It is great for the management of multiple social media pages

Cons

As a large network we quite often copy the same posts across multiple franchise locations facebook pages. It would be great if there was a way to 'approve all of the same' at once as apposed to going to each one individually.

The best thing about Agorapulse is our it puts all of your social media pages in one, central area, allowing you to focus on creating & scheduling good content, instead of spending your time logging in and out of multiple different accounts. This tool as made our community & social media presence much easier to handle.

Cons

Agorapulse is rather expensive compared to some of the alternatives.

Pros

It is so simple to use, no real training needed to get started and it acts as a Project Manager just for our social media pages.

Cons

Not being able to post videos pre-published for LinkedIn

I love how I can just come to one place to manage my social media, instead of having to use different tools and check different places. The company seems to have thought of everything that an organization trying to be successful on social needs.

Pros

I really enjoyed the ease of setting up posts and how the platform handled links and images. I was able to "listen" to what people were saying about our brand, and dive into the analytics to see which posts gained the most interest and from there extrapolate why.

Cons

I really don't see any cons at this point. I hadn't used it before this and I found it competitive and comparable with other platforms.

Pros

It is great for scheduling, getting your team to approve what you do, monitor responses from posts. Highly recommend it. I use this daily, and i don't even need to go into any social channels to post

Cons

I would like to see who, liked Instagram posts, so that we can track this.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the software and how easy it is to navigate for new users as well.

Cons

One of the features that I miss is the raw data export. It would be really helpful for us if we could export everything at once raw, so we can use that data to visualize it ourselves. Some of the templates provided are nice but not always meet our needs. An API connection would help

I like it and they seem to be updating their features regularly, so they are improving.

Pros

I love this tool and we shopped around for the right product. I needed a decent price that my client was able to handle, and easy scheduling. This met our needs. You can also easily add new users and upgrade you plan.

Cons

I don't like how social networks become unchecked when you are batch scheduling.

Pros

This has been a great tool for our non-profit to use to stay on top of our social media posting. Non-profits often struggle with limited access to resources because of funding. With all of the tools and resources that come with our Agorapulse package it's been well worth the money spent. We can quickly and easily schedule posts, and interact with our network while also being able to see good data on our communication efforts. We've tried other options, but Agorapulse has been the best so far.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve, but for anyone that has used similar tools it's pretty intuitive. Some challenges with photo sizing for Instagram posts, but we're figuring it out.

It's been a great experience. After testing about 3 different products, it was clear that Agora was the clear winner. The price, customer service and features cannot be beat.

Pros

Scheduling posts is by far my favorite thing about Agora. The easy view scheduler lets me see at-a-glance, what my month is going to look like and helps me plan my business' social with ease.

Cons

Reporting could be a bit more robust. The only report export feature is powerpoint. I also would like to sometimes export individuals graphs and charts.

Simple UI, Simple Desgin. simple data. . Report is good.

Cons

Facebook insight and API difference sometimes we get share number 100, but Agora pulse 's share number is 500. I understand different data is from. but we need more acurate data information, we can check it on FB . please consdier to it. Instagram posting can be upload 1 picture only.

I really like the functionality of AgoraPulse. As a college graduate stepping into an advertising role for the first time, this platform has really made social media tasks much easier for me on a daily basis. Not to mention, there are always new features being implemented/updated and AgoraPulse assures that their clients never miss a beat. Their customer service is also awesome!

I don't think there is really anything I dislike about this platform.
