Pros The functions and interface are very intuitive and easy to use. The system is portable through a webpage portal, and that makes a huge difference for providers who are on the road frequently, like myself. Cons Perhaps I don't know about the full capability, but if there are video training programs that our medical assistants and providers can view and see how to do things, this would be more helpful for new providers and users.
