It makes my life a lot easier with monthly distributions. I think that the interface could use some updates and I wish it were easier to customize. Pros This software saves me a lot of time each month with investor distributions and I like that it integrates with Quickbooks Cons It is hard to customize without contacting support and they then ask for additional money. It also feels somewhat dated in the functionality. For our small company it works very well. Pros I like the fact that you can enter the information into sherware and it puts it into Quickbooks. Cons I can't think of anything that has been a problem. Switched from [WolfPAC](https://www.capterra.com/p/178566/WolfPAC-Integrated-Risk-Management/) it was not so user friendly. i had used Sherware before and was familiar with it. This software simplifies all tasks greatly. Pros It integrates with Quickbooks. I like Quickbooks. Cons The setup was difficult. However it would have been difficult with any software. It was a huge learning curve for me, but a good one. It helped me to understand the way the software works. This program has cut back on the work we have to do each monthly run, and especially at the end of the year getting our 1099's prepared. My for sure preferred oil & gas software now! Pros Once you get setup and going, SherWare is extremely easy to use and has integrated perfectly with QuickBooks software. I love that we no longer have to input the same information into two separate programs. Cons My procrastination in getting it set up for use. The bugs in this software sharpen the learning curve quite a bit but once you figure out all its kinks it can take care of your oil and gas accounting. If the developers were to workout the bugs at a more rapid pace, I feel this can become a solid software. Pros \- Fairly Simple UI - Pretty Decent Owner Management - QB Integration - Bank/ACH functions built-in - Updates & bug fixes Cons \- EXTREMELY BUGGY - Have to be careful and very particular when typing/entering any information because of bugs. - Built in reports aren't always helpful. Custom reporting is EXTREMELY hard and back-end files are all over the place when building custom reports. - Export to excel is very poorly formatted - Huge learning curve because of all the bugs.
