I thought EZOfficeInventory was very helpful with my class and i had a great experience using it

Pros

I liked how it listed all the equipment they have and how many are in stock. Also who is using what item.

Cons

Just the functionality of the website and it’s layout. At first it was difficult to know how to view where things are

Overall I would recommend this software to other asset inventory managers.

Pros

Being able to track assets assigned to each employee in one place & quick reporting.

Cons

I feel that having more of a custom sizing of the screen layout could be beneficial.

Pros

It seems pretty intuitive. I think the layout is nice and pretty simple to understand. I don't use this program everyday but when I do use it, I can get in and do what I need and get out.

Cons

Going between tasks can be a little overwhelming but only if I am dealing with a large quantity of assets. I haven't had any other difficulties with the software.
