I tell people all the time that EZ should put me on their payroll as much as I praise & recommend their service! I have used EZ for a total of 4 years & have loved every part of it. It's incredibly user-friendly & retains any data you need to see at a glance between the comments section, custom fields & attachments. They have just enough levels of control that aren't overwhelming to incorporate but still maintains the levels of security that are needed. I am currently using it to organize/maintain a Samples Department where we have samples from all over the world with different specs. Each piece (some have multiple quantities & others are a single item) needs to be tracked with specific details maintained amongst 7 departments & 4 branches. Needless to say, this is an amazing tool to keep control & accountability for the assets. Their customer service is phenomenal! Every time I have a question they are quick to respond, thorough in their answer (including links) & have even implemented suggestions I had that helped with workflow. The definition of EZ is working smarter & not harder. Keep the outstanding work up EZ!! You make my job sooooooo much easier!

The only possible thing I can think of is having comments & attachments for the vendors but the Production Team is already working on that (see you in May :-)

Our overall experience is favorable as our company now has a platfrom where we can see all assets spread across multiple locations at any given time. Its also allowed us to have accountability for assets with a history of users that use each asset.

Pros

The software enables our company which has many different locations to manage all of our assets under one platform. Additionally, the ability to have multiple administrators allows each office to add users and assets as they please without relying on anyone else.

Cons

From a user profile I wish there were more options to search independent history of asset use or create a favorite assets list so checking out assets can be a quicker process.

Pricing and options to expand the user/asset profile as needed to fit our oraginization's needs.

Knowing where things are, who has them, and when we can expect to get them back has helped streamline our working experience throughout the office.

Pros

I like how customized we've been able to make EZOfficeInventory, it's allowed us to add various types of gear and assets to be tracked by our entire team. Having a good mobile app has been important to us also.

Cons

Sometimes the hierarchy of things, like menus or placement of assets takes some getting used to. Thankfully our admin has been able to implement lots of useful changes through EZOffice's customizable UI to streamline our workflow.

### "Awesome Product!"

Pros

We run three clinics and home based services so using this product helps us keep track of all our supplies and assessments. Before we started using this we had to rely on paper sign out sheets and that was such a hassle. I would recommend this product to any company that has staff that move around.

Cons

The upload is a bit involved at first but once you get used to it it is super easy!

We are starting to expand our use of EZOffice, and will look for help/training in doing so.

Pros

The feature that our company benefits most from is the "check in/check out" feature. With thousands of dollars in assets this software makes it easy to see what employee has what asset(s) in their possession.

Cons

The mobile software has a button that can be hit which logs people out immediately. A lot of our employees forget their user name and password which causes headaches.

### "EZ Office Inventory for Audio Equipment Management "

Pros

Very easy to add and organize assets that are part of our audio equipment inventory that we use at events. The barcode/labeling tools and notification email templates are also very helpful.

Cons

Our use case is slightly specific so we've had to create some workarounds to fit our process within the bounds of what EZ Office can currently do

Pros

Honestly everything: I love I can put my name in the search bar and all of the devices will show up that are under my name; or I can track a device if it is a specific room/event/place.

Cons

Perhaps some interface/ design improvement. I understand it works with the basics, but a lil bit of UX/UI design extra stuff wouldn’t be bad.They way I use the toll has not required me to ask for more! So far so good!

Pros

We use Asset and Inventory to keep track of employers assets ant IT stock value. Works pretty good. Like the label and scanning functionality.

Cons

A little messy GUI. Works ok but I am a little worried to let end users in.

Not a lot of \`how to work the site. It needs something that could possibly guide you around that place so that you understand what your looking at

### "Great Inventory System"

This is a great system. Unfortunately I have nothing to compare EZOfficeInventory as the system we used before was just a spreadsheet. EZOfficeInventory has change the way we manage all our IT equipment and now our Finance department is notified when equipment changes hands and knows exactly where everything is. I do have a few issues with the system but they are minor complains. You can only view 25 items at a time which makes things difficult as we have over 500 items entered into the system, you are really limited to the search function to look for things, although it does work well. When clicking on items in your inventory it opens to that page. I wish it opened in its own window because when you are making changes to that item, you have to click back several times. I also wish there was a way to separate the inventory completely so that certain categories can have their own separate asset number. Our Finance department expressed interest in using this system to inventory our vehicles, but I cant really do that as it would mix with our IT's asset numbers and I'd really like them separate. I've only contacted Customer Support one time but they were quick to respond and resolve my issue. If you are still using a spreadsheet to keep inventory I highly suggest trying out EZOfficeInventory as it is a great system to use.

Pros

It does what it is advertised to do, I like that there are alerts setup when changes are made, and I can easily pull up reports when needed.

Cons

I've expressed this in my review.

Good application that is dedicated to what it says in its advertising and the integration with Google Workspace and Zendesk is perfect.

Pros

is a very user-friendly software with a very intuitive interface that adapts to the particular needs of each user. The reporting module is very powerful to have metrics in real time.

Cons

At startup I had problems with the integration with Google Workspace, but I raised a ticket and it was solved soon after, the truth is that their support until the problem was not solved was always attentive to the progress of the problems and follow up.

### "Asset Tracking Made Easy"

Pros

EZOfficeInventory allows me to track everything regarding our supplies. Upon arrival of supplies, its inventory control features allowed our team to take into account every supply in hand, barcoding is also possible, serial code tracking, supplier management and many more features. EXOfficeInventory lets our team track all the supplies until their sold, which makes our task somewhat easier. With the 15 day free trial, we had a chance to see its features without any risk.

Cons

The monthly fee is a bit high, but given all its features and updates, pricing is justifiable.

All the pro's and con's basicaly sum it up. The only thing I'd add is that I'm looking forward to seeing how the software will track the history of asset owners (when computers get passed around from owner to owner throughout the years) - but this will take a couple of years to see if it works the way I'd hoped.

Pros

I started using the product to track assets within the company. We've tripled in size in the last 2 years and have a lot of hardware to keep track of in 3 different countries. I love being able to have an easy overview of all the assets we have, the how each asset's value has changed since purchasing.

Cons

We only use a fraction of what the lowest tiers offer, because we don't have a need for a lot of the 'inventory' features. So i do wish there was a lower-tier just for asset management - but it is what it is, obviously it wasn't a huge deal breaker.

Reason for choosing EZO

Could not find a nother with the asset management feature for the right price.

Pros

I like that the equipment is mobile friendly and easy to use outside of a computer. Being able to be mobile is great for the field workers.

Cons

Some functions do not seem to work the best like working with the cart system and the transferring of product from one user to another.

It's my first time using an inventory software and I love all the features and have all our equipment organize and with their labels.

Pros

The dashboard, and the check in and check out system its a most for me. And we have two storage location and we have both in or system.

Cons

It's a little bit tricky in the beginning, but with couple of days using, it's enough to dominate the software.
