My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been extremely positive. As a university instructor, I use it to develop eLearning modules that complement my classroom teaching and provide students with flexible, self-paced learning opportunities. One of its greatest strengths is its seamless integration with PowerPoint, which allows me to build interactive, professional-quality learning content without a steep learning curve. The platform has enabled me to incorporate quizzes, assessments, narration, and interactive elements into my courses, making complex topics more engaging and accessible for students. I have found it to be reliable, intuitive, and efficient, significantly reducing the time required to develop online learning materials while maintaining a high standard of instructional quality. Overall, iSpring Suite has become an important part of my teaching toolkit and has helped me create a more engaging and effective learning experience for my students.

Pros

What I appreciate most about iSpring Suite is how seamlessly it integrates with PowerPoint. As an instructor, I can transform existing lecture materials into interactive eLearning modules without needing specialized programming or instructional design expertise. The platform allows me to add quizzes, knowledge checks, voiceovers, simulations, and interactive elements that significantly enhance student engagement. For my Data Storytelling course, it enables me to combine visual explanations, examples, and assessments into a cohesive learning experience while maintaining a professional look and feel.

Cons

While iSpring Suite is highly effective for rapid eLearning development, some advanced customization options are more limited compared to dedicated enterprise-level authoring tools. However, this limitation is generally outweighed by the platform's ease of use and development speed.

Me and my team really enjoy using iSpring. We create content that is engaging and easy for users to digest in a scalable way with this tool.

Pros

iSpring is incredibly easy to use. The continuous rollout of new features to keep up with AI trends is very much appreciated. Customer support is unparalleled. I can always get answers to my questions as I need them during course creation.

Cons

Some of the features are hard to find and there are some nuances that aren't easily explained and you wouldn't know are options until you dig pretty deep into the available settings.

I've used it to develop onboarding programs, operational training, process training, and interactive learning experiences for franchise owners and employees. The built-in quizzes, interactions, and dialogue simulations make it easy to move beyond static content and create more engaging courses. Overall, I enjoy using iSpring Suite.

Pros

As an instructional designer, one of my biggest priorities is creating effective learning experiences while managing multiple projects and deadlines. iSpring has been instrumental in helping me do that. The reason I initially gravitated toward iSpring was its ease of use. Because it's integrated with PowerPoint, I didn't have to spend weeks learning a completely new platform. If you can build a PowerPoint presentation, you can begin creating eLearning courses in iSpring relatively quickly. What stands out most is how much time it saves. Instead of spending hours troubleshooting complicated development tools, I can focus on instructional design and learner outcomes. This has allowed me to develop and deploy training programs much faster while still maintaining quality and consistency.

Cons

Advanced customization options are somewhat limited compared to more complex authoring tools and some interactions could offer additional flexibility.

Pros

iSpring Suite is a simple-to-use tool that allows me to create striking, interactive courses in no time. The learning curve for iSpring Suite is extremely easy and fast.

There isn't much about iSpring Suite that I dislike. I would suggest perhaps adding a few more different options for creating Interactions.

Over-all it has been great; it took a little time to get used to it but once it is understood I can create exactly what I envisioned before starting a project.

Pros

interactive and creative elements that allow me to create scenes and pathways for specified training. we create trainings and end with a quiz of our style to really grasp the material covered in the learning module.

Cons

I appreciate there are different ways to complete the same task so figuring out which is most effective and efficient for myself took a little time to get used to.

great from sales through to onboarding and ongoing use. none of the US sales pressure we've come to dislike and a product that delivers what it promises: easy course generation

Pros

Building on Powerpoint so easy to learn and build SCORM compliant course material and pages gives you the same for more text heavy contents

Cons

Nothing really. The pages module could be built out a bit more as it has some really good use cases that dont fint into powerpoint that well.

It has been great in expanding and developing the online course for driver education courses for my company

Pros

Ispring has been my choice for online course development for the last 6 years. It's very easy to use, and it has a lot of useful conversion tools to make the course workable with most platforms.

Cons

They stopped offering the one-time lifetime license purchase option a couple of years ago. I wish they could bring it back.

I'm really glad we found iSpring Suite. It's made my job as a Learning & Development Director much easier because I can create realistic assessments that guarantee new hires understand the necessary material.

Pros

iSpring Suite has made it WAY easier for us to build detailed assessments that measure real-world job skills. We're an accounting company, so we need to make sure all of our accountants have the requisite skills to do great work for clients. The flexibility of iSpring Suite's system has enabled us to create assessment questions that mirror accounting journal entries, accounting platforms we use, and bank statements that our employees need to understand.

Cons

It operates as a PowerPoint plug-in rather than a standalone platform. That provides a ton of upside (operating within a tool admins already understand), but also some downside (like the fact that new updates we install sometimes trigger warnings for our IT team because they look malicious because they're coming through a plug-in).
