Sphinx est facile à utiliser et fournit une large palette pour suivre les retours clients. Notamment le choix de période qui me sert beaucoup.

Cons

Sincèrement, je je ne vois pas d'inconvénients mais je peux dire que je n'utilise jamais "le nuage des mot"

C'est un logiciel qui permet un gain de temps

Pros

Ne pas être obligé de sélectionner les réponse une par une. Avec la fonction scanner, le logiciel reconnait (pas à 100%) les cases cochées et les enregistre dans le logiciel. Je n'ai qu'une vérification à faire..

Cons

On ne peut pas assez personnaliser les questionnaires, en terme de couleurs, émoji...

Idéal pour les questionnaires complexes qui nécessitent beaucoup de conditions et différents parcours selon les réponses

Cons

L'interface n'est pas aussi simple d'utilisation que d'autres logiciels.Il faut une certaine maîtrise pour l'utiliser à 100% de ses capacités.

It has a flexible and user-friendly interface, it can automatically translate the surveys which is the lovely feature I most like about it.

Cons

It is relatively expensive compared to competitors and also may need a strong internet connection for some functions.
