My experience has been such, that I have never looked to another for service - Yola has been my "go-to" for 20 years, no complaints Pros Have been Yola customer since 2004 - the customer service has always been incredible. In the begining ease of use was exemplary, however lately it seems I am lacking the ability to manage my sights, and building new sites is a little harder than I wished. Yola has maintained a 100% uptime for my site and my store. Cons Currently, I would like a blog - does not exist. Cons Eventually the needs for my website grew beyond the scope of what Yola provides. I am needing to integrate custom code and a lot of API reporting. I have not used their new Sitebuilder because I prefer the Classic. Pros Excellent customer support. The value for the money is very high. I have used Sitebuilder Classic for all my websites. It is easy to use and great for social marketing. I'll use no other website builder. Cons Nothing to report. There is nothing to dislike about Yola. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. Lots of widget options. Drag and drop design. Some customizability Pros I use one of the lower packages, I believe bronze. It is well priced and can be used to make a professional website. There are lots of different widgets that can be easily dragged and dropped for ease of use. This is a great software for beginners and the price is good. You can manage multiple sites, domains, and custom email addresses all from the Yola platform. Cons The software is limited and lacks basic website features such as a footer in the lower priced packages. It can sometimes be slow and the file management system is a not the best I have used. I also find the photo editing feature is not great. I often edit images and even though it is saved with the changes, when I put it on my site it does not reflect the changes. There is no built in blog function which also makes it a lesser software compared to others such as Wix. Review Source CF Catol F. I started using the platform 15 years ago. Started out with the free version but now use the silver. I like the features and it’s easy to use. I have made multiple websites each with a different vibe. Pros I like the interface and attractive templates. Read below the overall experience. Trying not to repeat. Cons Really can not think of any. If I have run into an issue the support has helped work out the feature I was looking for. I have about 7 websites that run off it and I have never had an issue. I taught myself - lost a lot of my work but over time I found my groove. IN the last year or so they have upgraded the platform which is awesome! Any problems - I reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been there for awhile and she is really helpful. As a user - I need to be aware of what Yola provides and the upgrades. I believe in their efforts to make websites affordable. Most recently my needs have changed and I've had to go another route, but if the need should arise, I know that Yola will be top of the list once again. Pros That each plan offered more than one blank website. I also liked the integrations and the ability to use HTML and even CSS. Cons Most recently I chose the least expensive plan, and was disappointed to discover that it did not allow use of HTML or Google Verification and Tracking. I would recommend their services to anyone interested in serious website design and publishing. Pros The whole site works great when it comes to creation of the website. Everything can be done at speed and with great output results. I love it. You can do website after website and it just works. Regarding Hosting and using domains at different hosters, it works great as well. If there is a specific wish, such as pointing some domain at an external hoster to a website at yola, this is literally done within a few hours if not faster. I cannot think of anything to improve in this regard. The service quality is better than that of amazon when it was still excellent. Cons Not every TLD is available for purchase at yola. Pros I'm new to yola and site-building in general, so naturally I got a bit stuck with a couple of things in the first week. I got not only very prompt but also extremely effective assistance. Now everything is running exactly as I want to. I think it's very affordable too. They have different plan options to chose from depending on how serious and technical you want to get with. They also have awsome support! Pros Technical support help me many times when I was creating my website . They fixed the problem I had and explained how they did it so I can do it for another page on my site. Super fast reply to any of my inqueries! Cons There are some pretty advanced tools wich is good for people who are computer smart. There are also tutorials on their site to show you how to use those tools but I idn't have the time to learn all that. They also have good tech support and they performed many tasks for me. Pros I use Yola on a daily basis and find it intuitive and very easy to use for website building. The end results are excellent and the customer service second to none. They always answer quickly with help and solutions if I need it and go above and beyond to accommodate requests. I highly recommend them. Cons I realise this needs to be a well-rounded review, but I truly can't think of anything. I've used Yola for over 12 years and will continue to do so. The only thing I would love to see is t he ability to easily host a blog on the platform and for any links on the site to actually work when you're in preview mode in the back end. But they are very minor issues.
