It's useful and as a Community Manager, it helps me to manage my daily work. It's easy to deal with different accounts, without making mistakes. Cons At the beginning, it's quite complex to understand Agorapulse because there are many functionalities. Moreover, on Instagram we can't like content, it's not useful. July 19, 2016 5.0 I discovered agorapulse while listening to a podcast and knew that I had to try it out. Before, I used a number of social media tools to post, schedule, monitor and analyse posts. With AP, everything is in a single place. Pros It does almost everything that you need in a single online tool. It has saved me so much time! The app is also great for monitoring responses to social posts and checking mentions across different accounts. Cons It would be nice to be able to set tweets to repeat on an unlimited basis. At the moment, you can set them to repost, but this isn't unlimited. Having this option would mean that I can completely move away from a competitor's service. I have vetted every available social media app and I have to say AgoraPulse is king in the social media management space.. They make me happy! Why? They make my job easier, they are ALWAYS available for help and they continue to improve their platform. At least once a week I get another provider trying to woo me to their platform. AgoraPulse feels like family and never lets me down. Pros Facebook post scheduling. Easy to create contests. Excellent customer service. Best value for the money. Company blogs about social media trends with great authority--very helpful. Cons App times out fairly quickly---wish it would stay live as long as I have the app open. I manage over 50 social accounts and I still can't believe it I can do it all with Agora. Cons It is pretty pricy for a software that doesn't have a direct ROI. Also, would love an option for your software to remember the login so I don't have to re-login every time. I'm satisfied with the program. Pros I like that it's easy to use. I figured it out pretty quickly. They also have an option to schedule to Instagram which a lot of scheduling platforms don't offer. You can schedule to multiple social media pages for different companies. Cons It doesn't have a url shortener built in for image posts on Twitter. It only has the shortener for regular posts/tweets.
