August 13, 2026 5.0 Since the day our team has received iSpring Suite 11, our eLearnings have vastly improved. We went from a screen with only text, to an online course that utilized interactions, animations, text-to-speech, and quizzes that improved our learners grades and retention. One of the biggest benefits has been the reporting feature that will send a user's grades directly to our email. With this option, we have been able to bypass the inconsistent scores from our LMS SCORM reader, and use the email to pull this information to a data report for our leadership. Pros I love how intuitive and user-friendly iSpring is, even for a novice Instructional Designer. This program provides many options to create incredible eLearnings for small to large companies. Cons I do not dislike much about iSpring. I would like to see more interaction options, such as flash cards, or something more complex like simulations. We are currently in need of ways to get our learner to perform a process in an online course that immediately grades their performance, then offers feedback and branches to a specific part of the course based on their scores. We are currently using the hotspot interaction, but would like to see a more complex option. I enrolled in a very economical fast course to work with their new training feature to create a scrollable course, and find the feature handy and the course was worth the time and money. Pros I like the ease of use--if you know how to use PowerPoint, it is an easy upskill to add iSpring. It produces SCORM packages with capabilities very similar to Captivate, without the messiness I encountered with Captivate (It required much more technical knowledge, and the new version was not backward compatible, so I lost the ability to edit all of my old courses). Their customer support is quick and helpful, and it provides great value for the money for my one-person training department. Cons I did have to hunt pretty diligently to track down a few errors I initially encountered (my company did not want to use the cloud creation option, so all module creation needs to live on my hard drive while creating it). I was able to ultimately resolve those errors. It makes it relatively quick to create professional e-learning content, and the presenter-video format is particularly useful for the way we deliver courses. However, repeated technical issues have reduced my confidence in the platform, and reliability remains the main area I would like to see improved. Pros The course player is one of iSpring Suite’s strongest features. I particularly like being able to display presenter video alongside traditional PowerPoint slides, as it creates a more engaging learning experience without losing the familiarity of PowerPoint. I still have not found another authoring tool that presents video and slide content together quite as effectively. Cons The main weakness is reliability. This is a close second and exceeds Litmos in the price arena. My business partner is new to all of this and she hit the road running and is rapidly grasping how the system works. It has taken us a month to build 7 quizzes and one complete training with a quiz. Yes, we could have knocked it out in a few days but alas we have newhire training and other responsibilities that preempt getting new up to date material completed. We have pitched their LMS to our upper management and albeit it is going to take some time to gain approval because while we embrace change not everyone does. For now, The ISpring Suite give us what we need to enhance the way we train. Support is phenomenal, yeah it may take a day for them to get back to you but they always have a solution or work around. Other companies take days to get back to you, I give HUGE kudos to all their support team. Pros The simplicity of the program and the power it harnesses. It is simply to use if you are familiar with powerpoint. The AI is put together well and all the features are well rounded so putting together a training doesn't take forever. The quiz builder is stellar. Cons Frankly there is not anything to dislike. Sure there are some features that would be nice but I have confidence they will continue to get better and better. There is an update every week or two so they are always working to make it better. Over the past year, I have used at least 70 percent of the features and have achieved great results with my presentations. Pros iSPring has so many features to make interesting presentations. And the customer service is always efficient, kind and helpful. Cons Some of the training videos seem to be missing step(s). When I tried to learn from the videos, they were either outdated or just missing information. The local build from PowerPoint slides produces a good result and I have just tried putting a Facilitator Guide through the iSpring AI cloud to produce the related training. I am impressed with the result. Of course, I want to edit it, add activities and reviews but it was a great start. Pros I had to produce training material really quickly and for that this software is perfect. It is easy to produce acceptable training material in a very short time. The customer support is very responsive and immediate. As I learnt more about the product my original perception of limitation changed. Because it is based in PowerPoint - and we all know the crimes that have been committed in that product - it took me awhile to explore the other tools. The text to voice library is great. I found a natural sounding Australian accent which is really important for my audience. Videos are easy to produce and edit just remember to save them as iSpring projects so you can edit them in subsequent releases. " November 20, 2025 4.0 The tool is fantastic. It's easy to use as it adds more options to a PowerPoint presentation. Quiz questions can be created in an excel template and loaded all at once. There are a lot of features I didn't use just because our content is simple, but the features I did use were great. My only complaint is the pricing, if you have limited users who don't access the content very long, you're paying for months of access which are never used. Pros Having it as a PowerPoint toolbar is very helpful as creating slides with animations already works. It's easy to add quiz questions and interactions. There is a lot of customization options for the player which runs the slide set within it. The interactions allow text wrapping around an images (while PowerPoint still doesn't). The help/tutorial documentation was also created well, emailing help with questions was responded to in a timely manner. Cons In one word, Price. We didn't like pricing where we are paying for 12 months for the maximum number of learners on our plan, even if we only needed to give individuals access for 4 months. December 1, 2025 4.0 Creating training that would normally take 8 hours can be done in half the time. I enjoy the tools that you can use to help learners engage. The content library has a wide variety of assets. Pros I love how easy it is to make interactive training that will hold learner's attention. There is a wide variety of assets to choose from to customize your training so that it is "real world" similar for learners. Cons I don't really like the "player".
