### "Great Authoring Tool Works Seamlessly with our LMS"

May 20, 2026

5.0

Great. Seriously, wonderful. And I shopped around a lot for course authoring software. We tried so many and none were as turnkey as iSpring.

Pros

How quickly it integrated into our system. We needed something that would work on a very tight deadline and nothing else did.

Cons

I had a little trouble with the quiz feature at first but they helped me out. Also a little trouble with the role play feature, and making the scenes link.

They removed the publisher conversion feature and went too heavy on AI support.

May 20, 2026

I like working with it. I love how attractive the end product is. We get lots of compliments on our courses.

Pros

Easy to use, keeping up with industry trends, integrated AI features. Creating an attractive product. Customer Support is very responsive. I love interactive learning features.

Cons

At times, there are glitches that are frustrating. But most of the time, due to their responsive support, they get fixed fairly quickly.

### "Strong Concept, Let Down by Reliability Issues"

February 19, 2026

3.0

Overall, has been a practical and efficient tool for building structured e-learning content, especially when working within a PowerPoint-based workflow. It enables relatively fast course production and produces reliable outputs that work well across devices. However, my experience has been mixed due to recurring technical issues that have affected stability and publishing. While the core concept of the product is strong, these disruptions and the time spent resolving them have impacted confidence when using it for larger or time-sensitive projects. In short, it is capable and convenient, but reliability and support responsiveness have shaped my experience as much as the feature set itself. I am actively looking for an alternative.

Pros

is intuitive and easy to use, even for non-technical course creators. It integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, which makes content development fast and familiar, while still allowing you to build professional, interactive e-learning modules. The quiz tools are strong too.

Cons

I have experienced repeated technical bugs and inconsistencies, particularly around project stability and publishing. These issues have at times disrupted workflow and required time-consuming troubleshooting. While support does respond, I have found the process slow and not always effective in resolving the root cause of the problems. In some cases, issues have reoccurred, which reduces confidence when working on larger or time-sensitive projects.

### "iSpring Suite is Sweet"

May 21, 2026

4.0

Suite has been the best course development tool for years; primarily due to it's large variety of embedded tools quiz types, integration, and SCORM. I've used their products for 17+ years and always highly recommend it.

Pros

Large variety of tools well-suited for building multiple levels of courseware. Interface is intuitive. Tools are well integrated and robust. Possibly the best quiz maker product on the market. Ability to create SCORM output. 24x7 tech support.

Cons

Expensive; price is high. Inability to purchase lifetime license. Recently, online documentation is outdate; tech writing team is frequently late providing current information; product released is not always in-sync with online help, also effecting the help desk.

from intitial meeting to green light, it has been an extremely smooth switch. \[sensitive content hidden\] (my Account Exec) explained everything well, and is always quick to respond

Pros

the cost was literally 1/4 of other options, as well as ease of setup. I was able to integrate directly into my current powerpoint presentations

### "10/10 Would Recommend!"

June 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, this program is better than any others I have tried. I love the integrations, the AI features, and the overall easiness to use of the program. 10/10 would recommend to someone else.

Pros

Loved the integration with PowerPoint for course creation. Love how easy the platform is to navigate. The level and timeliness of support we receive from support agents help keep projects moving forward.

Cons

Wish there was a monthly pricing model, as we only offer training/do course creation for about 3-4 months out of the year so with it being an annual pricing model, it makes it a hard sell to continue with our subscription.

### "Awesome advanced quiz-builder tool to create real-world assessments"

May 21, 2026

5.0

I'm really glad we found . It's made my job as a Learning & Development Director much easier because I can create realistic assessments that guarantee new hires understand the necessary material.

Pros

has made it WAY easier for us to build detailed assessments that measure real-world job skills. We're an accounting company, so we need to make sure all of our accountants have the requisite skills to do great work for clients. The flexibility of iSpring Suite's system has enabled us to create assessment questions that mirror accounting journal entries, accounting platforms we use, and bank statements that our employees need to understand.

Cons

It operates as a PowerPoint plug-in rather than a standalone platform. That provides a ton of upside (operating within a tool admins already understand), but also some downside (like the fact that new updates we install sometimes trigger warnings for our IT team because they look malicious because they're coming through a plug-in).

### "An Efficient and Powerful eLearning Solution for Higher Education"

June 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been extremely positive. As a university instructor, I use it to develop eLearning modules that complement my classroom teaching and provide students with flexible, self-paced learning opportunities. One of its greatest strengths is its seamless integration with PowerPoint, which allows me to build interactive, professional-quality learning content without a steep learning curve. The platform has enabled me to incorporate quizzes, assessments, narration, and interactive elements into my courses, making complex topics more engaging and accessible for students. I have found it to be reliable, intuitive, and efficient, significantly reducing the time required to develop online learning materials while maintaining a high standard of instructional quality. Overall, iSpring Suite has become an important part of my teaching toolkit and has helped me create a more engaging and effective learning experience for my students.

Pros

What I appreciate most about is how seamlessly it integrates with PowerPoint. As an instructor, I can transform existing lecture materials into interactive eLearning modules without needing specialized programming or instructional design expertise. The platform allows me to add quizzes, knowledge checks, voiceovers, simulations, and interactive elements that significantly enhance student engagement. For my Data Storytelling course, it enables me to combine visual explanations, examples, and assessments into a cohesive learning experience while maintaining a professional look and feel.

Cons

While is highly effective for rapid eLearning development, some advanced customization options are more limited compared to dedicated enterprise-level authoring tools. However, this limitation is generally outweighed by the platform's ease of use and development speed.

### "My Go-To Tool for Creating Engaging eLearning Quickly"

June 4, 2026

5.0

I've used it to develop onboarding programs, operational training, process training, and interactive learning experiences for franchise owners and employees. The built-in quizzes, interactions, and dialogue simulations make it easy to move beyond static content and create more engaging courses. Overall, I enjoy using .

Pros

As an instructional designer, one of my biggest priorities is creating effective learning experiences while managing multiple projects and deadlines. iSpring has been instrumental in helping me do that. The reason I initially gravitated toward iSpring was its ease of use. Because it's integrated with PowerPoint, I didn't have to spend weeks learning a completely new platform. If you can build a PowerPoint presentation, you can begin creating eLearning courses in iSpring relatively quickly. What stands out most is how much time it saves. Instead of spending hours troubleshooting complicated development tools, I can focus on instructional design and learner outcomes. This has allowed me to develop and deploy training programs much faster while still maintaining quality and consistency.

Cons

Advanced customization options are somewhat limited compared to more complex authoring tools and some interactions could offer additional flexibility.

### "Good Platform"

It's been very positive. You do have to be proficient in PowerPoint first. The new AI image generation is a game changer since they don't have a large amount of stock images for my industry. I'm pleased with the images as compared to Grok or Copilot.

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to use. It lets you create courses that range from very simple to highly complex, depending on what you need. It also includes a solid variety of test questions, which makes it easier to assess learners in different ways.

Cons

I wish they had a wider variety of background images and characters for my industry. I haven't found the general AI assistant very useful.

### "iSpring Suite is the authoring tool of choice"

November 25, 2025

5.0

greatly assisted our team in creating a variety of training materials. It significantly saved us time and effort, leading to a highly positive experience. The user-friendly features of the software contributed to its effectiveness, making the development process much more efficient.

Pros

I find incredibly valuable for creating training content and designing courses. The suite has significantly contributed to developing engaging courses through interactive role plays, simulations, and quizzes. I particularly appreciate the content library, which includes a diverse collection of characters, icons, and backgrounds that greatly enhance my creativity and allow for effective visual content development. This resource is not only versatile but also facilitates the creation of engaging and interactive materials, especially in the healthcare sector, by enabling the development of scenarios relevant to patient services. Additionally, I am impressed by the comprehensive array of tools and resources iSpring Suite offers, empowering teams to create high-quality, cutting-edge training materials. The design of the software is sleek and user-friendly, making it remarkably easy to navigate and use even for those who might not be tech-savvy. This combination of features makes iSpring Suite an outstanding choice for developing advanced training experiences

Cons

I find that could be improved by assisting more with the development of animated and illustrative scenarios. Currently, it lacks in providing rich visuals, dynamic movements, and character-driven narratives that could better capture attention and convey complex concepts in a visually engaging manner. Improving in these areas would enhance understanding and retention, offering a more immersive experience for the audience.

### "I use iSpring. It's OK!"

February 11, 2026

4.0

Pros

iSpring Tech Support Specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], was extremely responsive and followed up with me when I missed an email. His speed, patience and accuracy is actually why I'm writing this review! iSpring's narration features are some of the best I've worked with, and the UI is clean and largely easy to use, especially for the quizzes and interactive learning tools. Course creation is a snap compared to other tools like Adobe Captivate.

Cons

Their AI Assistant is laughably bad, as it often gave instructions for phased out features, even after specifying only to search through documentation for Suite 11. It was frustrating to waste so much time on it when an email to their support team solved my issue in minutes. There is room for improvement for the tool itself, such as being able to specify where to put line breaks for subtitles and have it carry over to the export (I wasted a lot of time trying to troubleshoot why the subtitles were exporting on a single line). The Slide Properties window is also one of the less intuitive interfaces iSpring has. Ultimately, the cost seems to be high for a PowerPoint plugin but is competitive for the other instructional design options on the market (or lack thereof).

### "It's a good choice for instructional design. "

November 20, 2025

4.0

We have been using this for a couple of years now and previous versions of our training were through Authorware and Courselab. This gives us many additional options for our courses.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, especially if you are using a PowerPoint presentation to start your training. It has some nice features, such as characters and interactions. The best part is the text to speech, allowing you different voices and, in many cases, a nice audio option.

Cons

Adding speech to the slides is a bit outdated (PowerPoint), and I wish we had an updated way to allow more audio control by the user and not just to click on an image. It really needs a player.

### "iSpring Suite Review"

May 6, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with is excellent! This product is extremely intuitive and when using iSpringCloud with a team of developers, it really helps to streamline the workflow for everyone involved from the SME's to the development team and ultimately our end users.

Pros

I like the integration with PowerPoint. I also like the modern UI for the admins as well as the end users. The ease of publishing is excellent. I enjoy the fact that I no longer have to "round-trip" between two applications as part of my workflow.

Cons

The only con I have experienced is while working in QuizMaker, you are unable to return to PowerPoint without exiting QuizMaker. We often receive PowerPoint files from SME's containing the quiz text inside of a slide. This makes copying/pasting from the PowerPoint to QuizMaker a little more challenging.

Jay, thank you for your thoughtful review of iSpring Suite! We are delighted to hear your feedback about the publishing efficiency and the overall intuitive nature of the product. This is encouraging to us. Regarding your concern about returning to PowerPoint while using QuizMaker, we understand how this can present challenges, especially when working with quiz content embedded in PowerPoint slides. Unfortunately, due to the design of the software, it is not possible to switch back to PowerPoint until QuizMaker is closed. The most effective workaround for this situation is to launch QuizMaker independently from your computer's search bar, rather than from within PowerPoint. This allows you to create quizzes separately and then add them to your presentations as needed. We appreciate your insights and are constantly looking for ways to improve our tools to better fit your workflow. We look forward to supporting your development efforts further!

### "Effortless Course Creation with Great Results"

February 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s a well‑designed, user‑friendly tool that makes e‑learning content creation surprisingly simple, even for someone without advanced technical skills. Since it works within PowerPoint, getting started feels very natural, and the workflow is smooth from building slides to publishing a complete course. The suite offers a great combination of tools—course creation, quizzes, interactions, video editing, and screen recording—all in one place. This makes it easy to develop engaging and interactive learning modules without needing multiple software programs. The interactive elements such as quizzes, role-play simulations, and dialogue scenarios add a professional touch and help keep learners engaged. Customer support has also been very reliable whenever I needed help. Their responses are quick, detailed, and easy to follow. Overall, iSpring Suite has helped streamline my training content development process and improved the quality of the learning materials I deliver. It’s a dependable, intuitive, and efficient tool for anyone involved in e‑learning creation.

Pros

offers very strong value for money because it combines multiple e‑learning tools—PowerPoint conversion, quizzes, interactions, screen recording, and video editing—into one platform. This reduces the need for buying separate software and makes it cost‑effective for training and learning development teams. Course creation is extremely straightforward. Since it works directly inside PowerPoint, building courses feels natural and fast. The ready‑made templates, quiz question types, and interaction layouts help speed up development and allow even non‑technical users to create professional content. The interactive elements like quizzes, dialogue simulations, role‑plays, and branched scenarios help make courses more engaging for learners. These features make it easier to create training that feels dynamic rather than static slides. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the entire suite is to use. The interface is intuitive, well‑organized, and resembles Microsoft Office layouts, so there’s almost no learning curve. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. Their team usually replies quickly and provides step‑by‑step solutions, video guides, or documentation links that make troubleshooting very easy. The UI is clean, simple, and practical. Buttons and features are placed logically, and navigating between tools like QuizMaker, Cam Pro, and interactions is smooth and without clutter.

Cons

While is very efficient overall, a few areas could still improve: Some advanced features—especially interaction customizations—could offer more flexibility for experienced designers. Large course projects sometimes take longer to publish or export. More modern visual themes and templates would make course design even faster.

### "A Practical Tool That Simply Gets the Job Done"

February 18, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It strikes a strong balance between ease of use and professional output. For most corporate training projects, it enables me to create interactive, well-structured courses efficiently—without getting overwhelmed by technical complexity.

Pros

What I liked most about is how practical and straightforward it is. As someone working in training and development, I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with PowerPoint—it allows me to design professional, interactive courses without needing complex technical skills. The quiz features, dialogue simulations, and screen recording tools are especially useful for creating engaging content quickly. It saves time, keeps the learning experience interactive, and helps me focus more on instructional design rather than struggling with the tool itself.

Cons

What I liked least about —if I had to choose something—is that it can feel a bit limited when it comes to advanced customization. While it’s incredibly practical and easy to use, I sometimes wish there were more flexibility in design options, animations, and building more complex interactive scenarios beyond the PowerPoint structure. For very sophisticated projects, which can require a few workarounds. That said, for most training needs, it remains a very efficient and reliable tool.

### "ISpring the building block for online content"

February 26, 2026

5.0

I have used iSpring for around 15 years and have seen it grow as a product and it is holding up well in this changing eLearning field. I use a number of eLearning products to produce learning content but iSpring is still the main product we use.

Pros

The integration with PowerPoint has been vital for most of our online materials with easy publishing to Canvas LMS allowing delivery of materials to many countries. The additional of iSpring cloud has been a great addition to the delivery options.

Cons

For some people PC only creation can be an issue for MAC users. Although iSpring Cloud has helped to address this issue. Some of the interactions are begining to look a little dated and I look forward to additional AI functions being included.

### "Effortless E-Learning and Compliance Document Creation"

February 23, 2026

5.0

I use for authoring E learning modules and compliance documents. I really appreciate the ability to use the software within Microsoft PowerPoint, which allows me to stay in one platform to create everything from slides to voiceover, quizzes, and more. Also, the integration within PowerPoint is great because it makes it easy to build new training from scratch, and the ease with which I can publish SCORM files to be used in our LMS system is a huge plus. With a single click, I can export from PowerPoint in different formats to upload to our LMS so end users can access the training. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and using the online version for embedding PDFs into SCORM files is working like a dream.

Pros

I use for authoring e-learning modules and compliance documents. The integration with PowerPoint is excellent, letting me quickly create and publish SCORM files. The voiceover and text-to-voice interface could be more user-friendly, though. Initial setup was easy, and I recommend it highly, rating it 5 stars. Whenever I've needed to reach out to customer support, their response time has been quick and they have been able to resolve my issues fully and understand what may be causing the issues in the first place which allows me to resolve my own issues, saving me time in the future. Being able to create interactive and engaging learning courses for my end users has increased our uptake in course completion dramatically and our feedback has been wonderful from our frontline staff and supervisors.

Cons

When it comes to creating voiceover or text to voice within the PowerPoint extension, I wish that the interface was a little more user-friendly and modernized. Understanding which voices to select for certain character counts and how to generate captions could be a more user-friendly experience.

### "I am an iSpring TalkMaster power user, and love it."

February 18, 2026

5.0

I have always been a happy power user of iSpring. Recently, for a problem completely my own, I had to reach out to their customer support. I found them hardworking and completely solved a problem that was totally unique to me. This mirrors the company as a whole, very hardworking and responsive.

Pros

I am a power user of iSpring's Talkmaster tool. It allows me to quickly create unique and powerful Short Sims that deliver experiential learning that fit into a traditional eLearning environment. It is fast to use, and allows me reuse content, which is a must.

Cons

In one update, the user buttons in iSpring's Talkmaster were set to extend the entire length of the screen, which cuts off valuable screen space for me. I hope they make that optional.

Absolute value for the money! Any type of issue that I've ever had customer support was right there to work me through it.

Pros

The people are great and the product delivers easily. You don't have to learn a new skill. Create courses easily for interactive learning with online presence.

Cons

While I'm sure it is easier for them to manage, I don't really like the community method of improvement suggestions.

### "Powerful and User-Friendly eLearning Authoring Tool"

June 24, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive. offers a smooth learning curve and delivers professional results. It's especially well-suited for those familiar with PowerPoint, making it easy to build engaging and responsive courses quickly. One major highlight has been their exceptional customer support. Both the support team and our account manager were always available whenever we needed assistance — fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also worth mentioning: the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. For the range of features, ease of use, and dedicated support, iSpring offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for individuals and teams looking for a reliable and efficient eLearning solution.

Pros

What stands out most is ’s seamless integration with PowerPoint. It allows you to turn existing presentations into interactive eLearning content with minimal effort. The built-in tools for quizzes, dialogue simulations, and screen recordings are intuitive and make course creation fast and efficient. I also appreciated the variety of templates and content libraries, which help speed up design without sacrificing quality.

Cons

While the suite is quite comprehensive, its video editing features are somewhat basic compared to dedicated video editing tools. Some very advanced users may wish for deeper customization or animation controls. That said, these are minor limitations considering the overall value.

### "CEO and Founder "

December 22, 2025

5.0

The overall experience was intuitive and user friendly. I was able to create professional looking e learning content without needing any prior training or additional courses, which made the entire process efficient and seamless.

Pros

• iSpring Cloud is extremely easy to use, even when building complete courses from scratch. • I can create content, images, quizzes, and assessments all in one place without relying on multiple tools. • The end to end workflow allows me to design, build, and finalize a full course without any external platform integrations. • The built in content creation features save significant time and reduce technical friction. • The flexibility to export the final course as a SCORM file and seamlessly upload it into an LMS is a major advantage. • Overall, iSpring Cloud offers a streamlined, all-in-one solution that supports both instructional design and efficient deployment.

Cons

I do wish iSpring Cloud had a built in capability to rate courses and issue verifiable certificates. A feature that allows learners to receive a certification upon completion and showcase it directly on LinkedIn would significantly enhance learner motivation, credibility, and course visibility. This would be especially valuable for professional learning and continuing education use cases, where validation and recognition matter just as much as content quality.
