Pros According to me, one of the most impactuful features is that you can assign comments or messages to other members of your own team. The product is very easy to use, I didn't need anybody to teach me how to use it. Cons I think the mobile version of the product could be improved. Pros I love the year discount is applied so it saves you money upfront. The reports downloadable from Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter are really helpful to visualize and use to help our company will use to grow in the future. Cons Facebook has no reports. The reports that show via Power Point are extremely useful though! Wish there were more users that could login, don't know exactly why that costs extra money but it's okay we share logins. Customer support have been great and their in program chat/support request option is great. Cons Would love an obvious draft mode (assigning to self is a work around) and planning enviroment. Once I discovered the platform at Social Media Marketing World, I knew I had to switch from Hootsuite. I've never looked back and the team at AugoraPulse have been outstanding. Pros I love that I can send my clients their social content/photos to review. It allows for more time in our monthly meetings to get things accomplished.
