Pros The flexibility to design your query for your unique use and change on the fly has been a fun aspect of Atlas. Being able to implement Aha moments in real time is a cool aspect of the technology. Cons So far, I have enjoyed using Infegy /Atlas and have little in the way of cons. I use Canvas most of the time. We love Infegy for its unsolicited consumer data. The data is not prompted; there are no guardrails to what consumers are expressing; Infegy data gives us what's resonating in their minds.Also, love their competitive template which is already established - just need to edit with your competitors. Cons Not very intuitive. Unless you are in the tool frequently, its hard to know where to start AND how to extract all the value the tool provides. That being said, they do have an excellent support staff who is always willing to jump on a call and help us craft and/or refine queries. Review Source JC Jose C. Pros Easy to use product. Very intuitive and has a very fast response. Cons Sometimes I feel like it brings randomized data or only has sufficient data on mentions spikes.I don't like the universe calculation of the amount of mentions. Better or more consistent filtering of this content could drastically cut down on my time needed to get a great sample set of customer/online comments. Despite the breadth of the platform, it's very intuitive, especially thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] and her helpful guidance. I also really like how simple it is to export the different graphs and tables to highlight key findings. Great tool and amazing customer service overall! Cons There are lots of avenues within Infegy to explore, which isn't necessarily a con, but a notable learning curve for beginners -- one that is definitely worthwhile though!
