When I go to customer support or ask for help I always find what I am looking for easily. Cons As working as a residential program manager, checking documentation is essential. The last 8 years I’ve learned so much it’s always growing. Pros Therap is very easy to get around in. Easy access and very user friendly. If you would make a mistake you can go back in and correct the error. Nothing saves until you save it. Cons When Therap goes down and you are in the middle of documenting you lose everything and have to go back in and redo it.
