Pros

Great product to help make nice quality videos for low cost. Very easy to use and interactive for our employee to not just watch content but engage with it.

Cons

Sometimes the posting and linking PowerPoints to the ispring course was a bit trick but once we figured it out it went smoothly.

Pros

Great tool for publishing power points so that user cannot edit. Ideal for courses/lessons. Expiry date feature is excellent. As is the quiz feature.

The support is fantastic. I received a quick response. Whenever I had questions about the tool, I was also sent an email with screenshots to make everything easy to understand.

Es läuft mit PowerPoint, hat viele nützliche Funktionen, lässt sich intuitiv bedienen und problemlos installieren.

Cons

Die fertigen Kurse bestehen aus mehreren Datein, die nicht auseinandersortiert werden dürfen, sonst laufen sie nichtz mehr.

It's been great so far - we're still new to it but so far, so good. The company was a pleasure to work with in getting the software and setting up and very helpful when I had questions.

Pros

It's user friendly and easy to use. Creates a much more engaging and readable quiz/course for our staff to use. It's AI summarizing/course creating capabilities make it a great resource if you already have a lot of documentation, SOPs and policies.

Cons

Sometimes getting used to going between the PowerPoint add-on and the main iSpring portal isn't too intuitive.

Satisfactory. The implementation process was smooth and efficient. Follow up from iSpring staff was thorough. I went on maternity leave right when we purchased it, so I need to dive back in and relearn how to operate it.

iSpring does a great job ensuring its users have access to the necessary resources to get the most from their product. The implementation process was smooth and efficient. I love that I can export my custom creations and import into our LMS.

Cons

I have no complaints at this time. I am very new to iSpring. I went on maternity leave right when we purchased it, so I need to dive back in and relearn how to operate it.

Hay infinitas cosas que me agradan de iSpring ya que es un producto muy completo para todos los expertos y especialistas en el tema de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional; sin en cambio lo que más me gusta es: 1-. Siempre hay actualizaciones que mejoran el producto y se acoplan a las necesidades del usuario (cliente). 2-. El servicio técnico las 24 horas es una joya, es la primera vez que tengo el gusto de contar con uno y es una maravilla ya que muchas veces trabajamos en horarios no laborales. 3-. Es muy fácil y rápido de aprender a utilizarse, claro, siempre y cuando uno este en constante capacitación del producto y leyendo las guías informativas.

Cons

Creo que una desventaja, algo pequeña es que, al estar en constante actualización, el cumulo de información a comprender y estudiar se vuelve demasiada a tal grado que muchas veces (hablo en mi experiencia) prefieres dejarla pasar.

Teilweise ist die Einarbeitung etwas schwierig. Bei der Erstellung der Quizze ist man manchmal etwas eingeschränkt. Sich wiederholende Vorgänge sollte man abspeichern können.

I've learned a LOT of new programs over the past 1.5 years of building a business, and iSpring (so far) is the ONLY program that has offered every function I want/was expecting out of it. I've not had to give my Boss any of the typical "bad news", and that is refreshing!

Pros

I've had a few functionality questions and the live chat representative gave me links to online documents that show in detail (including screen shots!!) how to do it step-by-step!

Cons

No cons yet! I've had good experiences and was helped efficiently when I needed it.

Great tool to create online module starting from a simple Power Point. It can help companies in digitalizing their in person person presentation

It takes time to explore all the functionalities and to edit everything (interactivity, quiz, etc), do not underestimate the learning curve
