Gives us a much better platform to submit accident reports as it checks your work as you go vs turning in the paper report and having supervisor review it.

Pros

That it looks just like the paper form that was supplied by the state.

Cons

Sometimes is quirky about logging in and transferring data from cad system.

Pros

This software has cut down on man hours to get people a copy of their reports. By using this software, an agency can upload all of their crash reports to the system and within a reasonable amount of time the data is available to involved parties, insurance companion and employers without them having to call and request the data, or agency staff having to take time to scan or print and send the data.

Cons

It can take some time once the agency uploads or sends the data to the company before it is available in their system for victims to obtain. It seems like it had taken a day or two to be available in some cases, causing the involved parties to want a copy sooner.

Reduction in time spent completing reports by officers.

Pros

It is much easier to correct errors in reports. I like that I'm able to track rejected reports and progress.

Cons

I don't think the online portal for administrator works as well as it could. I think they could do some work to improve the available reports that can be run and the appearance.
