Pros This is an easy to use software for researcher in medical discipline. Personally I admire its ROC curves analyses that is easy to use but advanced. It provide options to compare ROC curves. Cons Because the target user of this software are non-statistician it does not have some advanced modeling techniques that are not common. Switched from [Stata](https://www.capterra.com/p/119880/Stata/) Stata is more powerful but it is complicated for typical medical researcher.
