Over all, very positive. The trainer and people at iCare with whom we worked with are patience, generous in helping and giving us their time. The partnership feels like a true win/win partnership with the goal of more efficient in serving patients while being compliant in all aspects of providing healthcare.

Pros

The functions and interface are very intuitive and easy to use. The system is portable through a webpage portal, and that makes a huge difference for providers who are on the road frequently, like myself.

Cons

Perhaps I don't know about the full capability, but if there are video training programs that our medical assistants and providers can view and see how to do things, this would be more helpful for new providers and users.

I loved that \[sensitive content hidden\] was very informative and tailored options to your liking. Set realistic goals and recommendation benefits for your practice.

Pros

Great explanation and customization to your needs. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful helping me understand this new system.

Cons

The interface needs some improvement to be able to navigate much easier but overall not bad. I would recommend less tabs and close to separate what you are looking for.
