The Quiz Maker is a great tool for setting online exams. I had a small problem with the quiz results feedback which I did not want and I chatted with Support Tech Kasey and she was able to resolve the situation in a few minutes. Great support. Pros I use it mostly with Powerpoint. It is great for transforming my course animations into HTML5 that I can post into web pages accessible for students Cons The manage Narration could be improved if the powerpoint could be in presentation mode at the same time. Since that is not the case, I have to quit the narration and go back to the presentation mode to see the order of the animation. That would also be helpful is the order of the animation could be changed in the Narration module. This way I would not need to go back and forth. It doesn't matter if you know very little about webpages or writing HTML, iSpring will publish your lesson with a single click of a button. Cons In my experience, there are some instances or combinations of PowerPoint animations or sounds that do not translate well into HTML5 or the other formats. Außerdem bieten die Interaktionen, Quiz etc. viele Möglichkeiten an, die in Verbindung der bereits vorhandenen Powerpoint Funktionen eine sehr kreative Gestaltung verschiedenster Ideen für die E-Trainings zulassen. Die ausführlichen Youtube Videos zu den einzelnen Funktionen helfen dabei ebenfalls, selbst auf neue Ideen zu kommen, wie etwas dargestellt werden kann. Cons Im Allgemeinen wäre es toll, wenn es mehr individuelle Einstellungsmöglichkeiten gäbe und das nicht nur für den gesamten Player, sondern auch für einzelne Folien. Zum Beispiel, dass die "Weiter" und "Zurück" Buttons je nach Folie und nicht nur Gesamt umbenannt werden könnten, um Folienverknüpfungen auch dort darzustellen. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn die sehr übersichtliche Darstellung der Talk Master Landkarte auch ohne die Verwendung von Dialogsimulationen für Folienverknüpfungen gestaltet werden könnte. My file crashed and CSR actually had me send him the file which he disassembled, repaired and sent back in working order. He also took the time to explain to me what had created the problem and gave me some tools to eliminate the problem in the future. Pros The ability to recreate an actual classroom experience online. The wide range of features making a truly interactive experience for the student. Cons The newest version does not allow videos to be start automatically which is probably not an issue for most applications, however, for my purposes it interrupts the flow of the lesson. Reason for choosing iSpring Suite Moodle has many great features that are also found in iSpring, however, for he type of program we are developing iSpring creates a more visual engaging experience. The system allows us to do that. We now have interest from outside our region. Pros We are able to to use our previously developed PowerPoint slide decks and redevelop them for online use. The software is easy to use and because it comes through PowerPoint, it means we can reduce redevelopment time. Time is important as we are an amateur not for profit organisation. Cons Very little. That said, I have led e-learning teams as CLO for years and explored and purchased various products. By far, iSpring is the most overall exceptional product I have encountered. Pros 10 provides simple authoring with powerful tools to create different programs. What impresses me most is their level of service. I was stuck on a Sunday, and received help within 2 hours. Every 6 months they check in, without pressure of upselling. They communicate important information as well as helpful hints regularly and continue to add features to the product. The software is very intuitive and easy to figure out; support is quick when I needed it. I highly recommend it. Pros This software works great for turning a powerpoint presentation into a SCORM course. The quiz editor and the ability to change the course layout (template) are great. It does a lot of other things too, but SCORM is where I focused. iSpring offers good value for the money, even though there is so much of the product that I don't use. Cons It took a few minutes to find the right spot to enter my new license key. Everything else worked right and very intuitively. The ability to create and upload creative, engaging content to help raise their knowledge level has helped our Bank provide better service for issues and increase sales of our own Digital Solutions. Pros The seamless integration with PowerPoint makes creating content very easy. The Quizzes and Interactions are easy to create and make eLearning much more engaging for the Users. Cons There are occasional bugs that cause PowerPoint to crash, citing the iSpring plug-in as the issue. iSpring support has been very responsive and typically provides regular updates to rectify these intermittent issues. Currently, as I can't identify the audio by what I've labelled them, I have to reedit the audio all over again in iSpring. Cons I would love to see video interactivity as in H5P. We would also like to see the ability for the user to record themselves (in video and/or audio) and attach the recording to be reviewed by the instructor.
