I love how easy it is to find what you are looking for. The updates that do are so useful and very beneficial to all.

Cons

I don’t feel there are any cons at the time currently. The support techs are amazing if something comes up they get right on fixing it or helping walk you through.

Love it. Would like it to not take you out of the search of data when you need to send an scomm. Would recommend.

Pros

Docing is easy and able to navigate throughout. Learning more things daily and at the conference especially with AI.

Cons

Downtimes during the peak times to do doc. When you send an scomm and it take you out of the search for data.

I like the face everything I need is in one spot. From documentation as well as MAR. Signing off on meds is important and easy

Cons

Pulling documentation reports. I would like to see a way we can set the shifts and pull reports per day and it shows if documentation has been done

Overall experience is good. I wish there was a push notification for when documentation was not started for a shift.

Pros

Therap is relatively easy to use and navigate. When I go to customer support or ask for help I always find what I am looking for easily.

Cons

As working as a residential program manager, checking documentation is essential. Checking documentation on Therap is a task and could be made much easier for managers to assure documentation was completed.

We have been using Therap for many years. The last 8 years I’ve learned so much it’s always growing.

Pros

Therap is very easy to get around in. Easy access and very user friendly. If you would make a mistake you can go back in and correct the error. Nothing saves until you save it.

Cons

When Therap goes down and you are in the middle of documenting you lose everything and have to go back in and redo it. Limited amount of characters when typing your documentation

Pros

Its easy to use makes documentation easy. It makes checking individual vitals for a few months as easy as just picking the dates. Great for when taking individuals to doctor appointments.

Cons

I personally wouldnt change anything to therap. It has everything I need to use for my job working in the nursing department.

I love Therap! Before Therap we were still hand writing documentation and QA was a lot more difficult.

Pros

The individual home page is great! It is a one stop shop to find everything you need. Makes it easier for staff to learn and navigate.

Cons

I don't like that you can't update users or other applications without changing info from the start of therap.

Overall it has been great to utilize for all services we are working with and our team has really enjoyed that the system is learnable and user friendly.

Pros

It is external user friendly and there is alway someone available to answer questions. There has been great interactions with all the questions we have had.

Cons

We don’t utilize everything and the glitches when the updating is happening. There have been issues with users being able to get back into the system without having to reset privileges

The experience and knowledge is amazing 👏 so much info and tweaks to make documentation better. Very help individuals and information

Cons

AI can be better. I personally know that AI loves to collect data but also make up fake things so i am on defense on AI due to AI making up things on live TV as well.
