I can competently set up and manage my own dashboards and moderately proficient with boolean queries, but still need assistance with intricacies with intricate string exclusion type boolean operators.

Pros

Very powerful tool. Ability to set real time dashboard monitoring is huge plus.

Cons

When examining the results of my query pull I would often find multiple items dealing with the same lack of relevancy that I would then press the button to exclude from the results, but it would only exclude that individual item, not the rest of them that are 99% similar.

I have not found a better social listening tool and \[sensitive content hidden\] (our contact) is so helpful and always willing to jump on a call which is major for our whole team.

Pros

The ability to snapshot multiple different queries at once and look at them individually and separately.

Cons

I wish I could mass change sentiment around a single word and look at different timeframes without having to open a new tab.

8.5/10. Slightly confusing at times simply because I do not use it yhat often, but the support team is always great.

Pros

The platform's ability to handle large volumes of data and generate detailed, actionable reports is invaluable for making data-driven decisions. The support and suggestions from Infegy representatives, such as optimizing Boolean queries and improving workspace setups helps a bunch as well.

Cons

The initial setup and learning curve can be steep, particularly for users who are not already familiar with social media analytics tools. While the platform offers extensive customization options, this can sometimes lead to a complex user experience that may be overwhelming for new users.
