It keeps track of everything business related from customer purchases to orders you have recently done. Cons Obviously with it doing so much, it is also quite complicated to keep on top of and make sure you don't confuse your co-workers by changing details. This has helped both efficiency and accuracy. There are constant improvements being developed and the support is brilliant.
