### "A Practical Tool That Simply Gets the Job Done"

February 18, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive. It strikes a strong balance between ease of use and professional output. For most corporate training projects, it enables me to create interactive, well-structured courses efficiently—without getting overwhelmed by technical complexity.

Pros

What I liked most about iSpring Suite is how practical and straightforward it is. As someone working in training and development, I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with PowerPoint—it allows me to design professional, interactive courses without needing complex technical skills. The quiz features, dialogue simulations, and screen recording tools are especially useful for creating engaging content quickly. It saves time, keeps the learning experience interactive, and helps me focus more on instructional design rather than struggling with the tool itself.

Cons

What I liked least about iSpring Suite—if I had to choose something—is that it can feel a bit limited when it comes to advanced customization. While it’s incredibly practical and easy to use, I sometimes wish there were more flexibility in design options, animations, and building more complex interactive scenarios beyond the PowerPoint structure. For very sophisticated projects, which can require a few workarounds. That said, for most training needs, it remains a very efficient and reliable tool.

Hi Ashraf, Thanks for the thoughtful review! It's awesome to hear that iSpring Suite feels so natural with PowerPoint, letting you quickly create quizzes, simulations, and recordings without any tech headaches. We truly value your feedback regarding the need for more advanced customization options in complex projects. Could you share specific examples of design options, animations, or interaction types where you'd like more flexibility? Additionally, what advanced scenarios feel constrained by the current PowerPoint structure? Thanks again for choosing iSpring Suite and for sharing your experience. We’re happy to be a reliable part of your training toolkit!

### "Making my existing skills even better - a complete platform to create content"

March 5, 2026

5.0

I've been using iSpring for 4 to 5 years I think (maybe more?) It's a must-have on my compter for any learning and development work. I even use it for in-person presentation design because I have the flexibilty to make those presetnations more engaging.

Pros

iSpring has been one of my go-to tools for creating engaging online courses and content. The different ways that I can use my existing PowerPoint skills was what originally made me look at iSpring, and then I discovered just how much more it could do. I like the way that it fits into my existing design workflow and produces excellent online course materials.

Cons

There aren't too many drawbacks. The library of characters is always expanding, so it used to be harder to find a perfect match for what I wanted, but now that's thing of the past.

### "Effortless E-Learning and Compliance Document Creation"

February 23, 2026

5.0

I use iSpring Suite for authoring E learning modules and compliance documents. I really appreciate the ability to use the software within Microsoft PowerPoint, which allows me to stay in one platform to create everything from slides to voiceover, quizzes, and more. Also, the integration within PowerPoint is great because it makes it easy to build new training from scratch, and the ease with which I can publish SCORM files to be used in our LMS system is a huge plus. With a single click, I can export from PowerPoint in different formats to upload to our LMS so end users can access the training. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and using the online version for embedding PDFs into SCORM files is working like a dream.

Pros

I use iSpring Suite for authoring e-learning modules and compliance documents. The integration with PowerPoint is excellent, letting me quickly create and publish SCORM files. The voiceover and text-to-voice interface could be more user-friendly, though. Initial setup was easy, and I recommend it highly, rating it 5 stars. Whenever I've needed to reach out to customer support, their response time has been quick and they have been able to resolve my issues fully and understand what may be causing the issues in the first place which allows me to resolve my own issues, saving me time in the future. Being able to create interactive and engaging learning courses for my end users has increased our uptake in course completion dramatically and our feedback has been wonderful from our frontline staff and supervisors.

Cons

When it comes to creating voiceover or text to voice within the iSpring Suite PowerPoint extension, I wish that the interface was a little more user-friendly and modernized. Understanding which voices to select for certain character counts and how to generate captions could be a more user-friendly experience.

### "Effortless Course Creation with iSpring Max"

February 27, 2026

4.0

iSpring Max is an intuitive, easy‑to‑use authoring tool that makes creating professional eLearning content fast and enjoyable. Its seamless text‑to‑speech, customizable designs, and built‑in quizzes make course creation effortless, and publishing to any LMS is smooth and reliable. A fantastic all‑in‑one solution for modern training needs.

Pros

iSpring Max has quickly become one of my favorite eLearning development tools. From the moment I opened it, the platform felt easy to use, intuitive, and incredibly well‑designed. Even without extensive training, I was able to jump right in and start creating polished, professional content. One of the standout features for me is the text‑to‑speech conversion. It’s remarkably smooth and natural‑sounding, saving hours of recording time while still maintaining a high‑quality learner experience. Paired with the ability to add interactive quizzes, it becomes effortless to build engaging courses that keep learners involved and boost knowledge retention. Customization options are another major win. iSpring Max offers flexible design tools, templates, and settings that let you tailor every piece of content to match your brand or training needs. Whether I’m building a quick refresher module or a full multi‑lesson course, I always feel in control of the final output. Finally, publishing and uploading couldn’t be simpler. With just a few clicks, I can export SCORM‑compliant packages and upload them directly to our learning management system without any compatibility issues. The process is fast, seamless, and dependable. Overall, iSpring Max is a powerful, user‑friendly, all‑in‑one solution that makes course creation not only manageable but enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build professional eLearning quickly and effectively!

Cons

The iSpring project folder tree creates pain points. The tool generates a large, cluttered directory filled with numerous subfolders, each containing assets, media, and configuration files. While this may be necessary from a technical standpoint, it’s not user‑friendly. Managing or moving project files becomes unintuitive because everything must stay in its exact folder structure for the project to remain functional. Accidentally moving or renaming a folder easily breaks links or corrupts the project. For teams trying to organize many courses—or store them in shared directories—this rigid folder tree introduces unnecessary complexity.

### "ISpring the building block for online content"

February 26, 2026

5.0

I have used iSpring for around 15 years and have seen it grow as a product and it is holding up well in this changing eLearning field. I use a number of eLearning products to produce learning content but iSpring is still the main product we use.

Pros

The integration with PowerPoint has been vital for most of our online materials with easy publishing to Canvas LMS allowing delivery of materials to many countries. The additional of iSpring cloud has been a great addition to the delivery options.

Cons

For some people PC only creation can be an issue for MAC users. Although iSpring Cloud has helped to address this issue. Some of the interactions are begining to look a little dated and I look forward to additional AI functions being included.

### "The Perfect Beginner's Course Authoring Tool"

March 6, 2026

4.0

Overall I believe iSpring is the perfect program for a beginner in course creation. The plug-and-play style interactions are easy to learn how to use and you get a decent amount of color and slide customization. However as I progress in my career as a course developer, I do find myself feeling restricted by the customization limitations found in iSpring.

Pros

I like how user-friendly the program is, especially for beginners. I am able to create more interactive courses without a huge learning curve as a creator. The interactions are great for online courses to engage the learner.

Cons

I have experienced various bugs when uploading the SCORM packages into my LMS, such as letters disappearing from interactions, interactions not working correctly. As I become more advanced in course creation, I would also like more customization in the interactions.

### "Effortless Course Creation with Great Results"

February 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with iSpring Suite has been very positive. It’s a well‑designed, user‑friendly tool that makes e‑learning content creation surprisingly simple, even for someone without advanced technical skills. Since it works within PowerPoint, getting started feels very natural, and the workflow is smooth from building slides to publishing a complete course. The suite offers a great combination of tools—course creation, quizzes, interactions, video editing, and screen recording—all in one place. This makes it easy to develop engaging and interactive learning modules without needing multiple software programs. The interactive elements such as quizzes, role-play simulations, and dialogue scenarios add a professional touch and help keep learners engaged. Customer support has also been very reliable whenever I needed help. Their responses are quick, detailed, and easy to follow. Overall, iSpring Suite has helped streamline my training content development process and improved the quality of the learning materials I deliver. It’s a dependable, intuitive, and efficient tool for anyone involved in e‑learning creation.

Pros

iSpring Suite offers very strong value for money because it combines multiple e‑learning tools—PowerPoint conversion, quizzes, interactions, screen recording, and video editing—into one platform. This reduces the need for buying separate software and makes it cost‑effective for training and learning development teams. Course creation is extremely straightforward. Since it works directly inside PowerPoint, building courses feels natural and fast. The ready‑made templates, quiz question types, and interaction layouts help speed up development and allow even non‑technical users to create professional content. The interactive elements like quizzes, dialogue simulations, role‑plays, and branched scenarios help make courses more engaging for learners. These features make it easier to create training that feels dynamic rather than static slides. One of the biggest advantages is how easy the entire suite is to use. The interface is intuitive, well‑organized, and resembles Microsoft Office layouts, so there’s almost no learning curve. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. Their team usually replies quickly and provides step‑by‑step solutions, video guides, or documentation links that make troubleshooting very easy. The UI is clean, simple, and practical. Buttons and features are placed logically, and navigating between tools like QuizMaker, Cam Pro, and interactions is smooth and without clutter.

Cons

While iSpring Suite is very efficient overall, a few areas could still improve: Some advanced features—especially interaction customizations—could offer more flexibility for experienced designers. Large course projects sometimes take longer to publish or export. More modern visual themes and templates would make course design even faster.

### "A Straightfoward Authoring Tool"

Unlike the other tools which would require training and mastery, iSpring made it easier to adapt and learn the basics to equip you into creating self-paced course right away

Pros

I like how convenient it is to use, since it just sits right in the ppt ribbon. It feels really natural to work with, no steep learning curve, no complicated setup. It's pretty user-friendly and makes creating training content way easier and faster for me

Cons

This might just because I haven't ventured on all its function but some commans feel bit limited and rigid. There are times when I wish tools were more flexible or customizable, like when I'm trying to automate something to be bit more creative or specific. Nothing major though

It is excellent software, extremely easy to use and incredible value for money. The internal assets are very high quality and the resulting packages integrate seamlessly into our LMS.

Pros

It integrates so effortlessly into PowerPoint that for out less experience eLearning designers it has completely removed the fear of having to develop content.

Cons

It needs more detailed user manuals; high level videos are ok but sometimes I have complex questions that require more detailed answers and I need to rely on trial and error to figure things out.

It's been very positive. You do have to be proficient in PowerPoint first. The new AI image generation is a game changer since they don't have a large amount of stock images for my industry. I'm pleased with the images as compared to Grok or Copilot.

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to use. It lets you create courses that range from very simple to highly complex, depending on what you need. It also includes a solid variety of test questions, which makes it easier to assess learners in different ways.

Cons

I wish they had a wider variety of background images and characters for my industry. I haven't found the general AI assistant very useful.

Easy to use, amazing customer support, and really seamless in the application build out. I especially take advantage of the interactive quizes, surveys, and role plays. I am a huge advocate for the AI text to Speech, making the content sustainable across years of use. I also appreciate the publishing options for various methods of sharing!

Pros

In the world of ever changing technology and innovation, I appreciate using iSpring for content creation because there are always improvements, AI capabilities, various characters/backgrounds/images, and methods of publishing! This has become a very versatile app used everyday!

Cons

It can be frustrating to save the files onto my computer and stop the Microsoft 365 collaborative piece to this. I know the iSpring application can house things in the Cloud, but I am the sole user of the application. Also, I wish I had saved all iSpring folders in one central location. Overall, I've had a great experience. The role plays and other interactions are helpful when creating engaging content that help guide the learner to best understand why the selected what they did throughout the course. However, iSpring Suite has become one of my favorite tools in my instructional design arsenal. It’s easy to use, fast to learn, and genuinely reduces production time. Especially now, with the AI assistant that creates outlines, draft slides, and simplifies text for cognitive load reduction. I’ve used iSpring in higher education, corporate environments, and with consulting clients, and everyone loves it. It’s an excellent tool for anyone who wants speed and reliabilit without compromising instructional design quality.

Pros

What I like most about iSpring Suite is how much time it saves me without lowering instructional quality. Because it works right inside PowerPoint, I can get SMEs and faculty up and running in minutes. Recently, one of the professors sent me five pages of unstructured notes the night before a deadline. I used iSpring’s AI to generate a clean outline, draft the first slide deck, and create a few scenario examples. What normally takes 3–4 hours took under one hour. The scenario builder is also fantastic. I use it to create realistic advising conversations, student support role-plays, and customer service scenarios without needing any support from the tech team. I also love their customer support. It’s super fast and everyone is very knowledgeable!

Cons

I’d love to see a bit more layout flexibility and more modern visual templates. Since the tool is built on PowerPoint, the visual design is only as flexible as PowerPoint allows. It works well for 95% of my projects, but occasionally I wish I could customize layouts beyond what PPT offers.

Reason for choosing iSpring Suite

I didn’t choose Captivate because the learning curve is much steeper and the interface feels less intuitive

### "iSpring Suite is the authoring tool of choice"

November 25, 2025

5.0

iSpring Suite greatly assisted our team in creating a variety of training materials. It significantly saved us time and effort, leading to a highly positive experience. The user-friendly features of the software contributed to its effectiveness, making the development process much more efficient.

Pros

I find iSpring Suite incredibly valuable for creating training content and designing courses. The suite has significantly contributed to developing engaging courses through interactive role plays, simulations, and quizzes. I particularly appreciate the content library, which includes a diverse collection of characters, icons, and backgrounds that greatly enhance my creativity and allow for effective visual content development. This resource is not only versatile but also facilitates the creation of engaging and interactive materials, especially in the healthcare sector, by enabling the development of scenarios relevant to patient services. Additionally, I am impressed by the comprehensive array of tools and resources iSpring Suite offers, empowering teams to create high-quality, cutting-edge training materials. The design of the software is sleek and user-friendly, making it remarkably easy to navigate and use even for those who might not be tech-savvy. This combination of features makes iSpring Suite an outstanding choice for developing advanced training experiences

Cons

I find that iSpring Suite could be improved by assisting more with the development of animated and illustrative scenarios. Currently, it lacks in providing rich visuals, dynamic movements, and character-driven narratives that could better capture attention and convey complex concepts in a visually engaging manner. Improving in these areas would enhance understanding and retention, offering a more immersive experience for the audience.

### "iSpring is the best option for online class creation"

November 20, 2025

5.0

iSpring has been a perfect addition to my business. I love that people can take classes on their time schedule, the interactions help me create fun activities, and I can cater to more people with the various language narration options.

Pros

Two things jump out - cost effective and easy to set up and get going. The CS staff was very helpful in getting my online classes up and running quickly. My students love them!

Cons

Honestly, there wasn't really anything that was a challenge. One time I spoke with a representative with an accent that I had a bit of trouble understanding but they immediately connected me with someone else.

### "Excellent course creator integrated into PowerPoint, for a price. "

November 20, 2025

4.0

The tool is fantastic. It's easy to use as it adds more options to a PowerPoint presentation. Quiz questions can be created in an excel template and loaded all at once. There are a lot of features I didn't use just because our content is simple, but the features I did use were great. My only complaint is the pricing, if you have limited users who don't access the content very long, you're paying for months of access which are never used.

Pros

Having it as a PowerPoint toolbar is very helpful as creating slides with animations already works. It's easy to add quiz questions and interactions. There is a lot of customization options for the player which runs the slide set within it. The interactions allow text wrapping around an images (while PowerPoint still doesn't). The help/tutorial documentation was also created well, emailing help with questions was responded to in a timely manner.

Cons

In one word, Price. We didn't like pricing where we are paying for 12 months for the maximum number of learners on our plan, even if we only needed to give individuals access for 4 months. They did give us a discount for being a non-profit, but the price increase was too much for us.

### "I am an iSpring TalkMaster power user, and love it."

February 18, 2026

5.0

I have always been a happy power user of iSpring. Recently, for a problem completely my own, I had to reach out to their customer support. I found them hardworking and completely solved a problem that was totally unique to me. This mirrors the company as a whole, very hardworking and responsive.

Pros

I am a power user of iSpring's Talkmaster tool. It allows me to quickly create unique and powerful Short Sims that deliver experiential learning that fit into a traditional eLearning environment. It is fast to use, and allows me reuse content, which is a must.

Cons

In one update, the user buttons in iSpring's Talkmaster were set to extend the entire length of the screen, which cuts off valuable screen space for me. I hope they make that optional.

### "Great Product, Great Price, minor improvements on Voiceover A.I. and it is 5-stars, easy"

November 20, 2025

4.0

Customer Service right from initial demo, through the technical discussion and training was superb, really good product and I can thoroughly recommend the platform. Great value for money versus having to pay PER COURSE to have them created externally.

Pros

iSpring Max is insightful and really easy to use, upon first launch the 'sample' course which loads doubles up as a tutorial which is really clever. I was able to turn PowerPoint content from non-technical folk into fully working sophisticated SCORM course content with minimal fuss - exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

The AI voice-over, whilst mostly excellent, sometimes has a 'moment' - for instance mispronouncing certain words ("aye" instead of "AI" is a good example - 9/10 it gets it correct). As well as this, sometimes there is corruption like an overly modulated phone signal instead of the (usual) crystal-clear voice. Still works brilliantly, but that just means I need to listen to all the content the whole way through (sometimes multiple times if I am updating / correcting) to verify it. By no means a deal breaker.

### "iSpring Customer Support and Help Files"

October 8, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience with iSpring Suite 11 and iSpring Learn is VERY positive. They are constantly making improvements and have actually passed on some of my suggestions to their development team.

Pros

The ease of use as it ties into Power Point so easily. Customer Support has ALWAYS been quick, courteous and spot on. They are very patient, even if I have had to have them help me with a problem that they provided help in the past.

Cons

I wish that there was a printable pdf help file. The online only help is not easy to navigate and difficult to easily find the information I need. You cannot print the online help file due to the webpage setup. iSpring, PLEASE develop a downloadable pdf help file.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing iSpring Suite

Roland, thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re genuinely grateful that you highlighted the seamless PowerPoint integration and our responsive, patient customer support. It means a lot to us that you’ve felt supported. We hear your request for a printable PDF help file and understand how a downloadable manual could improve navigation and accessibility. Have already passed this along to the product team as a concrete improvement idea. Roland, so much grateful for your trust and for being part of our joint journey!

### "I use iSpring. It's OK!"

February 11, 2026

4.0

Pros

iSpring Tech Support Specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], was extremely responsive and followed up with me when I missed an email. His speed, patience and accuracy is actually why I'm writing this review! iSpring's narration features are some of the best I've worked with, and the UI is clean and largely easy to use, especially for the quizzes and interactive learning tools. Course creation is a snap compared to other tools like Adobe Captivate.

Cons

Their AI Assistant is laughably bad, as it often gave instructions for phased out features, even after specifying only to search through documentation for Suite 11. It was frustrating to waste so much time on it when an email to their support team solved my issue in minutes. There is room for improvement for the tool itself, such as being able to specify where to put line breaks for subtitles and have it carry over to the export (I wasted a lot of time trying to troubleshoot why the subtitles were exporting on a single line). The Slide Properties window is also one of the less intuitive interfaces iSpring has. Ultimately, the cost seems to be high for a PowerPoint plugin but is competitive for the other instructional design options on the market (or lack thereof).

Hi, Thank you so much for your detailed review and your kind words about our tech support team. We’re thrilled to hear that their responsiveness, patience, and accuracy made such a positive impact. It’s wonderful to know that iSpring’s narration features, clean UI, and quizzes help you create courses faster than with tools like Adobe Captivate. We completely understand your frustration with the AI Assistant referencing outdated features, subtitle line break controls, and the Slide Properties interface. Your feedback on these specific workflows is incredibly valuable and helps us prioritize future improvements. We truly appreciate your time and trust. ### "It's a good choice for instructional design. "

November 20, 2025

4.0

We have been using this for a couple of years now and previous versions of our training were through Authorware and Courselab. This gives us many additional options for our courses.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, especially if you are using a PowerPoint presentation to start your training. It has some nice features, such as characters and interactions. The best part is the text to speech, allowing you different voices and, in many cases, a nice audio option.

Cons

Adding speech to the slides is a bit outdated (PowerPoint), and I wish we had an updated way to allow more audio control by the user and not just to click on an image. It really needs a player.

### "Ispring Suite"

September 29, 2025
