They are prompt, polite and helpful. Cons The company is not very good at implementing improvement suggestions into the website. Also, you are not able to delete users that have left the company. You only get the option to disable the account. Along with a locked lab, we no longer have many devices that go "missing". Team has the mobile app installed and are forced to go through the checkout process before getting access. There is quite a variety of reports to run, was very easy to self-learn. I've only had to contact customer service a few times, and they are really awesome and responsive. Pros This software has a wide variety of inventory control features including barcoding, serial code tracking, and even has a webside APP, which is great for when we are offsite and for our remote locations. It is very easy to use, and in fact, with the free trial we were able to "try before we buy" . Cons There are no issues per say, though I will say that sometimes the appis a little loggy, but we do have a large inventory list to maintain, so not sure if that is the cause of it or not. It would be nice if when searching for the assets, it would bring up the closest spelling asset, sometimes I don't know how to spell a chemical correctly, but if it could autofill, that would help. Pros I love the easy of use for staff member to sign assets, and inventory in and out in quick fashion. The notification of assets and inventory taken with reminders of low stock quantitates. I also love the reservation application, making it functional for divisions that utilize equipment across the board to track and coordinate assets for projects. Cons At this time there seriously is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike. We went from doing our work on spreadsheets and keeping hand written documents for all assets, maintenance and tracking . It was a breeze to get set up and start. This system make it much easier by not having to keep multiple logs and paper trails for everything it does it all for you Pros Very easy to set up and get started. Very user friendly just about anyone can use this system and user app. Cons Not really any cons that I can think of because it is so easy. Logistics Manager Military Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Made the switch a breeze" October 15, 2019 5.0 The software we were using before the switch was incredibly complicated, and while they advertised being able to customize, it was very minimal. The software took too long to do anything, and there was so much back and forth between screens within the software. With EZOffice, I can edit pretty much anything from one single screen, I can do it in bulk also if I need to change a lot of items. Pros I love that while the user is able to completely customize it, the software itself is incredibly simple to use. The fact that you are allowed to create your own line items and adjust them as needed has been an amazing feature for me. Also, when I went to import our inventory from the software we had been using, I was really anticipating having to go in and adjust anything that didn't match up. But EZOffice was smart enough to realize this would probably be an issue, so when I imported, any field from the previous software that did not match a field in EZOffice was flagged, and I was given the opportunity to choose what I wanted that field to be named. Cons I have honestly had no bad experiences with EZOffice Switched from [Wasp Asset](https://www.capterra.com/p/80853/AssetCloud/) While Wasp works for some people, it was not the product we wanted or needed. However, the app is still incredibly useful in its functionality. Pros The main use of this software for me is inventory management, which is amazing for tracking and identifying what is in use. Cons Honestly, I want more settings to customize the software to each individual user. I myself find white light hard on the eyes, so maybe a dark mode. It's simple and that's exactly what I needed. Before using this software, a lot of my asset information was within spreadsheets, which wasn't very efficient and was difficult to manage, but that's all been rectified with EZOffice inventory. It also integrates very will with our ticketing system (Zendesk) Cons I wish there some more reports that could be ran.
