Pros: You can create any kind of custom reports you want. Sort items by groups and sub groups. It syncs with LDAP. The pricing is competitive. You can configure alerts and custom access rights. It uses QR codes and barcodes. Easy to import existing assets from csv files. I could go on, but my hands are getting tired from typing.

Cons: Having a hard time thinking of any cons, but one thing it could use is a few more "bulk edit" options other than bulk editing assets themselves. Like it would be nice if I could bulk edit a certain user field or something like that. I also wish I could bulk edit the document/image library to remove all the duplicates. This is an extremely minor con.

Overall: We researched an inventory system to migrate to a few years ago and we came across EZOfficeInventory. We determined it looked like the best option and it had one of the best prices. Not only have we thoroughly enjoyed everything about EZOfficeInventory since the migration, but since we have the highest tier subscription plan, we can request any new feature that we want them to integrate for us and we have done that several times already. Each time we request something new they always make it happen for us so we have been pleased with every request we have made. One of the coolest integrations that EZOfficeInventory has is that it integrates directly with Zendesk which is what we use already for our help desk ticketing system. I honestly don't know what we would do without EZOfficeInventory at this point. Even the support staff is friendly and quick to respond.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you use Zendesk then this is DEFINITELY the best inventory system for you.

Pros: It does what it is advertised to do, I like that there are alerts setup when changes are made, and I can easily pull up reports when needed.

Cons: I've expressed this in my review.

Overall: This is a great system. Unfortunately I have nothing to compare EZOfficeInventory as the system we used before was just a spreadsheet. EZOfficeInventory has change the way we manage all our IT equipment and now our Finance department is notified when equipment changes hands and knows exactly where everything is.

I do have a few issues with the system but they are minor complains. You can only view 25 items at a time which makes things difficult as we have over 500 items entered into the system, you are really limited to the search function to look for things, although it does work well. When clicking on items in your inventory it opens to that page. I wish it opened in its own window because when you are making changes to that item, you have to click back several times. I also wish there was a way to separate the inventory completely so that certain categories can have their own separate asset number. Our Finance department expressed interest in using this system to inventory our vehicles, but I cant really do that as it would mix with our IT's asset numbers and I'd really like them separate.

I've only contacted Customer Support one time but they were quick to respond and resolve my issue.

If you are still using a spreadsheet to keep inventory I highly suggest trying out EZOfficeInventory as it is a great system to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: I haven't really found a need to use the mobile version, as long as you know the asset number the search function easily brings up the item.

Pros: It is FAST and very simple to use. I can change records so easily if I need to correct or edit anything. Adding custom fields is great for unique data. Searching is with the ability to search multiple terms at once. Filtering allows me to further 'drill down'. The three different types of items make it simple to separate company owned, client owned and disposable inventory. Adding photos and other documents is also very easy. Managing photos is fairly simple, but see 'cons' below. User permission has a very deep control mechanism allowing viewability to be finely tuned and managed as needed. The cart feature is awesome for checking out multiple items at once. You can then check in the same cart for fast returns. Searching with the mobile app via text, or scanning QR codes is blazing fast. Zero time is wasted waiting on EZO. Any lag is all on me. I use this software to track items in a photo studio, the things that belong to our clients that we are photographing. As such, we must isolate those items so that there is no client crossover. This works great!

Cons: As of this writing (5/2018) the view is not 'responsive' to your screen size. It is also not possible to manually resize column widths. Some views allow you to hide the right sidebar while others do not. This is promised to be an updated feature coming in 7/2018. When interacting with individual records after a search, it is not possible to return to the search results. The search must be repeated. There is no feature to create shelf barcode or QR code labels. Must use external software, but you can easily link those, one by one.

Overall: This software is taking me from several huge spreadsheets and no photos to a streamlined, searchable, history tracking, photo attached inventory system. No longer do I have to track multiple files and spreadsheets. It is all in one place.

It's incredibly user-friendly & retains any data you need to see at a glance between the comments section, custom fields & attachments. They have just enough levels of control that aren't overwhelming to incorporate but still maintains the levels of security that are needed.

I am currently using it to organize/maintain a Samples Department where we have samples from all over the world with different specs. Each piece (some have multiple quantities & others are a single item) needs to be tracked with specific details maintained amongst 7 departments & 4 branches. Needless to say, this is an amazing tool to keep control & accountability for the assets.

Their customer service is phenomenal! Every time I have a question they are quick to respond, thorough in their answer (including links) & have even implemented suggestions I had that helped with workflow. The definition of EZ is working smarter & not harder. Keep the outstanding work up EZ!! You make my job sooooooo much easier!

Pros: Ease of access, it is customizable to fit our needs and the mobile app is helpful too!

Cons: We have difficulty with permissions. Most of our users fit well under Staff credentials and while we want very few to have Admin priveledges, we do need some of our Staff users to do a couple of small things that only Admins can do. We tried setting up a Supervisor role and that was ideal for all but one category. We do not want anyone other than the actual administrators to be able to change the asset name or number. Once this is entered, nobody should be able to change it but the Supervisor role allowed for that change.

Overall: Until now, our inventory has been "tracked" in an Access database that only 1-2 people in the organization had access to. When assets move, they end up lost because that info cannot be updated by the people that move it. We have only been using it for a short 6 months or so but we expect this ability alone will help our annual inventory process immensely.

Recommendations to other buyers: Other than the tweak we need in the Supervisor permissions, I think this is a great product that we plan to launch to the rest of campus in upcoming years.

Pros: I think the thing that I like the most about this software is the simplicity. It is not asking too much, while also providing all the services I need. What we as a company use this for mostly is asset reservation, which is anything from chairs to tents that we will need for our various projects. We work in an office of about 100 people, all of which use the software frequently, and by frequently I mean every day. That being said I have never experienced a problem with the site being slow, glitchy, or remotely overloaded. I think that speaks loudly to how well it works because when using other websites, such as that for our car reservations, we get problems with the site crashing and typically causing us to waste our time figuring out the problem that the software created for us (when it is supposed to make our lives easier and less stressful).

Cons: This question is a bit tougher because I have not personally ran into any problems with the site, so asking what I like least is a bit tougher to tackle. One thing I will note is the categories that all of the assets are put into are very strict, where a single misspelled word will come up with nothing. I think that allowing the search bar to be a little more lenient and accommodating to small spelling errors, or descriptive words would make life a little easier when one accidentally misspells a word, or cant remember the exact name it might be under.

Overall: Making life a lot easier for organization.

Pros: I didn't personally pay for it. But then again my tuition went towards it, so I guess that's not much of a pro.

Cons: Everything. It's terrible.

Overall: It's so, so, so bad. You can't see what's checked out until you actually click on it, meaning that when I search for an item, I see a list of thirty of the same item. Probably 25 of them are checked out at any given time. The only way to figure out which one is checked out is to click on each of them individually. Meaning I have to click on a couple dozen items before I can find the one that's checked out. It causes an unnecessary waste of time on a huge scale since every one of us using the system has to do this. And that's just the tip of the iceberg of issues with EZOffice... I can't even begin to imagine the amount of man-hours lost because we're forced to use this stupid system, and I suspect corruption in the purchasing process because someone getting kickbacks is the only logical explanation for the decision to buy this worthless product.

Pros: The best part about this platform is that it allows us to setup asset groups and pull reports based on asset usage. This has dramatically helped us get a handle on proper inventory levels and inventory purchasing.

Cons: The worst part about this platform is the mobile app. It's incredibly slow and not extremely elegant although it gets the job done. My suggestion would be to focus on increasing application speed and the UI.

Overall: It helped us better plan out inventory purchases and reduced missing/lost inventory reports by 75%.

Pros: It helped organize our portable devices as the cost of these devices have gone up significantly. With our company having over 200 smart phones, tracking their use history was very important to us.

Cons: That it has little flexibility or integration for our needs. We would for sure like a higher user cap without having to pay more as the product is already quite pricey.

Overall: Our company is a lot more organized now.

Pros: The ease of use and the ability to integrate with Zendesk.

Cons: I wish there was more we could do from within Zendesk without backing back out to their webpage, but it is a small inconvenience.

Overall: We were looking for a new inventory management product to combine the Excel Pages, and SharePoint tables we had setup to manage inventory and put it in one place. In addition, we really wanted something to integrate with Zendesk since it has already been a success for our company.

We found it in EZOfficeInventory. We started with the free trial and integrated it with Zendesk quickly. We have about 1,000 assets at present that we are tracking now. The setup and importing the assets was pretty easy because of the templates they provide. Their software allows for you to do a lot to customize and add fields that we needed. We are easily able to check out and assign assets, edit them, mark inventory out for service, setup for reports, and it all links back to Zendesk! The price point is a really good value for the product. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who has less than 2,000 assets to manage and wants an easy way for their Helpdesk to check items in and keep accountability of your inventory.

Pros: The ability to keep track of many different types of devices throughout their use. Beyond just knowing where the device is located but also knowing whose has he device, any issues with it that need to be addressed and more.

Cons: The only issue that I have ever had is at times the site says that it is down and to contact support. By reloading and re-logging in has always solved this.

Overall: The EZ Office system works great! It is very useful in organizing and keeping track of the technology that I have in use with it. While working in the IT department in a high school my team and I have hundreds of devices that we need to keep track of and this is a great solution. I have never had problem while using EZ Office and everything is well organized and very intuitive. It's a great system.

Recommendations to other buyers: This site has so many capabilities but it is easy to think of the one that you want and stick to that one. I suggest taking full advantage of all the abilities you have when using this software.

Pros: The flexibility to clone items and easily change groups and subgroups. The customization of the columns is super helpful .

Cons: Would like to assign an identification number to a package, would like to be able to move assets between inventory without having to start from scratch. Having a plus-minus contracting system for groups and subgroups would be a GREAT way to improve the query.

Overall: Getting a number for the amount of inventory in our system and having producers check equipment in and out of the system for our different jobs. Being able to track what equipment is available and not available, where it is and its history

Please find my responses to your suggestions/requests below: 1. Packages allow you to group different assets and inventory items together and our system associates a unique ID to each of these items. This allows you to track items (assets/inventory) associated with any package. 2. It isn't possible to switch assets between inventory. You can, however, add inventory manually or use POs/excel import for this. 3. Plus-minus contracting system for groups and sub-groups has been forwarded to our product team as a feature request. Our support team will reach out to you with feedback. If you can share details of your workflow (for 1 and 2) by setting up a call with one of our product specialist (option available on app dashboard), we can further clarify this for you.

Pros: As a school with lots of circulation I like the granular level of groupings and overall layout. Really, I haven't explored the entire operation enough to know all of the pros and cons but I am impressed so far. There's a lot to learn & help online and by phone have been a big advantage to other systems. The actual cost is reasonable too after reviewing competitors. Most importantly, to our need, are built in notification since most systems require you to use another service for this purpose.

Cons: It allows a staff level user but this isn't really ideal for checking in/out to a student population. You can however restrict access and I can't determine yet just how good or bad the experience will be having not used it for the year.

Overall: As the sole employee tracking and circulating 500 kits of equipment I am able to check in and track everything for a relatively inexpensive cost.

Pros: Easy to find most equipment once entered. Being able to search by item serial number or our assigned barcode ID makes find assets simple. Barcode scanner via the app is awesome

Cons: It seems a bit dated in its functionality at times. The custom reporting functions are very clunky and not real intuitive. You have know your search criteria exactly or you get nothing when you do the search. If I highlight some assets and try to do a report it should recognize this and not report on the entire database

Overall: I did test a few things at first, functionality, ease of use , time it takes to go through the motion of creating and adding assets. I found the initial process a little tedious however after you have groups in place and particular models it snowballs into what you want. I basically already had a .xlsx with said equipment and I just dumped the file into the inventory which made the process much more efficient. Keeping up is just a moments time and I have no complaints to think of yet. Perhaps an adjustment of the interface to make it a more modern to date look would appeal and add some simplicity to the design but that's not an issue to me, just an update in design that I personally would find appealing.

Recommendations to other buyers: keep the design up tp date and perhaps expand or allow customized reports based on all tabs including those that are created by user

Overall: EZOffice Inventory has been an excellent addition for our company. The current features and functionalities have been very beneficial in tracking all of our equipment and inventory. The customer support is outstanding - they are always listening to requests from their customers for new features, and the fact that they actually implement them is one of the many reasons why we have continued to use it. EZ Office has tons of features that you can use as well as options for modifying it to work better for your company, and they also are constantly upgrading, building new features, and enhancing the software to make it even better. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The mobile app is quick and easy to use. I can see how my office could improve our use of it, but that's not the fault of the software. Being able to transfer inventory from person to person in the field is great.

Cons: The reservation system could use a little overhaul. It could be easier to make and cancel reservations, but that's a minimal issue.

Overall: We were pretty easily able to adapt this software to our needs as a sample inventory system. We went from hoping our salesmen were responsible with our six figure sample inventory to being able to track it.

Comments: We enjoy using the EZ Office Inventory because it is very easy and user-friendly. There are a few options that we have trouble with, such as having to refresh the page a lot when selecting items for checkout or the pop-up page won't come up. I would also like to be able to select multiple items from different groups and throw them in a "cart" before I check them out so I can do so with all at once, rather than one by one. Overall, for the price of the service, it is a pretty good deal and it does the job!

Thanks for your feedback! Have you enabled the Cart feature? It does exactly what you need ie throw a bunch of items and then take action on them. And you can return to previous carts to see yours as well as company wide transactions.

Pros: I really enjoy working with the API and appreciate the fact that it is extremely ez to develop with. Great Job.

Cons: Like all business we pay a huge premium for services like this. Those costs add up and certain technologies get slashed.

Overall: The software helps me to manage, and interface with our event management software. This helps us track where inventory is at all givin times. I wish that this would be a little more intuitive for IT management. One example is: I have many workstations, that have many parts, alot of different software licenses, many different brands all installed at many different times.

Pros: Customized asset labels, Support, Cloud-hosting, intuitive smart importing (it allows you to match columns without having the correct column headers), public QR code scanning.

Cons: The website does not take advantage of larger monitors. I would like it to auto fit to the screen size, but instead the main portion of the page is centered on the screen and you are left to scroll left and right to see all of the content when instead it should all be shown on the larger screen without scrolling.

I also think that 2000 assets is quite a low number to offer with the pro level support.

Overall: I started testing with an open source product. I then switched to EZO. The interface at first didn't seem as intuitive as I'd like, but I warmed up to it. I eventually decided to go with this product because it offered things that the open source alternative did not, such as better support and code that was well-tested.

Overall: We have been using EZOfficeInventory for a year and a half now. The platform has greatly improved how we manage our equipment reservations and checkouts. Their support team has been excellent at responding to me quickly. The one thing that really sold me on renewing our annual contract was their willingness to implement feature requests for us. I asked for a way to make your search preferences default to a certain type of search, and it only took a few weeks for them to have the new feature implemented.

Pros: I love the scanning feature from my mobile device. It allows all of the consultants to easily check in and out the sets

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't show what you are searching for in the first page and you have to scroll through multiple blank pages before your item will show up.

Pros: By far the best thing is the calendar option. It shows you what is checked out, what is available, and what is reserved. This is incredibly helpful for users to look at the availability for checking out devices.

There's also an option for create "packages" or "bundles" - these two options basically allow you to link together multiple device/peripherals and check them out all at once instead of individually.

There are also abilities to get as specific as you like with grouping and filtering to see what's available when.

But by far the best feature is the calendaring option. I had searched for quite a while and couldn't find anything like it .

Cons: The import of excel sheets for mass check in and out is kind of annoying, but just a step you have to build into your workflow. So it's not to big of a deal. However, if this is going to be the route for the foreseeable future, I think using the excel sheets should be able to be used for creating packages too. This way we wont have to manually enter in each item in the package.

Pros: nearly everything about the software. The visuals. Intuitive nature of the formatting.

Cons: some features are glitchy. gallery photos should allow for quick 'check marks', like the list view. Would like to restrict the number of days that students can check items out. Currently, no global restriction on gear like that.

Overall: A wonderfully intuitive tracking system for all our camera, photography, video and audio gear. We runs over 500 assets and kits all trackable from the moment the student reserved the item. down to the employee who signed it out. Visuals help students to better understand what they need and aids the learning process. Clean, intuitive interface also helps with speed of self-teaching. A bug here or there, or user error (on my part) can be side-stepped hopefully. It's revolutionized our sign out process and given us a greater command of the equipment, saved on damage & loss and will soon allow us to barcode/QR code everything for greater detail. Can't recommend highly enough. CS is also helpful and quick to respond.

Pros: I really appreciate the integration with Zendesk as we are moving to Zendesk in the next month. This was a prime reason for using Zendesk/EZOfficeInventory (Zendesk integration). Mobile app is convenient. I'm sure we will find many other useful tools over the course of using this over the next few months.

Cons: When importing our assets, I'd like to be able to include who has which asset checked out instead of having to go through each asset and check them out individually. This takes a lot of time.

Overall: integration with Zendesk saves us time in looking through our spreadsheet to see which hardware our employees are using. This way we can provide solutions to their problems in a more timely fashion.

Pros: Real easy to use. Even my most technology inclined users can use this smoothly. Easy to maintain and administrate. Almost never need to call in support but if I do they help resolve everything.

Overall: Easy manage so I can use my time to be productive else where.
Can't say that I dislike anything here. All of my users who has access to this site never complains.

Pros: the search tool and batch upload sees to be my favorite features. I love being able to create my own categories .

Cons: That it will not connect to other applications and software. Like when I order from Apple it would be nice if my PO's or packing slips could be automatically uploaded.

Pros: Ease of use and visibility of other's use.

Cons: Reminders that equipment is due on it's due date, even though they've been checked in early.

Overall: EZO has helped us to maximize the use of our busy equipment by reserving with detailed notes on the equipment use parameters. Similar jobs are able to be queued together much more easily, creating new efficiencies.

Recommendations to other buyers: Organizing equipment before uploading it into the software is helpful.

Pros: Price vs number of members/number of assets

Cons: It is a bit complex for beginners. Lots a choices that are not obvious to the untrained.

Overall: The experience has been VERY GOOD. EZO's support (Jerry Qur in particular) was an effective way of solving problems and responding timely which was very helpful... and continuous to be after signing up, which we also consider this to be critical. Other companies may have a good software product but without the personal ctc, the thing does not work.
Also, EZO's schedule of cost vs number of members/number of asserts... permitted an economical way of managing the company's assets and this is an important factor for choosing your service over others: it offered the flexibility we needed. I will say that the personal attention given to customers like me, who are new to a system, is an important aspect in making a decision for trying out the software, which then leads to implementing it and signing up for the service.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep up with quick responses to question from customers. This to me was important. Remember that who ever is trying out a new software, often times is being asked by his/her boss to make sure this works for their company. Therefore, having quick answers from EZO's support is critical.

Pros: Very easy to upload Assets in bulk, which saves alot of time.

creating groups and reservations are also flawless.

Overall: more control over our assets and fewer items going missing/misplaced.

Overall: EZOfficeInventory has been a great help in tracking the location of our equipment and notifying us of when our equipment needs to be calibrated. This has vastly improved our calibration turn around time and helped us better serve our customers.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like the ability to break down costs such as calibration costs and shipping costs. Shipping costs have a tendency to fluctuate.

Pros: I like the abilities and functionality. I like that it is fast and that I can manipulate fields. It is a good system to start tracking inventory on and to get your internal process started.

Cons: I don't like that it seems to be not user friendly. Reports cannot be manipulated as much as I'd prefer.

Overall: We were able to start tracking our inventory efficiently. It was something that allowed us to organize a process around and allow multiple users to input data.

Pros: I like that the program is accessible from an Android or Apple Smart phone. I researched a lot of products and the mobile app was a big plus for us.

Pros: Customer support is very helpful and respond immediately. The software itself is very user friendly.

Cons: I have no complaints minus certain personal preferences. I wish there was a tax option in the PO system instead of having to make a tax line item.

Overall: Im able to make all of my purchases and track all of my assets and inventory in one setting. Im very pleased I chose this software. Not to mention they are considerably cheaper then most competitors, but yet offer the same and if not better options. Its like I helped design the software, because it everything I looked for in one.

Pros: It's very straightforward and super user-friendly! I also really like being able to create custom fields and custom reports, as they make it super simple to tailor the software to your company's needs. The work order feature is extremely helpful to streamline tasks and gauge productivity. Additionally, customer support is always quick to respond and answer any questions.

Cons: I don't like that you can't edit the quantity of a bundle when adding to your cart. Instead of adding five, ten, or twenty of a particular bundle at one time, you must add one quantity of the bundle to the cart over and over until you reach the desired quantity you need to checkout. It's just time consuming and not very practical.

Great piece of software. Takes asset organisation to next standards.

Pros: The ability to see key metrics at a glance. We are a Not-For-Profit organisation which loans out IT assets to volunteers on a daily basis. EZOfficeInventory allows see what asset is where at exactly when, or which assets are due for return.

Cons: Probably could do better with the organisation of the settings page. It is great that is it comprehensive but it's populated as a list on a single page. Can be confusing to set up for first time users.

Pros: We are a small cleaning company and we have been trying to go more paperless over the last year. I love the fact that we can sign our equipment in and out for maintenance and even if one of our cleaners wanted to take it home for the night. It helps us track those things much easier vs just word of mouth or with paper.

Cons: The price is a little higher than we would have like to spend, but worth it. It is pretty comparable to other software I looked at. Eventually, we will have to upgrade as we will have more locations and will need to transfer inventory to those locations.

Overall: The benefits are the ability to track our supplies and equipment, while also minimizing the paperwork involved.

Pros: ease of use and functionality.

Cons: Occasionally I will find a bug. However, I reach out to the EZOffice support team and the issue is generally resolved within 24hrs.

Overall: EZOffice has made my tooling and tracking job SO much easier! I can't wait for the release of new features that will make my workflow even better.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you don't have this in use for asset tracking you are using the wrong tool.

Pros: It fulfills most everything we need and the app is very easy to use. I like that all users have access and that you can 'check in' and 'check out' from the web and app

Cons: A few things that I can't figure out how to use but overall it's pretty user-friendly. I wish the label-making aspect was a little easier to use

Pros: That you can customize fields with different assets and inventory, the software is easy to use and available to multiple users.

Cons: The company was unable to customize a payment amount based on lesser items, and you are unable to print the groups or the list under the groups with all the asset information.

Pros: It's cloud base system that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
Creating inventory barcode and printing with in the application.

Pros: I like this software because it makes it easy for me to download calibrations in each of the assets. Keeping everything neat and organized.

Pros: Still getting used to it but so far I love how easy it is to set up. Everything is user friendly for the most part.

Cons: I don't understand the notifications about stock levels. We have threshold levels set at 0, low qty levels set at 1 and I'm getting alerts when the stock gets down to 2 on some items. I'm not understanding why. I will keep tweaking it and see if I can get it to correct.

Overall: It is solving our stock and asset location issues. It's much easier to use than our old spreadsheet system.

Pros: Software is streamlined to not include bells and whistles that I don't need and would have to pay extra for. The bar code scanning feature makes checkin and out a snap!

Cons: The only negative experience so far was that as the administrator, I received a separate email each time any activity occurred, resulting in over a hundred emails when employees were checking in gear. This was resolved via user settings however.

Overall: We're able to keep track of the whereabouts of all our assets and view upcoming usage to avoid conflicts when scheduling asset management. The interface is simple and intuitive, with just the right amount of features to be incredibly useful without overly complicated.

Pros: It is really streamlined, organized, and most importantly - easy for first time users.

Overall: Really easy and user intuitive! This has made my job about a hundred times easier, I can't believe more companies aren't incorporating this software.

Pros: Easy to Use (once Settings verified), Handles Simple Inventory very well. Needs more work on Adding Locations at Checkout stage, Checkout Dates & Times and Transfer Custody updates. EZO are supposedly working on this for us. Very grateful EZO gave us Time to get things right before we Subscribed.

Cons: Not too many (if any) as EZO have been very accommodating. Simple INs and Outs are a breeze.
Not sure how the other functions perform as our system is small (up to 1000 items) and all are engraved.

Overall: Excellent management of our 1000 or so Engraved Asset Items. Excellent Customer Service. A few things to work on with EZO

Pros: I like the fact that there are numerous features and I have the option to be as general or as granular as I need to be. I also like the fact that it's able to hold a lot of specific and tagged information, which will be very useful as our organization (and our inventory) grows.

Cons: I'm still trying to learn my way around the user interfeace. I think there are a few things I would like to be more accessible. I have also heard that you can customize it, so I will probably need to learn about that at some point.

Overall: I have been able to better organize the tools we have, and access that information across multiple devices.

Pros: Easy of use and cloud use! Switched from Wasp after not having the ability to monitor my inventory from a mobile device, (phone/tablet)

Cons: The Dashboard is pretty basic and could use an upgrade. Also the reporting is really basic. We need to run reports on a per user basis and can't seem to. I rated customer support so low because they offer to have someone call you but after emailing and calling no one ever returns the call or email. Would be nice if the "on-boarding" process was better and I was valued as a customer to get a phone or email link to set a demo for training.

Overall: EZ Inventory does what it says.
