### "Easy, intuitive, user friendly; even for the novice designer!"

August 13, 2026

5.0

Since the day our team has received iSpring Suite 11, our eLearnings have vastly improved. We went from a screen with only text, to an online course that utilized interactions, animations, text-to-speech, and quizzes that improved our learners grades and retention. One of the biggest benefits has been the reporting feature that will send a user's grades directly to our email. With this option, we have been able to bypass the inconsistent scores from our LMS SCORM reader, and use the email to pull this information to a data report for our leadership.

Pros

I love how intuitive and user-friendly iSpring is, even for a novice Instructional Designer. This program provides many options to create incredible eLearnings for small to large companies.

Cons

I do not dislike much about iSpring. I would like to see more interaction options, such as flash cards, or something more complex like simulations. We are currently in need of ways to get our learner to perform a process in an online course that immediately grades their performance, then offers feedback and branches to a specific part of the course based on their scores. We are currently using the hotspot interaction, but would like to see a more complex option.

Too complex, less autonomy, more expensive, not easy to learn for a novice, and the newest version was very restricting.

### "Great Authoring Tool Works Seamlessly with our LMS"

May 20, 2026

5.0

Great. Seriously, wonderful. And I shopped around a lot for course authoring software. We tried so many and none were as turnkey as iSpring.

Pros

How quickly it integrated into our system. We needed something that would work on a very tight deadline and nothing else did.

Cons

I had a little trouble with the quiz feature at first but they helped me out. Also a little trouble with the role play feature, and making the scenes link.

Hi Luke, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear that iSpring Suite integrated quickly into your system and helped you meet a tight deadline when other tools couldn’t. It’s great to know it felt easy to get started with and worked well compared to the alternatives you tried. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the quiz and role-play features. We understand that getting everything set up smoothly at the beginning can take a bit of time, especially with more advanced functionality like scene linking. We’re glad our team was able to help you get through it, but if you ever run into any difficulties again, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@ispring.com. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We truly appreciate it!

### "Powerful E-Learning Authoring, Let Down by Reliability Issues"

August 20, 2026

3.0

Overall, iSpring Suite is a capable and efficient authoring tool that fits very well with a PowerPoint-based workflow. It makes it relatively quick to create professional e-learning content, and the presenter-video format is particularly useful for the way we deliver courses. However, repeated technical issues have reduced my confidence in the platform, and reliability remains the main area I would like to see improved.

Pros

The course player is one of iSpring Suite’s strongest features. I particularly like being able to display presenter video alongside traditional PowerPoint slides, as it creates a more engaging learning experience without losing the familiarity of PowerPoint. I still have not found another authoring tool that presents video and slide content together quite as effectively.

Cons

The main weakness is reliability. I have experienced recurring technical issues, including problems working with OneDrive and inconsistencies in how courses display or behave on mobile devices. These problems can be frustrating and time-consuming, particularly when maintaining a large catalogue of course content.

### "iSprin Suite - one stop shop"

September 3, 2026

This has been a game changer for my business in being able to offer a variety of online classes for students.

Pros

iSpring was the best option that allowed budget considerations, the ability to meet with a representative for support, simple and easy to use, and create courses.

Cons

I would love some of the features to be "apply to all" as I'm creating learning tracks and setting languages. Don't get me wrong, it's still an amazing product

### "iSpring supports my one-woman band operation"

September 3, 2026

4.0

I find it to be user-friendly and iSpring is very customer focused. I enrolled in a very economical fast course to work with their new training feature to create a scrollable course, and find the feature handy and the course was worth the time and money.

Pros

I like the ease of use--if you know how to use PowerPoint, it is an easy upskill to add iSpring. It produces SCORM packages with capabilities very similar to Captivate, without the messiness I encountered with Captivate (It required much more technical knowledge, and the new version was not backward compatible, so I lost the ability to edit all of my old courses). Their customer support is quick and helpful, and it provides great value for the money for my one-person training department.

Cons

I did have to hunt pretty diligently to track down a few errors I initially encountered (my company did not want to use the cloud creation option, so all module creation needs to live on my hard drive while creating it). I was able to ultimately resolve those errors.

### "Easy, Powerful E-Learning Creation with Great Value."

August 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, iSpring Suite offers good value for money. It’s easy to use, especially for anyone familiar with PowerPoint, and makes course creation quick and straightforward. I like the interactive learning, quizzes, and video creation tools, which help make courses more engaging. Customer support is helpful, and while community-building features are more limited, the platform is a strong choice for creating professional e-learning content efficiently.

Pros

The biggest advantage is its ease of use and seamless PowerPoint integration. It makes course creation quick and straightforward, while the interactive learning, quiz, and video tools help create engaging content without advanced technical skills. I also find the AI features useful for speeding up content development. Overall, it offers good value for money and helpful customer support.

Cons

The main downside is that some advanced course-creation and interactive learning features take time to master. The PowerPoint-based workflow is easy to use, but can feel limiting for highly customized content. I’d also like to see more community-building features and continued improvements to the AI and video tools. Overall, though, the value for money and ease of use make these minor drawbacks.

### "Still happy after 1.5 years!"

September 3, 2026

5.0

I started iSpring with absolutely no knowledge of this program. Over the past year, I have used at least 70 percent of the features and have achieved great results with my presentations.

Pros

iSPring has so many features to make interesting presentations. And the customer service is always efficient, kind and helpful.

Cons

Some of the training videos seem to be missing step(s). When I tried to learn from the videos, they were either outdated or just missing information. There have been times when I could not complete something until I called the support team, who are wonderful.

### "iSpring Revolutionised our Training"

August 19, 2026

5.0

iSpring has transformed our training content that we deliver to our student to world class standards. The interactive training material on iSpring Cloud has been an absolute game changer for our students and the South African Grain Milling academy

Pros

iSpring has assisted us to transform Technical Training into relatable content for our students. Course creation has become extremely captivating and time effective with the numerous prepopulated templates that is available. Course creating on the cloud with the interactive learning suite our programs as we can upload links to acts for student. Which will always stay relevant

Cons

I would love to be able to upload our own avatars to use in iSpring Suite. We have a very niche market of students that we train, and the PPE is crucial Food Safety and Security.

Saves me a lot of time, fully integrated with powerpoint, so there's no need to learn a new tool, it's a very efficient tool set

Pros

the integration with powerpoint, maing it easy to use. It also allows to use our existing content in order to make it available in our LMS

Cons

Nothing, it perfectly fits our need. Maybe only the fact that some features only seem to be avbailable with their LMS subscriptions, and not with the suite

### "iSpring Customer Support and Help Files"

October 8, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience with iSpring Suite 11 and iSpring Learn is VERY positive. They are constantly making improvements and have actually passed on some of my suggestions to their development team.

Pros

The ease of use as it ties into Power Point so easily. Customer Support has ALWAYS been quick, courteous and spot on. They are very patient, even if I have had to have them help me with a problem that they provided help in the past.

Cons

I wish that there was a printable pdf help file. The online only help is not easy to navigate and difficult to easily find the information I need. You cannot print the online help file due to the webpage setup. iSpring, PLEASE develop a downloadable pdf help file.

### "It's a good choice for instructional design. "

November 20, 2025

4.0

We have been using this for a couple of years now and previous versions of our training were through Authorware and Courselab. This gives us many additional options for our courses.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, especially if you are using a PowerPoint presentation to start your training. It has some nice features, such as characters and interactions. The best part is the text to speech, allowing you different voices and, in many cases, a nice audio option.

Cons

Adding speech to the slides is a bit outdated (PowerPoint), and I wish we had an updated way to allow more audio control by the user and not just to click on an image. It really needs a player.

### "Excellent tool for most of one´s needs"

November 18, 2025

5.0

Pros

very intuitive, easy to use, integration with PowerPoint, online suite. I like the tools the platform offer.

Cons

Not a day-by-day problem, but it hasn´t sophisticated tools, although the tools it has solve 99% of the problems. The least I like about it, sincerely, is that I keep dependency of the platform, as all I built in iSpring and publish in HTML5 formats, I depend on iSpring to keep updated, and I don´t know untill when I´ll have the license available.

Rodrigo, thank you - very inspiring that you've noticed the variety of the tools within iSpring Suite platform. That's what we love in the product and use internally ourselves. 14 quiz types, 2300+ course templates, 380+ illustrated characters and locations, AI course creator and much more. Although the tool is indeed very intuitive, we offer a personal account manager for every customer in order to help navigate and to shorten the onboarding curve. Regarding the published courses, we designed them specifically the way that they stay with you forever once created. You may keep and use them without updating the content; however, we’d be delighted to see you among our customers for years to come, as numerous monthly (!) product updates, attentive speedy tech support, and more, for a reasonable price, as you mention, are truly worth it.

### "My Go-To Tool for Creating Engaging eLearning Quickly"

June 4, 2026

5.0

I've used it to develop onboarding programs, operational training, process training, and interactive learning experiences for franchise owners and employees. The built-in quizzes, interactions, and dialogue simulations make it easy to move beyond static content and create more engaging courses. Overall, I enjoy using iSpring Suite.

Pros

As an instructional designer, one of my biggest priorities is creating effective learning experiences while managing multiple projects and deadlines. iSpring has been instrumental in helping me do that. The reason I initially gravitated toward iSpring was its ease of use. Because it's integrated with PowerPoint, I didn't have to spend weeks learning a completely new platform. If you can build a PowerPoint presentation, you can begin creating eLearning courses in iSpring relatively quickly. What stands out most is how much time it saves. Instead of spending hours troubleshooting complicated development tools, I can focus on instructional design and learner outcomes. This has allowed me to develop and deploy training programs much faster while still maintaining quality and consistency.

Cons

Advanced customization options are somewhat limited compared to more complex authoring tools and some interactions could offer additional flexibility.

### "Effortless Course Creation with Great Results"

February 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive. It’s a well‑designed, user‑friendly tool that makes e‑learning content creation surprisingly simple, even for someone without advanced technical skills. Since it works within PowerPoint, getting started feels very natural, and the workflow is smooth from building slides to publishing a complete course. The suite offers a great combination of tools—course creation, quizzes, interactions, video editing, and screen recording—all in one place. This makes it easy to develop engaging and interactive learning modules without needing multiple software programs. The interactive elements such as quizzes, role-play simulations, and dialogue scenarios add a professional touch and help keep learners engaged. Customer support has also been very reliable whenever I needed help. Their responses are quick, detailed, and easy to follow. Overall, iSpring Suite has helped streamline my training content development process and improved the quality of the learning materials I deliver. It’s a dependable, intuitive, and efficient tool for anyone involved in e‑learning creation.

Pros

iSpring Suite offers very strong value for money because it combines multiple e‑learning tools—PowerPoint conversion, quizzes, interactions, screen recording, and video editing—into one platform. This reduces the need for buying separate software and makes it cost‑effective for training and learning development teams. Course creation is extremely straightforward. Since it works directly inside PowerPoint, building courses feels natural and fast. The ready‑made templates, quiz question types, and interaction layouts help speed up development and allow even non‑technical users to create professional content. The interactive elements like quizzes, dialogue simulations, role‑plays, and branched scenarios help make courses more engaging for learners. These features make it easier to create training that feels dynamic rather than static slides. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the entire suite is to use. The interface is intuitive, well‑organized, and resembles Microsoft Office layouts, so there’s almost no learning curve. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. Their team usually replies quickly and provides step‑by‑step solutions, video guides, or documentation links that make troubleshooting very easy. The UI is clean, simple, and practical. Buttons and features are placed logically, and navigating between tools like QuizMaker, Cam Pro, and interactions is smooth and without clutter.

Cons

While iSpring Suite is very efficient overall, a few areas could still improve: Some advanced features—especially interaction customizations—could offer more flexibility for experienced designers. Large course projects sometimes take longer to publish or export. More modern visual themes and templates would make course design even faster.

### "In House Training Made Easy with iSpring"

February 23, 2026

5.0

I use iSpring Suite for creating professional-grade training materials and quizzes that align with our company brand. I appreciate the easy publishing in SCORM format and the customization options for color palettes and formatting, which enhance professionalism. However, some features are difficult to find, and the layout is not intuitive. Despite these issues, the initial setup was easy, and I would highly recommend it with a rating of 10 out of 10.

Pros

I love that I can easily publish using the SCORM format and upload to our LMS. I appreciate the customizations with the color palettes and formatting, which allow me to customize the training to our team and reflect our company's brand. It creates professional and effective training materials. I like that I can get creative when it comes to creating interactive modules. I would like to see more options become available in the future.

Cons

I think that some features and settings are hard to find and the organization is not always intuitive. I also wish I could scroll through the PowerPoint while in narration or editing quizzes for reference.

### "iSpring Suite: Easy, Reliable, and Highly Interactive"

February 18, 2026

5.0

y overall experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive. It is a user-friendly and reliable tool that makes course creation simple, especially for users familiar with PowerPoint. I found it easy to build interactive and engaging learning content using quizzes, simulations, and multimedia features. The interface is clean and well-organized, which helps save time during development. Publishing and exporting courses to LMS platforms is smooth and works well without technical issues. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, iSpring Suite is an excellent solution for creating professional eLearning

Pros

I really liked how iSpring Suite offers great value for money compared to other eLearning authoring tools. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners with limited technical skills. Course creation is quick and efficient, especially with the PowerPoint-based workflow that saves a lot of time. The interactive learning features like quizzes, simulations, and dialogue scenarios are highly engaging and effective. I also appreciated the clean and professional user interface, which makes designing content feel smooth and organized. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I needed guidance. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes creating high-quality training courses simple and enjoyable.

Cons

While iSpring Suite is very capable, I found that some advanced customization options are limited compared to more robust authoring tools. The design flexibility can feel somewhat restricted if you want highly unique or complex layouts. Occasionally, larger projects may slow down PowerPoint performance. The pricing can also feel a bit high for small teams or individual creators. Some features, like advanced interactions, require a bit of a learning curve to fully master. Additionally, collaboration options could be improved for teams working simultaneously on projects.

Cons

Reporting could be more robust. Ability to slice and dice the data would be fantastic!! Ability to send reminders when certifications need to be redone, etc.

Hi Andrea! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that iSpring Suite is helping your Sales and Warehouse teams learn interactively and efficiently. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding reporting and certification reminders. Those functions are typically part of an LMS rather than the authoring tool itself. If you’re looking for these capabilities, the iSpring LMS platform offers advanced reporting, automated notifications, and certification management, and it pairs perfectly with iSpring Suite for a complete training solution: https://www.ispring.com/. Thanks again for choosing iSpring and for being part of our community!

So easy to use and intuitive interface. Works very fast and provides all the functionality I need. I've been using iSpring for over 13 years.

Pros

Integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint. Creates courses using SCORM format, ideal for Moodle. Excellent for all aspects required for an LMS.

Cons

Pricing is always a challenge for me. Perhaps consider a pricing model based on levels of functionality.

### "I am an iSpring TalkMaster power user, and love it."

February 18, 2026

5.0

I have always been a happy power user of iSpring. Recently, for a problem completely my own, I had to reach out to their customer support. I found them hardworking and completely solved a problem that was totally unique to me. This mirrors the company as a whole, very hardworking and responsive.

Pros

I am a power user of iSpring's Talkmaster tool. It allows me to quickly create unique and powerful Short Sims that deliver experiential learning that fit into a traditional eLearning environment. It is fast to use, and allows me reuse content, which is a must.

Cons

In one update, the user buttons in iSpring's Talkmaster were set to extend the entire length of the screen, which cuts off valuable screen space for me. I hope they make that optional.

### "Awesome experience"

5.0

My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been highly satisfactory. It provides a reliable and efficient environment for developing interactive e-learning content, with strong PowerPoint integration and a wide range of features for quizzes, simulations, and multimedia learning.

Pros

I find iSPring very easy and intuitive to use.. I like that it has a lots of interactive tools and it is easy to combine with power point. And the best is the support team! Best support in the world! Whenever I had a problem they helped immediately! Also, the good thing is that iSpring is always improving and updating so the experience of using it is getting better and better with each update.

Cons

It would be great if there was a better narration for the Serbian language, also it would be nice to have captions for Serbian and for other languages. Also captions for interactivity slides and or quizzes in general would be highly appreciated.

Absolute value for the money! Any type of issue that I've ever had customer support was right there to work me through it.

Pros

The people are great and the product delivers easily. You don't have to learn a new skill. Create courses easily for interactive learning with online presence.

Cons

While I'm sure it is easier for them to manage, I don't really like the community method of improvement suggestions.

### "Save time with iSpring!"

December 1, 2025

4.0

Creating training that would normally take 8 hours can be done in half the time. I enjoy the tools that you can use to help learners engage. The content library has a wide variety of assets.

Pros

I love how easy it is to make interactive training that will hold learner's attention. There is a wide variety of assets to choose from to customize your training so that it is "real world" similar for learners.

Cons

I don't really like the "player". It is not very intuitive, also difficult to create a quiz and turn off the feedback. I ended up calling support.
