When dealing with multiple social media channels it's helpful when the platform is organized and easy to follow. Cons I wish it could reformat images for IG. Pros I like being able to preview the posts. It is easy to queue posts and make sure they look how you want before they're sent out. Cons I have had a few bugs every now and then with Instagram. It has logged me out a few times and sometimes doesn't prompt me to post correctly. But they're easy fixes. Also we like the influencer tool which finds the most active brand communicators and allows us to convert them to advocates. Cons There were some initial hiccups with the Instagram tokens needing to be renewed but that seems to have cleared itself up over the past few weeks! It has helped us organize all of our social campaigns with no issues. Pros We loved the ease-of-use and friendly interface of Agora. You can schedule posts throughout the course of the month and simply forget about them. We have never had an issue with content being published. Cons Nothing. August 11, 2020 4.0 At this point I am 50/50 but still need to spend more time in it. Pros Set and schedule features was why i purchased the software. For a set it and forget it solution for my small company. Cons There are errors within the sofware that even the support did not existed. And so I worked hard to create and post content based on what the software said was an option at the time all to find out that it did not allow that type of format. Even though it offered within the software. Specififcally LinkedIn. I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support. Pros I like planning and organization functions as it helps manage social calendars for various channels Cons it would be nice to be able to tag people/profiles when scheduling posts since we have to manually edit or post when we want to tag a colleague or company, which is pretty often.
