Lead CRA Research Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A Pleasure to Work With the Flex Databases Team – Highly Recommended" November 17, 2025 5.0 Over the past months I’ve been using Flex Databases, mainly the CRA Activity Management module, and it has made my daily work much more structured and transparent. Pros The system is intuitive, easy to navigate, and logically organized, so it doesn’t take long to feel comfortable working in it—even with more complex workflows. What I appreciate most is the combination of a user-friendly interface and very supportive, professional management and customer success team. The communication with the Flex team has always been friendly, timely, and solution-oriented. Whenever questions or technical issues came up, they were addressed quickly and with genuine willingness to help. Overall, Flex provides a clean, easy-to-orient environment that supports efficient monitoring, documentation, and oversight of clinical activities. I would definitely recommend it to teams looking for a structured yet intuitive system, backed by a helpful and engaged support/management team. Cons The overall structure and workflow logic of this system is somewhat different from other platforms I’ve worked with before, so it requires a brief period of adjustment. Review Source DD Duy D. Pros Cost effectiveness and flexibility. Ability to export data and build reports. Cons Budget & cost management have many bugs and have not approached the real usage cases. Pros The TMF has all the folders pre-populated and the uploading/downloading/deleting functions are very quick and efficient. The platform itself is intuitive & reliable What really stands out, though, is the quality of support we’ve received—especially from \[sensitive content hidden\], project manager at FDB. He has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through any questions we’ve had. It’s rare to come across customer support that’s this dedicated and proactive. Overall, we’re very happy with Flex Databases and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-supported, efficient solution. Pros What I liked the most was the amazing support. Everyone is very understanding of CRO business and quick to take action in implementing out requirements. There was also great flexibility in meeting our QA requirements in system validation processes. PS I am filling this form out on behalf of Tameo and I Pros modular based setup allows for customized setup depending on project or organization. Quick and rather simple Cons There are still some things that we must rely on the helpdesk to do even though we are in different time zones. For example: 1. User account creation timing because of the LMS assigning training when accounts are created. 2. LMS administrator. I can set all other admins but this one is out of control of the Sys Admin. By default it was big set of functions , but we needed more and these guys adjusted system so quickly and result was really powerful! Highly recommended!
