Pros

Agorapulse makes publishing super speedy and efficient. It's easy to use and the reporting and social listening functions are amazing for the price.

Cons

It does take a while to set up. Also, there's no IG grid preview which can be a pain but isn't a deal breaker for me. The only annoying thing is that you have to upload everything in exactly the right order, you can't drag bits of a carousel post around for example.

I use Agora Pulse to work with a client on helping expand their social reach and engage their customers. The tool has a great work flow design, and does a good job of laying out all of the tasks we need. I love their apps too, and have use them to really increase our member engagement.

Schedule and publish to Facebook and Twitter via an efficient calendar Monitor important keyword and shared contents Identify your top fans

Cons

I wish I could integrate all the social accounts, but that is more on the different platforms and not on Agora Pulse.

Pros

It is easy of use with a short learning curve, I really like the scheduling ability and options available and ease you can drag things around the calendar. Quality of previews and ability to post to multiple channels at once is also great.

Cons

I'd like to see the range of features expand especially when it comes to Instagram, and posting videos to Instagram, would also be great if you could customise not only the text but the image for Facebook and Instagram through the one interface.

Pros

As the title states, I love how simple it is to use AgoraPulse. As someone who has experimented with the majority of the programs out there once or twice, I truly resonate with AgoraPulse, unlike the others. Although my uses with the program are on the lower scale, I love the software for the ability to monitor all of the mentions I have received and/or missed by being thoroughly active on the social sites themselves. AgoraPulse has saved my engagement many times for this reason.

Cons

I've noticed there are a few glitches. For example, it's hard to like someone's tag on Instagram through the software but responding back has never been an issue which is good.

### "First Software Ever: Worth It"

110% the best software we could have selected. I love it, my teams love it, and our clients all know when they see “posted by AgoraPulse” that it’s our professional software!

Pros

It provides a one stop shop for 99% of what we do within the company. Inbox messages, scheduling posts, it makes everything so easy!

Cons

My issue is that it occasionally glitches when posting/ although I believe that has been remedied.

Pros

Easy to organized and schedule social media posts.

Cons

For some reason after creating posts with links and adding the image later, the link would be deleted. Which is very frustrating for our team.

Agorapulse has made social media scheduling extremely easy for me. Its effortless and more efficient than any software that I've used in the past.

Pros

I liked that the software provides options like commenting and pre set hashtags. It was also extremely easy to schedule posts for multiple accounts across different platforms.

Cons

My only complaint with the agorapulse software is the inability to change the options for scheduling across multiple platforms.

CoSchedule did not have the features or aspects that I was looking for and when my concerns were brought up they were not addressed.

Agorapulse has taken the guesswork out of social media management for me. Everything is easy to use and the reports are very helpful.

Pros

Agorapulse is extremely user friendly. With no direction other than what is available online before purchase, I was able to find my way around and get up and going with no problems.

Cons

I do wish I could have linked my Pinterest account, and I wish that I was able to post carousels for Instagram.

Pros

I have been able to reduce time and more efficiently manage our platforms by following the report recommendations and using the queue to schedule. The product is pretty intuitive.

Cons

When duplicating a post where you are using a link and an image, the image and link need reset.

It was mediocre but you get what you pay for and that really showed. Even leveling up to more enhanced versions didn't seem worth it.

Pros

Software was really user friendly and scheduling content to hit multiple channels was nice.

Cons

The content would get visibly altered with the saturation when it was pushed out to platforms. Reporting was confusing and inconsistent.

Scheduling and planning content for different accounts has been made substantially easier. The reporting system is wonderful for tracking your progress and adjusting social media strategy.

Pros

Agorapulse has a very intuitive feel to it. This means that the platform is easy to work your way around at first and quicker than other scheduling offerings to pick up. Learning how to use it is very easy. The user interface is pleasant. Uploading and scheduling posts for different accounts on different mediums has a logical feel for it.

Cons

I think that the layout of which accounts you are scheduling posts needs to be clearer. Sometimes it is too subtle and easy to think you are loading something for one account when it is actually another

Pros

I can have student staff write and schedule posts that are held for my approval. I like that I am able to edit the posts, or send them back to the students for editing. It's a strong gatekeeping system that helps maintain brand security.

Cons

Going back and forth with tech support when we first established the account could be confusing because the same user did not always respond to me. However, they were efficient and solved my problem, which is what matters.

Cons

In no fault to Agorapulse, but some of the functionality with Instagram due to the API posting restrictions. It has improved since implementing Agorapulse into our content management.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this program. Whether I'm on my computer, phone or tablet, I can easily post, approve posts, respond to comments and view analytics. The reports I get have been extremely helpful to show my board fo directors. I am new to the company, and built our social media program from scratch. AgoraPulse has been instrumental in creating buy in from our staff and board.

Cons

Honestly, as of now, I don't have any cons. The cost is very competitive and I feel I get the best bang for my buck.

Pros

There are two things we love. First, begin able to listen to our customers and what they are saying in one location. The other is the ability to schedule our social posts ahead of time.

Cons

It's not to fault Agorapulse but we wish we could interact directly with the social platforms within the software but we realize this is due to the social platforms limiting their access to third party software.

The whole experience was smooth straight to the point

Pros

We use this platform to manage our customers that are coming through social media. We gave access to our receptionist so they can communicate with them 24/7 for each of our hotels, never had a problem since then.

### "A godsend for scaling up social media without being overwhelmed"

Scaling up doesn't look scary anymore, the UX of agorapluse compared to the tools I've used before (hootsuite and sprout) really streamlines the process of monitoring and engaging with social followers. I'm a solo founder so every minute saved can be used for other tasks, in that it's a huge win for me

Pros

Facebook apps remain one of the best way to go viral (surveys, personality tests, etc.) and nobody does it but agorapulse. Competitive monitoring (FB based) in app is also a nice feature, and as mentioned earlier the UI/UX is simply the best to get high quality and high productivity of the time spent managing your social media presence

Cons

The cost can appear a bit high compared to the entry level tier of its competitors, but after some hesitations I took the plunge and now consider it one of the best investment made

mobile app can be a little slow and has periods of blackouts where notifications are not received.
