I had a unique experience where I was able to leverage all the features and build a mini-course within a few days without needing a graphic designer or having to use other tools for gamification or interactions. I was able to find everything I needed to create a professional course in one place.

Pros

What I liked most is how easy it is to use all the features and access the assets that every instructional designer needs to build a professional learning experience.

Cons

The library needs more character ,templates and object assets to provide a wider variety of creative choices.

I have had a pleasant experience with iSpring Suite so far. Getting set up on the platform and integrating it into our tool stake has been smooth. My stakeholders like the quality of the courses that I have been able to create with iSpring.

Pros

I like the integration into and existing commonly used tool - Powerpoint. I like the interactivity features which help keep learners engaged. I like that it is also fairly easy to learn and use. The audio and video features also make the tool valuable. I can create good looking courses in a fairly short amount of time and overall, it provides good value for money.

Cons

I would like to see more interactive features- while #I find the current ones useful, I find that there could be more to represent different types of content. Also, there is a bit of rigidity with the interactive features - I can combine or edit other content into the features. More often than not, the features stand along on a page but I would like to integrate other components.

My overall experience with the iSpring Suite AI has been nothing short of exceptional. The platform consistently delivers high-quality results and offers a range of features that significantly enhance the learning and content-creation process. From its user-friendly interface to the advanced tools for creating engaging presentations and assessments, iSpring Suite AI has truly exceeded my expectations. The seamless integration of artificial intelligence into its functionalities has made the entire experience efficient and enjoyable.

Pros

iSpring Suite offers a range of innovative AI features designed to enhance the e-learning development process. These capabilities include automated content generation, which allows users to quickly create engaging courses by leveraging AI to suggest relevant topics and materials. Additionally, iSpring Suite includes intelligent multimedia tools that can analyze user preferences and recommend the most effective formats for delivering content. The platform also features AI-powered assessments that automatically adapt to learner performance, providing a personalized experience that can identify knowledge gaps and adjust questions accordingly. Furthermore, iSpring Suite offers advanced analytics, enabling educators to track learner progress and engagement through data-driven insights. Overall, these AI features significantly streamline the course creation and delivery process, making it easier for instructional designers and educators to create impactful learning experiences.

Cons

The iSpring Suite library lacks sufficient interactivity, making it less engaging for users. It could benefit from more dynamic elements, such as interactive quizzes, simulations, and gamified content, which would enhance the learning experience and encourage active participation. My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive. It is easy to learn and integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, making course creation fast and straightforward. The built-in tools for quizzes, interactive content, and screen recording help streamline the development process, even for users with limited technical expertise. While there are some limitations in advanced customization and the pricing may be a consideration for smaller teams, the platform is reliable, efficient, and delivers professional-quality e-learning content. Overall, it’s a great solution for creating engaging online training materials with minimal hassle.

Pros

I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. It integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, making it simple to turn existing presentations into interactive e-learning courses without needing advanced technical skills. The built-in quizzes, dialogue simulations, and content library save a lot of time, while the published courses work well across different devices. Overall, it streamlines the course creation process and helps produce professional-looking training materials efficiently.

Cons

The main downside is the pricing and the limited advanced customization options for more complex e-learning projects.

Switched from

[Articulate 360](https://www.capterra.com/p/156978/Articulate-360/)

The switch from Articulate to iSpring Suite was mainly due to ease of use and speed of development. iSpring integrates directly with PowerPoint, which made it much faster to create and update courses without a steep learning curve. It also felt more cost-effective for smaller teams, while still providing essential tools for quizzes, tracking, and publishing.

My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive, as it makes it easy to quickly turn PowerPoint content into engaging eLearning courses. It’s reliable, efficient, and covers most training needs, even if it has some limitations in advanced customization.

Pros

iSpring Suite stands out for its seamless PowerPoint integration, making course creation fast and intuitive even for non-technical users, while still offering a solid set of features like quizzes, dialogue simulations, and built-in video recording. It supports standard eLearning formats (SCORM/xAPI), works well with most LMS platforms, and provides an efficient all-in-one solution that helps teams produce training content quickly without needing multiple tools.

Cons

iSpring Suite can feel limiting when it comes to advanced interactivity, custom design, and highly complex learning experiences, as many features rely on predefined templates. Its video editor is relatively basic compared to specialized tools, and the pricing may be a barrier for smaller teams or freelancers. Additionally, its strong reliance on PowerPoint may not suit users looking for more flexible or standalone authoring environments.

Overall, this program is better than any others I have tried. I love the integrations, the AI features, and the overall easiness to use of the program. 10/10 would recommend to someone else.

Pros

Loved the integration with PowerPoint for course creation. Love how easy the platform is to navigate. The level and timeliness of support we receive from support agents help keep projects moving forward.

Cons

Wish there was a monthly pricing model, as we only offer training/do course creation for about 3-4 months out of the year so with it being an annual pricing model, it makes it a hard sell to continue with our subscription.

Hi Sydney! Thank you so much for sharing such a kind and detailed review. We really appreciate you taking the time. It’s wonderful to hear that the PowerPoint integration, ease of navigation, and AI features are making course creation smoother and helping you meet tight deadlines. And it truly means a lot to know that our support team has been there for you when it matters. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to them. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on pricing. We recognize that a monthly plan may better suit some teams, but the annual subscription allows us to provide ongoing updates, enhancements, and support throughout the year. My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been positive. I use it to transform instructional designs and storyboards into engaging learning experiences. Its familiar PowerPoint workflow helps me build and revise courses efficiently, while the assessment and simulation tools support realistic practice. Although I would welcome more creative control, it is a reliable and accessible authoring tool.

Pros

iSpring Suite makes it easy to turn PowerPoint content into polished, interactive eLearning. I especially like the built-in tools for quizzes, role-plays, dialogue simulations, and multimedia. It allows me to develop practical scenarios with learner decisions and feedback without needing advanced programming skills.

Cons

Some of the interactions and visual layouts have limited customization. Creating complex branching scenarios can also become time-consuming, and editing detailed role-plays is not always as flexible as I would like.
