Pros: The Connexall software just works, day in and day out! Knowing Connexall is extremely reliable makes me rest assured that patient care and staff satisfaction are not compromised.

Cons: Reporting is not where it needs to be right now but that is mainly due to our organization not taking advantage of the most recent version of Connexall.

Overall: Improves patient care and staff satisfaction!
