Used the software for: ### "Awesome software and awesome cutomer service!" May 2, 2016 5.0 I have been using iSpring products to create quizzes for my websites. Before bying iSpring, I tried many similar softwares online. None of them come close to what iSpring has to offer. I recommend that you save yourself some time by just bying iSpring. My favorite feature is the ability to publish anything you create with HTML5. With HTML5, your quizzes will look great on the internet no matter devices you are using. What I like the most about iSpring is customer service. They are here to help you anytime and they are very professional. Moreover, happy customers are more important to them than money. As long as you are happy as a customer, they are happy. I appreciate them so much for valuing their customers more than money. Try getting what they offer with other providers, it will cost you way more than what you pay with iSpring. I recommend iSpring with no hesitation because they have really put together a great product. There is way more to say about how great iSpring is, but you will not know unless you try it yourself. My client had a problem getting my SCORM file to upload and support went above and beyond to help troubleshoot. Pros It integrates with PPT easily; interface is intuitive; learning curve is low Cons It isn't compatible with a Mac. Luckily I had a PC to use but otherwise I would have been out of luck. Pros It is a software that did not require any technical knowledge to operate. User can capture the screen along with recording. Cons Honestly speaking I did not find any major issues or bugs in this software. The thing to remember is that user's machine should be up to date because the published videos are heavy. It has been completely outstanding so far and more than outweighs the price (high for a small company, on par with the competition). Cons Nothing really. There are issues such as iSpring settings and data not being saved in PPT but in a separate directoty, but it's easily understood whay that must be. Pros We are currently testing the iSpring Suite, and with this Quick Chat Support response, I will be recommending our company to purchase a bundle license. The chat support was there to assist quickly. I was handed off to a Tech Support specialist in less than 2 minutes. He assisted me with my issue and resolved it. Pros Been using the software for 7 years. When Microsoft upgraded security packs had a lot of problems publishing. The company stood behind the product, tapped into my computer and fixed issues. Here is the best part. I needed a file to be published asap, so they published it for me (at 5: am) and sent it back to me so it was there for me 1st thing in the morning. the customer service agent went above and beyond the call of duty. End result. Issue fixed! Mp4 done! I am a very happy customer and you will be too! Cons None. There are no cons I can think of. The iSpring team is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. There is a plethora of quick tutorial videos available as well. In addition, they host weekly webinars that are quick but full of valuable information, and those have helped our team with learning some additional features. Pros It is very easy to use with minimal training. For any questions that arise while trying to create something, there are several tutorials or Support can be asked. Since the creation tools are very user-friendly, it allows more time to be devoted to creation versus trying to navigate through the less-intuitive menus of other tools. Cons At this time, I do not have any cons about the software. Our company only just recently acquired this software and so far have not run into any issues. At the moment I don't need it, but I think other professionals can get a benefit from using it, maybe for students with learning difficulties. Pros It has got a lot if features which make the creation of presentations maybe faster and simpler, they are hosted inside a power point tab. You can add people, backgrounds, objects, buttons, quizzes and record from screen without searching for hours on the web or using other software. The software house contacted me promptly to check if I needed support, advice or suggestions. Cons The free elements are not many, and everything can be done if you have some knowledge of specific softwares, or the time to look for and choose more customized items.
