially used the free barometer tool, and was so impressed that I looked into using the whole package. Having to manage multiple pages with different goals, different campaigns, a range of ads and apps can be mind boggling at times. This software has revolutionised the way in which I now manage all these pages. The release of V2 late last year blew me away. Not only can I install a competition app in a matter of minutes but I can also review all the insights I need about that app and the page itself. I don't need to spend hours exporting data from facebook to analyze and put into a report - it's all there for me. Whether I need analytical information on a 7 day/30 day basis I can get what I need. To take thing further AgoraPulse lets you compare your page with you competitors and gives you actionable data. All this at the click of the "connect" button. I'm really excited to see what this platform has in store for 2014. I would have no hesitation on recommending AgoraPulse to both beginners and pros alike. This platform was built for everyone. Pros I like that everything is housed in one platform, and its fairly intuitive. The layout makes sense, and the competitor social media monitoring is very useful. Cons That all statistics can not be viewed in one screen, you have to click each social feed and look at engagement. I cannot monitor my adds, and the reporting is only available in powerpoint format. Pros Trying to organize a marketing list for multiple social media outlets is so time-consuming. I love the option to schedule multiple platforms at once. It has saved me endless hours of work! Cons Would like a little more flexibility to have set up each platform differently but still post once and have it go to all sites. An option for a feed to blog would nice too. It was a huge pain to check each page and account throughout each day. In particular, there's no easy way on Facebook to monitor comments on ads. We were missing questions and requests for more information from our ads. Agorapulse has solved that issue for us in a really convenient way. It's been a game changer for our customer service on social. Pros I love how Agorapulse allows us to easily stay on top of all of our comments from several Facebook pages and our Instagram account in one inbox. Cons We haven't noticed any issues with the software for our particular needs.
