I like that you can crop by dimensions per social platform right on Agorapulse. Customer support always responded very fast and was always helpful. Cons I wish that we were able to tag products in our scheduled photos for Instagram rather than going back into Instagram and doing it manually. Agorapulse makes the process of setting up several posts on different days very smooth. Pros The calendar makes it very easy to see how full a certain day or week is with social media posts. Cons I would like an image crop function for Instagram posts. Currently I need to do cropping in another application then bring it over to Agorapulse to meet the requirements. But it is a great experience! Pros When our company tried this for our social media marketing and monitoring we did a trial for this one since we aim to make out work more efficient and easy, we did test this out for quite some time and I can say that this is an awesome platform if you want to jump into an easy drive when it comes to managing your online business as an e-commerce company. It works like a charm. The onboarding and learning curve is easy and smooth as butter. Pros The easy to use interface, the organization is very well done and we dont miss anything that happens on our different social accounts. Cons The limit on users on the initial plan to 2 users only but it is not something super bad. When you deal with a large number of exposure and repetitive questions on comments, in inbox etc. AgoraPulse can save you valuable time in managing all of that. Post scheduling feature works well, and collaboration between team members within the tool is very good organized. Cons Missing some more detailed reports and statistics in the reporting section. We evaluated and have used several different competitors, and it is on par with the rest, and a good value for the price. Cons A couple of months in and we have experienced some technical issues with the built-in calendar displaying​ the incorrect dates. They first tried to say it was an issue on our end, but we continued to have issues and they eventually realized it was a problem on their end. Still waiting on a fix. It is a lot easier to use that Facebook's publishing studio and makes it super easy to schedule out posts. Pros Being able to see comments right in the dashboard is very useful. The calendar is useful as well to be able to see what posts you have scheduled out. Cons The integrations with Instagram aren't as easy to use as Facebook. If there was a search functionality within the comments that would be very helpful.
